The warehouse is deathly silent, the only sound the rhythmic drip-tap of fluid hitting the concrete floor. In the center of the carnage stands a boy who looks like he should be at a graduation rehearsal, not a slaughterhouse. He is eighteen, lanky and pale, his chest heaving in shallow, jagged gasps.
