This is our FL AKA Rose Miller. She is a gang member of the Apex Order Mafia Gang. Her whole family were members of this gang for generations now. She is 20 years old and she is soon going to propose to the love of her life. She has been in love with him since they were Teenagers. That is why she takes care of all the missions for him as he orders her too.
She is Lily Frost....Bff of FL since they were kids. She and her family are also members of the Apex Order group. She is kind, soft-spoken and liked by everyone around her.
