The drawing room was unusually tense.
The members of the jeon family sat scattered across the expensive sofas, but nobody looked relaxed.
At the centre of it al sat Jungkook
Dressed in black, one hand resting lazily on the armrest, he looked more like a man attending a business meeting than a son being questioned by his family.
Mrs. Kim stared at him for a long moment before finally speaking.

Tell me something, Jungkook . Do you actually live in this house anymore, or do you just visit occasionally to make sure we're all still alive?

Mrs. Kim's frustration returned instantly.
Nobody looked satisfied by that answer.
