"There's an emergency, we have to clear the area as soon as possible !" An officer shouts In the control room. here, dozens of officers are commanding different unit in the southeast area of Tokyo city, where the current operation is in action.

Everyone is busy, Unit 1 and 2 are out on the mission in southeast area of Tokyo, Following the news that leaked 3 days ago.

At the southeastern side of Tokyo ...

This side of the city is completely abandoned and being used as hideout for many gangs in Tokyo.

"Ma'am, the backup has arrived as you requested !" An officer came in the room and reported to the woman sitting on chair surrounded by so many monitors on desk, they're using this building as commanding point which is just infront of the suspected building.

"Great, we have to secure the whole area in three hundred meter radius around the building in front of us, make sure no one can enter or leave this area at any cost" With a firm voice.

An SS rank officer from FBI and the captain of 22nd batch Alice, Her hair is golden brown, wearing a white shirt and grey coat on top of it.

There are more than twenty officers in guard, blocking the entire road and the surrounding of the building.

On the south side of the building, middle road which connects this area to the bridge which leads to the main city ...

There are more than 30 officers guarding the front gate of the building and the both south and north side of the road. There's a under-construction building right in front of the suspected building where the Leader of PHANTOM BATCH, ALICE is staying and commanding.

There are ten more AGENTS from FBI in her batch along with Alice, they're all especially appointed for this specific mission.

There are several officers just like other side of the building covering the area and securing the surroundings of building.

The light on the ceiling flickers, as she walks towards the desk with a cup filled coffee, the noise of her heals on the incomplete floor echoes around the floor. As she sets the cup on the desk aside and sits on the chair. Suddenly the radio beeps signaling for a new call, Alice picks up the radio.

"This is unit one, nothing unusual, everything is fine on the position twelve, over "

"This is unit three, everything clear on position seventh, over" On a seperate line, another officer reporting.

"This is unit five, everything is in under control ma'am, over" ...

She stays silent for a moment and once all of the voices became silent and everyone was done reporting she pulls the radio's mic close to her mouth ...

"Okay, keep your guard up, clear!" She says, as she puts the mic back down.

There are three monitors in front of her which are showing the camera footage of those camera which got installed on different spots, while adjusting her glasses with her finger, she took a glance at the screen.

No suspicious activity going on, just complete silence and nothing, as she picks up the coffee mug on the desk and leans back on the chair ...

'where could you possibly be huh ?' she thinks, while staring at the ceiling.

'Three days ago, we got a very strange message on our private radio frequency, we've been preparing for this since then. Ever since I heard that, there's a chance that he is still alive and back, I haven't been able to sleep properly!'

'This is our one and only chance, we have to catch him, THE BIGGEST THREAT TO THE WORLD'

'We have over a 100 officers surrounding this area, we blocked all of the way to enter and exit, if it's true that there's gonna be a deal between him and OUTLAWS gang, he has to show up, considering this is setting up in the abandoned area, there is a possibility ! He might actually show up in person, we'll capture him at any cost !'

"Mam ! Ma'am ? Ma'am !' An officer is continuously trying to get her attention to report something important but she is completely lost in thought ... Until the officer raised his voice to take her out of her thoughts.

"What is it ?" Alice said with annoyed face, as she sits up on the chair properly and looks down at the floor. She was so worn out because of the work and sleepless night, she can barely keep her eyes open.

"Uh ! we have this report from the searching unit, and they said that they didn't find anything" The officer said.

"So he's not coming out yet, it means he is probably hiding somewhere near, if he wants to reach the building. He can't hide far away so he could be around here !" Alice says while staring at floor.

"You, go and call for more backup and tell the searching unit on the western side to start searching around the bridge and the tall buildings" Alice orders the officer, as she sips a little from her coffee.

The empty wrappers of coffee powder scattered around the dustbin, she'd been drinking coffee continuously to keep herself awake, She gets up from her chair and stands up, while streching her body, she picks up the coffee mug again and sips the coffee little while staring out of the window.

"Where are you huh ?"

On the rooftop of the same building where Alice and her entire batch is staying ...

A young boy standing on the edge of the roof, in blue coat and grey pants, holding a suitcase in his right hand and smoking cigarette, looking at the front view ... there are several officers beneath the building but the building is too high up so he is completely hidden to them,

"What do you mean by that ?" Alice yells at the officer on the radio line, as she smacks her fist on the table frustratingly ... The monitor on the table slides right with the impact even the officer standing beside her got startled by it.

