First thing Teetee noticed about Por was that he was annoying.
"WHO STOLE MY DRAGON STONES???"
The message appeared in the world chat of Dragon Ball Online at 11:48 PM while Teetee was quietly playing after finishing his homework.
The chat became crazy instantly.
[KINGVEGETA]: skill issue
[M1LKTEA]: maybe ur just dumb
[P0RSCHE]: SOMEONE OPENED MY CHEST
Teetee laughed softly.
Rain was falling outside his window while his laptop glowed in the dark room. His parents were already asleep, but Teetee was still awake, sitting on his bed and playing.
Another message appeared.
[P0RSCHE]: IM REPORTING EVERYONE HERE
Teetee finally replied.
[TT_NIGHT]: maybe use a password next time
A few seconds later-
[P0RSCHE]: WAIT U CAN DO THAT???
Teetee laughed loudly.
That was how everything started.
-
At first, they were just online friends.
Teetee found out that P0RSCHE's real name was Por after calling him "Porsche" for two weeks.
Por found out that TT_NIGHT's real name was Teetee after Teetee forgot to mute his mic while his mom shouted:
"TEE! STOP PLAYING AND SLEEP!"
Por laughed so hard that he disconnected from the game.
After that, they started playing together almost every night.
It became their routine.
10 PM.
Homework done.
Lights off.
Headphones on.
And Por waiting in the lobby.
"YOU'RE LATE," Por complained one night.
"It's only been two minutes."
"TWO MINUTES IS ENOUGH TIME FOR ME TO DIE."
"That sounds like your problem."
"You're so mean."
But Por still waited for him every night.
Teetee didn't know when Por became special to him.
Maybe it was during exam season.
Teetee stayed awake late at night studying when Por suddenly called him.
"Still awake?"
"Yeah."
"You sound tired."
"I am tired."
Por stayed quiet for a second before speaking softly.
"Want me to stay with you?"
Teetee blinked.
"Why?"
"So you don't suffer alone."
That night, Por stayed on call while Teetee studied.
Por talked about random things.
His school.
His classmates.
How Wave always stole his fries.
How he wanted to dye his hair silver.
Teetee barely studied anything.
He only listened to Por's voice.
There was something warm about hearing Por talk late at night.
Something comforting.
Something dangerous.

-
"You're smiling at your phone again."
Teetee almost dropped his phone.
North sat beside him in the school cafeteria and stole one of his fries.
"I'm not smiling."
"You literally are."
"I'm not."
North looked at him suspiciously.
"...It's a boy, right?"
Teetee choked.
North gasped dramatically.
"OH MY GOD IT IS."
"Shut up!"
"You like someone online?!"
"I SAID SHUT UP!"
North looked way too happy about this.
Teetee wanted to disappear.
The problem wasn't liking someone.
The problem was liking Por.
Por, who lived far away.
Por, who only knew him through calls and messages.
Por, whose face he had never clearly seen because all his selfies were blurry.
Por, who somehow became important to him.
"You're doomed," North said.
"Thanks."
"I'm serious. Online crushes are painful."
Teetee already knew that.
But every night, he still logged in to play with Por.
-
One whole year passed like that.
Late night calls.
Playing games together.
Sharing songs.
Complaining about school.
Sending random selfies.
Arguing about which Dragon Ball character was strongest.
Por always defended Vegeta like his life depended on it.
Teetee always called him dramatic.
Por always threatened to block him.
But he never did.
Somewhere during all of that, Teetee fell in love.
Hard.
And Por never noticed.
Or maybe Teetee was too scared to find out.
-
One Friday night, everything changed.
Teetee logged into the game and immediately noticed something strange.
The server was crowded.
Messages were flying everywhere.
[SYSTEM]: Announcement will begin in 5 minutes.
"What's happening?" Teetee asked.
"No idea," Por replied.
Then the announcement appeared.
Dragon Ball Online servers will officially shut down next month. Thank you for your support.
Silence.
Teetee stared at the screen.
"...What?"
Por laughed nervously.
"They're joking, right?"
But they weren't joking.
The chat exploded with angry messages.
People were crying.
Yelling.
Spamming emojis.
Teetee suddenly felt empty inside.
Because this game wasn't supposed to end.
This game was where he met Por.
Where they spent almost every night together.
"Teetee?"
"...Yeah?"
"We still have LINE," Por said quickly.
"Right."
"And Instagram."
"Yeah."
"And Discord."
"Por."
"What?"
"Why do you sound scared?"
Por became quiet.
"...I don't know."
But Teetee knew.
The game ending felt like losing something important.
And he hated it.
-
The last day of the game felt sad.
