1. The Tale From The Past
Once upon a time, there existed the coexistence of humans and monsters.
But it really couldn't be called a "peaceful" coexistence since they always raged wars.
Of course, the humans suffered huge losses everytime unlike the monsters.
The humans didn't have magical powers, nor were they immortal or could heal or regenerate their body parts like many monsters.
They only had their brains.
And as intelligent and humane a human can be….
So they came up with an idea and the idea was to capture monsters, experiment on them and make humans better.
Monsters didn't really have a s£x back then, only higher powerful monsters did and could be identified as a male or female who could also transform into a human — used many times for trickery causing distrust among the humans themselves internally.
If they let it continue, they would be destroyed from the inside first rather than the outside whilst the monsters celebrate in joy for their downfall.
2. The Tale From The Past-part 2
But they couldn't be hasty. They didn't have the capabilities of capturing a very high level yet and starting with a high level could instead backfire in their plans.
So, they instead captured low level monsters first and then levelled up by capturing higher and higher levels of monsters
From then on they continued to capture and experiment. Advancing further and further behind the monsters’ backs while fighting them in the frontline without using the new powers they had acquired – not yet.
Thus came the half-humans and half-monster species called Averoils.
They were the humanity's advanced experiments' wonderful results which they soon unleashed upon the monsters after careful consideration.
The monsters had been arrogant. Thinking they would win again but when they got caught off-guard when the “humans” used their monster like ability and killed them, they soon realised what had happened and tried to fight back.
But the high level monsters got sealed away to another dimension and so the low level ones could only get massacred.
Their plan worked perfectly. Only a handful of monsters remained alive in another dimension, but no longer on the planet of Ireys where the soil was soaked and had hardened with their blood.
Not so immortal and invincible now, were you?
But eventually, due to changes in harsh weathers and greedy Averoils, many humans perished.
Centuries passed and the only species remaining was the Averoils on the soil of Ireys, who had become significantly weak due to the long periods of peace.
It was like the calm before the storm.
As the monsters…..still wanted to return to their soil, the Ireys wasn't only for the humans and Averoils after all.
3. Crawx Clan’s Disgrace
Now, here comes the tale of a recent disgrace of the Crawx Clan, the clan of the crows- Averoils who are half human and half crow.
All because of greed, arrogance and pride of one of their members.
All crows are white, with beautiful melodious voices like that of an angel accompanied with their natural intelligence and extreme loyalty.
There is this one crow who wanted to be the best of all, and whiter than the sun, brighter than it. So, it made up a plan to challenge it.
To defeat it and become the best crow of the clan only to be defeated by the God of the Sun.
The defeat resulted in her having a voice so unbearable and irritating that she herself seldom spoke- horrified as to what has happened. Her wings turned black as if charred. And her powers were reduced to almost nothing.
This was the punishment for going against the Sun. Not that she had yet ever admitted defeat despite being defeated.
The Crawx wanted to not be associated with her and thus cut her off, yet the damage was done and the nickname of this crow become The disgrace of Crawx or Ugly Melody.
Due to which she hid, running away and never transformed into a crow in front of anyone. She had become the laughingstock of Ireys among the Averoils whose heart burned with denial of her loss and the desire to seek vengeance.