"What do you mean you couldn't find him !?"

"But ma'am, we searched everywhere around the southern side" The officer stammered over the radio line. "There's no trace of anyone entering or leaving!"

Furious, Alice crushes microphone tightly in her fist and threw it on the ground, The mic shattered into pieces !

"Where the hell are you hiding !" Alice screamed, clenching her fist against the desk.

Other officers who are watching her losing her mind got scared as well and quickly step back ...

'He is nowhere to be found, my head is killing me right now because of this !' she thinks.

As she suddenly gets up from the chair and holds her head while walking towards the balcony to get some fresh air.

Her movement is slow and shaky, as she leans against the railing, and stares at the high end view.

The cold breeze and soft wind blows and touches her hair and face ... she was so depressed and annoyed by all of it.

'I wonder what Mashal is doing right now? ...

Probably drinking and slacking off somewhere!'

A soft smile came onto her lips as she stares at the view, she closes her eyes for a moment, breathing in the cold and fresh air.

'I miss you, idiot !'

As she opens her eyes and then suddenly she caught a glimpse of something in the distance ...

She raises her head and narrows her eyes to focus on what it is. Then she spotted a white and dense smoke which is covering the street Little by Little, firstly she didn't understand anything ...

"why it's getting foggy all of a sudden" An officer guard ...

"you're right, it was not like this just a moment ago" Another Officer replied to him

Some officers started coughing by that dense and strange fog.

A officer came into the room while running and says breathlessly, covered in sweat.

"Miss alice, there's a report from unit 2 in the east guard, that a very dense fog appeared out of nowhere and covered the entire street"

"What !" She turns around and quickly comes back to her desk and started picking up the other microphone to contact other units ... And coincidentally every unit has the same thing to report.

"What is even happening !" The officer said while looking outside of the balcony to another officer standing beside him.

"What is that strange fog !?" Another officer replied to him.

Alice glances outside of the balcony too and saw that fog is covered the entire street already and it's so dense that she can't even see down at the street anymore!

'What is this ?' Alice clenches her teeth and just stares outside with wide eyes.

Alice can't even understand what's going on, a strange fog appear out of nowhere and started covering up the whole area like a white sheet.

The officers in every location are so confused as well, that fog is so dense and has a very strange smell in it ... which making incredible hard to even breathe.

On the roof of the commanding building where Alice is staying currently ...

The boy now has a lighter in his left hand which he is playing with by flicking it open and clicking it shut ... The sound of opening the lighter and closing it echoes ... as the fog covers up the entire street.

Alice can't make sense of anything. she rushes back to the balcony to search for any clue then she noticed something!

That the fog already covered the entire area, it's almost impossible to see through the fog but there's a very strange thing about it, this is not just a normal smoke or mist because it's not rising up in the air instead ... it's getting sinking down to the ground, she stares at the fog for a second and then leans on the railing to catch the smell of it.

Other officers quickly step forward to grab onto her before she falls off the balcony...

She took a deep breath and tries to smell the fog, by closing her eyes to focus, she suddenly got so shocked as she opens her eyes in pure panic as she falls back on the balcony, her face turned pale as she desperately run towards the desk to pick up the walkie talkie ... Other officers just stand their watching the sudden change in her behaviour ... It's not normal to see a person like Alice this much terrified and desperate.

"Everyone, fall back now !!!" She screams into the radio.

"It's a set up, get away from this area now !!!"

But it was already too late ...

At the same time, on the roof of the commanding building where that boy is standing, the cigarette he was smoking is now finished as he lit up the lighter and flicks it off the edge of the, down toward the ground and as soon as that burning lighter went down ...

An officer hears something as he heads over to check what it is while holding a pistol and saw a burning lighter falling from the sky and before he even understand anything ...

The entire area erupt into a roaring inferno !

The glass around the area got melted by the heat that, the trees got burned by the fire and ...

With a massive explosion which creates a very loud noise, every police officer on the guard within the radius of that strange fog got caught up in the flame and burned alive.

The flames comes through every open space of the building and before even Alice get to react, it already reached right infront of her eyes, the iron support columns which are there to support the building melts too and the whole third to first floor collapses right on Alice and the officers inside the building, burying Alice along with her entire batch under tons of burning debris.

