Govt medical college ujjaini … a very well known and famous hospital of locality … there are about 46 villages nearby .. all the trauma cases and cases for referrals from phcs( primary health centre) are dumped into this hospital
It was established a 98 yrs ago in British India by the queen of Ujjain … Rani Alaknanda is well known for her kindness … she has seen many people dying of plague and so many rare diseases cause of the nuclear power plant established by britishians a 500 kms from Ujjain .. as the locality of power plant is not under ujjains ruling they couldn’t oppose it’s inauguration.. all the chemicals released by power plant made many people in the locality sick .. this made Rani Alaknanda to take a step forward for the implementation of many facilities needed … one of them is this hospital ..
It was a very busy casualty night duty on Friday … all interns pgs ( post graduates) and jrs(junior residents) are working endlessly … it is like if anyone has a gap to take a breath they are lucky

Mam we were at a party then some people came and were quarrelling… he went to stop them then one of the people over there hit him with a glass bottle … he was unconscious since then

They placed the patient on a side table .. then a security came and asked all the people except one attendant to leave as there isn’t much place to breath as there are already 6 patients in a small room .. 2 or 3 in the same bed ..

So guys it is like the place Meghana working is first stop place for all trauma cases … they will be triaged later on after giving basic treatment they are sent to respective department rooms

Yes this is a fall from height .. and this laceration to right hand ring finger .. and this a rta (road traffic accident ) .. all of them are stable and all mlcs ( medico legal case) were filed u just keep an eye
After saying that Meghana went to check vitals of her case .. she has seen the gcs ( Glasgow coma score: this is a score basically checked to see the outcome of a patient whether he can survive or not and what treatment to be used ) .. then she Filled mic (medico legal case) form
She called neurosurgeon and informed about the gcs and all the vitals

Sir it looks like edh ( extra dural haemorrhage) and attenders are saying he came conscious while coming to hospital for a minute and lost consciousness again 📳

Mam see something is wrong with him ..
She has checked the heart beat with stethoscope she couldn’t hear, checked for pulse
She asked staff nurse for noradrenaline ( life saving drug ) and she started cpr ( cardio pulmonary resuscitation) with help of technicians
Even after 10 mins of cpr heart beat not returned

That is why … I want the management to keep and emergency ot and neurosurgeon 24/7 for this trauma cases … don’t know these teenagers drink and hit a car middle of night 🥶

Death isn’t a strange thing for people here … they quarrel with Yama dharma raja if possible for the lives of their patients .. but cz of human limitations they couldn’t save some

In the morning Meghana got releived from her duties and handed over the cases for doctors next shift and went to her room
Tara was sleeping very deeply like it’s the only thing she was born for … Tara is laziest of the whole Frnds group .. it’s like she is competing for gold in olimpycs .. if there is such thing she will surely win
She was spoiled by her Frnds and family so much that she never felt her laziness is a problem..

After that Tara went to get ready .. by the time she got ready Meghana is already in deep coma .. she went to her ward without disturbing Meghana as she got so much of pre work to do before her hod comes ..

Hi cuties .. so Meghana ,Vikram and surya work in emergency department where they handle emergency cases and poisoning cases
Tara , Karthik , ahan works in surgical department … they all are very close friends .. in 5 years of mbbs they have sticked together through thick and thin. They are like family now .. ahan lives in Ujjain and the rest stay in hostel … ahan loves to cook for his friends whenever they get time they spend most of their free time together .. oops forgot to say they have a name for their group “Kurukshetra” .

Yesh our mL .. he is cold .. distant .. fitness freak .. devotional .. tall .. handsome.. fuckable (oops it slipped out 🙊).. so he is a overalll package .. he speaks with very limited people that too when necessary … he avoids going out to parties and meeting new people … if job permits he would attend rounds on zoom meeting .. he speeds a little more to surya than nothing with others .. he lives in ujjain.. works in medicine department.
