The camera glides through one of the most expensive wedding venues in the city.
Crystal chandeliers sparkle above marble floors. A massive floral arch covered in white roses towers over the altar. A live orchestra softly plays. Luxury cars continue pulling outside.
The wedding is clearly billionaire level.
Guests whisper excitedly while servers walk around with champagne.
Huge golden letters near the entrance read:
“JASON DEVEREUX & ELORAY BROWN”
CUT TO:
INT. BRIDAL SUITE — EVENING
The suite is enormous.
Designer gift boxes. Jewelry cases. Stacks of flowers. Luxury baby gifts already crowding the room.
A giant portrait window overlooks the city skyline.
In the middle of all of it sits ELORAY BROWN.
Pregnant. Beautiful. Quiet.
Her thick bubble ponytails fall down her back almost to her thighs, decorated with pearls and gold ribbons. Her wedding gown hugs her pregnant stomach softly.
She looks nervous more than happy.
Her fingers tremble while touching the fabric over her belly.
A BABY KICKS.

The door opens.
TERRENCE BROWN and ALESSIA BROWN walk in.
Terrence looks powerful in his black suit, though visibly stressed.
Alessia looks glamorous and expensive, carrying herself like a queen despite the tension in her eyes.

Eloray gives a tiny smile.
Alessia walks over and adjusts part of Eloray’s veil carefully.

Terrence kneels beside her chair.
He gently grabs her hand.

After tonight, nobody can ever question your place again. You hear me? You’re about to become a Devereux wife. Your child is protected. You’re protected.

And don’t let those damn cameras stress you out either. Half these people downstairs are only here because they wanna gossip and post pictures online.

A knock comes at the door.
YVETTE, one of the assistants, rushes inside looking pale.

The comments are exploding so fast they can barely be read.