On the roof of the commanding building, that boy is still standing right on the edge of the roof, a very massive explosion happens right in front of him even the flames of the fire coming right on his face but he stays on the same position, then he pulls out another cigarette out of his pocket and brings his hand closer to the flame, while holding that cigarette in his hand ...

Because of the flame the cigarette light up as he smokes that cigarette, like nothing even happened there, where whole area got burned down, the scream of people burning alive are echoing all around the abandoned building and empty streets.

The noise of explosion and the smoke of fire can be seen about 2 km far away from the incident site ...

"Hey what was that noise ?"

"Did something happen in the Southern side ?"

"I just heard a very loud noise and look there's a smoke coming out of that part of the city !"

"Wait, that's the same spot where the new operation is in underway!"

Officers are talking to each other ... The panic in the nearest police department after that explosion was expected whole town got thrown into utter chaos in no time, as terrified citizens started fleeing away from that specific area ... as soon as it occurs.

"Sir, we have completely lost contact with all units and phantom batch in Southeast area !"

"There's a report of a huge explosion in that area by 32nd Unit in mideast"

"We can't get through to anyone !"

"So, it finnally Happened ... It means he is back, no one else can pull off something this massive !"

The chief thinks, clenching his teeth as fury and panic wash over him !!!

"Issue an immediate emergency evacuation order" The chief commands, his voice trembles slightly the fear in his eyes is unmistakable

"Empty every single district surrounding that area right now!" Chief orders ... he is scared too, the look on his face telling this clearly.

After the explosion, back to the incident site ...

Alice lies on the ground, she was severely injured her left leg got crushed by the rubble of the building when it fell onto her during the explosion but but the debris is the only reason she able to survive the flames from the explosion. While the skin across her hand and upper body is badly burned, she is still alive.

Her Assistants and so on every single officer in her squad are dead too, it all happened so suddenly, at once that they didn't even get enough time to react to it !

She opens her eyes little, her vision was blurry there's blood coming out of her head, while gasping for air, she tries to get up but saw that she was stuck beneath a heavy rubble ... she can't move either ...

She looks around and found one of her assistant lying right in front of her, his skin charred completely black by the fire, shock and terror pierce through her but she contained her scream and clenches her fist in pure rage ...

Outside of the building in every side of the area everyone was dead too, all of those officer who were guarding the area died in an instant, no one able survive that deadly trap !

Tears wells up in her eyes, Alice was crying in despair but then suddenly she started hearing footsteps, like someone is coming downstairs, she raises her head and saw a young boy around 18 years old ... holding a suitcase coming towards her ... He is walking like nothing even happened around here,

He is hiding his face with a strange mask which has smiley face made on it in white.

She recognised him instantly, the hatred into her eyes flares into a burning rage even ...

"YOU ..." Alice said while clenching her fist on the ground with tears in her eyes ...

"So you were hiding on the roof all this time huh ?" Alice asked to that boy with her shaky and barely hearable voice but he didn't say anything to her he is just standing there and looking down at her with absolutely no expression ... meanwhile she is struggling to catch her breath.

Her years of training and planning got crushed within a second, then the reality snaps, it was him she was confronting, she shouldn't consider him like a normal criminal.

Giving up on her pride and anger, her fist loosens as she lets her head fall back against debris-covered, weeping openly.

"How ..." She asks, completely helpless and unable to hide her tears.

"How the hell did you even manage to pull this off?" All of her assistant in her batch and over a hundred officers died at the same time and she started blaming everything on herself !

After a few moments of silence, that boy finnally speaks ...

"Do you really think someone like you can catch me ?" That boy asked ... with a calm voice, there was no rush or rage in his voice ... Like the voice is coming out of stone or something.

Her eyes widened, Alice finnally understood everything ... This all was a set up ! From the very start to until now, it was all a set up. she was stunned ... and completely paralyzed at this point.

It was all his plan from the start ... she thought she was the one cornering him but in reality, she herself along with a huge number of police officers got cornered by him ...

"So that radio signal and that leak about the deal between you and OUTLAWS gang were your doing huh ?" Alice asked ... she coughed but tries to contain her posture, blood comes out of her mouth as she struggles to even talk.

The boy didn't replied to her ... But kept staring at her as she was lat infront of him, covered in blood.

