I missed you so much.
The wind blew gently around us, carrying the familiar scent of rain and sea breeze. He silently watched me, his eyes full of something I can’t explain.
Something warm.
Something painful.
I wanted to see his face clearly.
But before I could even move closer—
I jolted awake and reached for the alarm clock beside my bed.

Again with this alarm clock? For God’s sake, it’s Saturday.
I muttered irritably as I turned it off.
I let out a deep sigh and forced myself to stand, dragging my sleepy body toward the bathroom.
Again.
I washed my face slowly, staring at my reflection in the mirror.
Why did it feel like I knew him?
No matter how hard I tried to remember, his face always became blurry the moment I woke up. But every time that dream ended, there was this strange heaviness in my chest, as if I had lost someone important without even knowing who he was.
I turned when I heard Mom knocking on the door.