"You purposely leaked that information especially on my radio frequency because you knew that I would try to catch you and bring a massive police force with me"

"And like that you can kill every single one of us at once, right ?" Alice said her tears keeps falling from her eyes, she started regretting every single decision she made until now ...

She laughs at it ... "What a great and majestic plan you can up with" Alice said as she raises her head and looks right at him ...

He stays silent and keep listening to her.

"So, what are you going to do with me ?"

"Are you gonna just leave me like this so I can die eventually or you're going to kill me in specific way ?"

He keep staring at her while she talks like crazy, her whole body got almost crushed by that rubble but she is still talking like this, an absolute maniac.

Then that boy spoke, cutting her off ...

"You know why none of you able to catch me ?" The boy asked to alice ...

"Shut up, I am not going to listen your non-sense, if you're going to kill me just kill me already !" Alice yells at him with her full anger ...

But that boy stayed calm, there was absolutely no reaction on his face. Then, he pulls out a gun from her left pocket and points right on her head ... while saying: "Because you're all pathetic as always !"

With the same calm voice, he finished his sentence anyway ... Like he absolutely didn't care what she was saying.

After seeing that he was pointing a gun at her, she composed herself, a smile appear on her face ... because she knew it was finnally her time.

"Just because you have defeated me today and so many of us in the past ... don't think you're going to win always !" Alice said

"One day someone is going to bring you down too, one day you'll get defeated- !" Alice raised her head again and yells at him with her last bit of energy ... But before she even finish her her sentence ... The boy pulls the trigger!

"BANG!"

"Shut up ! That day is never going to come !" The sound of gun shot echoes all across the street !!!

One day after the incident ...

After failing to get any report from any units in the southeast side, search team sent their to investigate ... They found so dozens dead bodies of police officers belonging to the police officers who had been deployed during the mission ... All of the dead bodies was charred by the fire, confirming that the cause of this mass death was the explosion ...

The captain of the PHANTOM BATCH Alice's dead body was found on the roof of the same building, they were using as commanding spot in the east side, hanging on a pole ... The cause of that massive explosion remains unidentified !

Everyone was so terrified by the horrific state of the area and the corpses ...

The FBI coverd up the entire incident that happened in the outskirts area by a fake report which stated that the explosion occurred because of a failure in an experiment ...

The FBI couldn't tell the public truth that: An entire batch under the leadership leadership of an SS rank officer, along with more than a hundred officers, died in that incident by the hands of a single 18 year old boy. Considering he is back it is more concerning to everyone in the FBI than ever before.

Chief walked through the hallway to his office, After that incident entire FBI department was in a state of massive shock and terror, so many officers had already started resigning after what they had seen and what had happened ... Once again, the peace was brutally stripped away from everyone.

The noise of officers demanding their resignation, grew louder and louder ... and the stack of requests mounted higher by the minute.

The chief of the FBI HQ saw everything happening from the second floor, but as like everyone he couldn't exactly do anything right now ...

The chief was in deep shock and terrified already, his face pale and stressed out. He reached to his office and opens the door ... After turning all the lights on, he puts his hat aside. but when he turned toward the wall behind his desk ... He freaked out and fell on the ground ... the metal stand holding the flag of Japan crashed down with him.

After hearing the sudden noise from the chief's officer, other police officer came rushing in, holding their gun out in their hands!

But all of them stood stunned after what they saw in there !

On the wall behind the desk, there was a text written with a black marker ...

"AND, YOU'RE GONNA CATCH ME ?"

Officers panicking, after seeing the text written on the front wall behind the desk which says ...

The head of HQ of police department, lying on the ground so shocked that even the HQ is not safe anymore ... Every single worst scenario passing in his head ... But he contain his posture and quickly get up from the ground ...

"Go and alert everyone, prepare to initiate the 3rd degree alert all around the HQ District ... we have to empty this place as quick as possible !" The head officer and highest authority of the police department (STEVEN), said as he order other officers.

Everyone in the room quickly proceeded with his order ... The head officer STEVEN stayed back their and Stares at the wall for a few moments ...

'is he, really going after all of us ?' STEVEN the head officer says in his mind.

Everything seems completely fine, but STEVEN still thinking about what is he possibly trying to get from the HQ.

He knows that, he write that to insult the FBI but he is feeling like it's just not it what it looks like.

An officer came running and slams the door, and said ...

"HURRY , there's a important order from MR. STEVEN to set an 3rd degree alert all around the HQ District and empty the HQ now !" His breath rough and the fear on his face can be seen clearly.

"what ?"

"what does that even mean ?"

"is the HQ in some kind of danger or something ?"

"I have no idea what's going on !"

"Are you joking ?"

Everyone doesn't seems to take seriously what he just said ...

Everyone started talking to eachother, the officer looks around himself and saw that they're just talking to eachother ... he got little nervous but then he came up with an idea as he said again ...

"NOOW, there could be a trap to destroy the whole HQ" he screamed dramatically.

And this single word triggered the whole HQ at once, everyone abandoned their work completely and started fleeing away from the HQ building ... The whole HQ turned into a huge mess !

"what ? A trap !"

"Isn't the HQ supposed to be very secure and heavily guarded"

"How is that even possible ?"

Everyone was freaking out and running away ... The inside noise was so loud it can be hear from outside.

"Like people are screaming or something like that !"

"Well I do hear a emergency siren but i thought it was just my imagination ..." Two guards outside of the front gate of the HQ talking eachother.

Suddenly a huge group of officers came out of the building ... Even the front gate which was made out of glass broken and shattered by the force ...

"what the hell is even happening over there !" The officer got scared and step back a little because they're going stepped on and die if they stand still against a huge crowd like that ...

Other officers who are guarding the outside of the HQ started running away as well ...

"what is happening ? why everybody is in this panic" The head officer STEVEN came to the balcony and saw the chaos in the HQ, everyone was running desperately ... and leaving the building ...

"what did you even tell them ?" The head officer STEVEN asked to the officer standing beside him with a aggressive tone.

"Uhh, i just said that there could be a trap ... which can destroy the whole building-" The officer said hesitatingly but before he complete ...

"Whaat !? You don't have to say that ! Oh my god what should I do with you !" The head officer STEVEN said ...

"But sir, isn't it a possibility that, he set a trap or something ?" The officer named ALAN, A Rank C officer asked ...

"Exactly, sir you should get away from this building too" Another Officer name Agnes, An A rank officer from commanding unit, gender female.

"Maybe you're right ! We will move to the nearest local police station ... A young boy around 18 years old wearing police uniform, which is blue colour means he is from LOCAL UNIT OF POLICE, A unit which doesn't have any rank and work on small cases like THEFT, DRUG ACTIVITY AND GANG ACTIVITES.

He was riding his bicycle and going on his night shift like usual, it's almost mid night, after completing his highschool study and barely getting passing marks, he joined the police department and started working. He was so lost in thoughts and watching the night dark sky filled with small shiny stars, the cold breeze and the complete silent road makes his mind complete blank and fresh ...

Suddenly a very bright light comes from behind, which almost blinded him, he stops the bicycle aside to avoid any risk of collision with the vehicle which coming from behind but when he turns around, a police SUV car passed by him and then one by one he started seeing so many police vehicles and even heavy armed TRUCK, he never seen this much police FORCE at once ever before ...

"what's going on ?" He said to himself ...

That jumpscared him, just by seeing this big fleet of police raises his heartbeat but since he was already late for work, he shakes off those thoughts and decided to reach police station as soon as possible !

when he reached the police station where he works, he was stunned there were a whole army with heavy armred TRUCK, armed soldiers and so many officers in black uniform which means they're from HQ of police department.

He parked his bicycle aside and Walking through those heavy armed vehicles and seeing that sight was so shocking to him and when he steps into the station, he was even more shocked.

"What's even Happening here" he freaked out ...

The station was filled with officers from HQ and heavily guarded soilder and everyone seems in a very big hurry ... He was wondering and walking into the station ... There were so many higher ranks officers which he never dreamed about he will meet them in his life ...

suddenly he stops when he reached the main room of the station ... In the middle of the room on a chair, the HEAD OFFICER of the whole police department and a legendary officer who is working on this police department past 7 years and solved so many cases ... Sitting their.

He was stunned because STEVEN the head of the police department, he was his hero ever since he was a small child ... The only reason he started working as a police because he wanted to become a higher rank officer and meet his hero, he never dreamed about that this day come, especially this sudden which leaves him in complete shock.

Suddenly someone poked his shoulder from behind ...

"Hey, REN ! What are you standing here for ?" One of his friends from the same unit he works in came and ask him ... His name is MARCUS a Officer in LOCAL POLICE UNIT.

"MARCUS ! what's even going on over here ..."

"And look over there, the person sitting on that chair is MR. STEVEN right or I am seeing things ?" He asked to his friend MARCUS, he was acting like such a child who is so excited because he just saw his hero infront of him.

"No you're not seeing things, it is MR. STEVEN from the HQ of police department and they said there's a very big emergency, i don't know the detail but I heard some seniors talking that the HQ of police department is in 3rd degree alert because someone broke into the HQ and set a trap in it which can destroy the whole HQ maybe something like that !" MARCUS said ...

"whaat ? the HQ is the securest place in the whole world isn't it ? How can someone broke into there and even set the trap to destroy the whole HQ ?" MARCUS got so shocked just by hearing from his friend and said in disbelief ...

Everyone around them are working and in a very big hurry, all of the call line are busy ... more and more officer keep coming, there were so many soldiers from army and even helicopter who are guarding the police station from every direction ...

"well, i don't know exactly what's going on but that's all I heard, anyways i have to go, i just got order to guard the back area of police station ..." MARCUS said.

"what ? Aren't we are LOCAL UNIT OF POLICE, we aren't supposed to fight right ?" He said in confusion Because he never even touched a gun ever before and now after hearing that they're going to guards the station makes his heartbeat raise.

"Yeah you're right but that's just not me or you ! Our whole UNIT are out to guard the station ..." MARCUS was just talking to him suddenly a senior officer called him from behind ...

"Hey, MARCUS you idiot ! What the hell are you doing over there, i told you to go and guard the backside of the station ..." A senior officer from MAIN UNIT, basically a UNIT who takes heavy and big cases like MURDER and KIDNAPPING, they're senior of both MARCUS and REN and the whole LOCAL POLICE UNIT.

"Yes sir, okay bye REN see ya 'round" MARCUS said and waves his hand toward him while running towards the door.

Ren also went inside of the command to meet his UNIT's captain and give him his today's attendance ...

"Always you're an officer in LOCAL UNIT so stay in your limit and don't get in other way" DAVID insults REN and yells at him.

"Go and clean the floor on the toilet ... The head officer of the police department is here, i don't him to see our officer's carelessness ...

Ren's face got down at once as DAVID continue to insult him even more ...

Suddenly an officer from HQ opens the door and calls out his name ...

"Is the Captain of this UNIT here ?"

"Yes, sir i am here !"

"Good, come MR. STEVEN wants to talk to you"

The officer was an A rank officer which works in HQ as the secondary commander of MR. STEVEN, that's why even DAVID bowed towards him and showed respect ...

"Go and clean in the floor in the toilet now !" As DAVID yells at REN once more but in low again steady voice before heading towards the main office.

REN completely lose hope on this ... Even his hero is just infront of him he can't meet him because he is just an LOCAL UNIT officer which doesn't even have any rank ...

He sighs and after signing on the register of attendance he just went back to pick up the mop and do as he said, he was going to the toilet to clean the floor as his captain said but suddenly DAVID came out of the main office and started looking and when he spotted REN he quickly ran towards him ... He puts his HAND on REN's shoulder to stop him and said ...

"Hey, throw this mood away and go get a tea for MR. STEVEN and don't you dare to mess this too aight" his breath was rough and he seems in a big hurry too ...

After saying that he quickly went back ... this made REN's happy at once ... Even if he can't talk MR. STEVEN but now atleast he can look at his hero closely.

He happily threw that mop away on the ground and rushed towards the cafeteria to get tea ...

In the main office of police station ...

"Sir, we successfully evacuated all of the civilian around the HQ and we also managed to get all of the necessary data from HQ too before empty it completely !" An officer came into the office and reports to HEAD OFFICER OF POLICE DEPARTMENT (STEVEN).

"Good ! Sent a searching team in the HQ and try to find any threat if there is !"

"set an emergency meeting right now and call everyone from S rank to SSS rank !"

"Roger captain"

"Got it, sir !" Officer took his order and went outside to do so.

The captain of LOCAL POLICE UNIT came and stands beside MR. STEVEN, he bowed towards him and said ....

"sir, I am really sorry for the current condition of our police station". DAVID said his voice has a little trembles in his voice.

"Don't worry about that, the crisis we're in is far more important than anything right now!" STEVEN said then suddenly a group of officers came into the office.