Teetee and Por stayed online until sunrise.
Neither wanted to leave first.
Their characters sat together on a cliff inside the game.
Wave and North joined them later.
The four of them spent hours talking and joking around.
Trying not to think about the ending.
Then finally, the countdown appeared.
10...
9...
8...
Por suddenly spoke softly.
"Hey."
"Hmm?"
"Thanks for meeting me here."
Teetee's chest hurt.
"Idiot," he whispered.
The screen turned black.
SERVER DISCONNECTED.
And just like that-
It was over.
-
At first, nothing really changed.
Por still texted him every day.
They sent memes.
Videos.
Homework complaints.
Random selfies.
But slowly...
Things became different.
Their conversations became shorter.
Replies became slower.
The late night calls stopped happening every day.
Sometimes Por disappeared for hours.
Sometimes Teetee did too.
And neither knew how to fix it.
Because the truth was-
The game had been their world.
Without it, things felt awkward.
-
"You should confess already."
Teetee groaned into his pillow while North sat beside him eating chips.
"No."
"You're suffering."
"I'm surviving."
"You posted sad song lyrics at 2 AM."
"That means nothing."
"That means everything."
Teetee threw a pillow at him.
North caught it easily.
"You know your problem?" North asked.
"What?"
"You act like losing him would destroy you."
Teetee stared quietly at the ceiling.
"...Maybe it would."
North's expression softened.
"Oh."
Teetee laughed weakly.
"Pathetic, right?"
"No," North said quietly.
"Just human."
-
A few days later, Teetee posted an Instagram story.
He was at a café with a girl from school named Mira.
She leaned close to him while laughing in the photo.
Pretty smile.
Long hair.
Good lighting.
Teetee posted it without thinking much.
Then he went to shower.
When he came back-
Por had seen the story.
And replied.
P0R: who's that?
Teetee blinked.
He typed casually.
TT: friend from school
The typing bubble appeared immediately.
Then disappeared.
Then appeared again.
Finally-
P0R: oh
That was all.
Just one word.
But it felt strange.
Then another message came.
P0R: she's pretty
Teetee stared at the screen.
His heart suddenly beat faster.
TT: i guess?
No reply.
Five minutes passed.
Ten.
Then suddenly-
P0R: do u like her?
Teetee sat up straight.
Before he could answer, another message appeared.
P0R: sorry forget i asked
Teetee frowned.
Something felt different.
TT: why are u asking?
Por replied instantly.
P0R: just curious
Liar.
Teetee knew Por well.
And right now, Por sounded jealous.
Teetee stared at the messages for a long time.
Then a dangerous thought entered his mind.
What if Por liked him too?
-
Por threw his phone onto the bed dramatically.
Wave almost got hit by it.
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?"
Por groaned loudly.
"Teetee posted someone."
Wave blinked.
"...Okay?"
"She's pretty."
Wave waited.
Por looked at the ceiling.
"I hated it."
There it was.
Wave sighed.
"It took you long enough."
Por looked confused.
"What?"
"You're jealous."
"I'm not jealous."
"You sound jealous."
"I'm not!"
"You literally threw your phone."
Por paused.
"...Okay maybe a little."
Wave looked unimpressed.
"A little?"
Por covered his face with a pillow.
"I don't understand why I feel like this."
Wave snorted.
"Yes you do."
"No I don't."
"You like him."
Silence.
Por slowly lowered the pillow.
"...What?"
Wave looked at him like he was stupid.
"You like Teetee."
Por laughed nervously.
"No."
"Por."
"No."
"You really do."
Por opened his mouth.
Then stopped.
Because suddenly-
Everything made sense.
Why he waited for Teetee's messages.
Why his mood changed depending on their conversations.
Why seeing Teetee with another person hurt.
Oh no.
"Oh," Por whispered weakly.
Wave burst out laughing.
"Oh my god, you're in love."
"SHUT UP."
-
Teetee couldn't sleep that night.
He kept staring at Por's messages.
do u like her?
Why did that question feel so personal?
North turned over beside him.
"You're thinking too much again."
"I hate you."
"You love me."
Teetee sighed.
"...Can someone like another person without realizing it?"
North opened one eye slowly.
"That sounds very specific."
"Just answer."
North thought for a moment.
"Yeah."
Teetee looked at him.
"How?"
"Because feelings can grow slowly," North said softly. "Sometimes you don't notice them until something hurts."
Teetee's heart skipped.
Something hurt Por.
Didn't it?
For the first time in months-
Hope returned.
Small.
Dangerous.
But still there.
-
The next few days felt different.
Por texted him more often again.
He replied faster.
He randomly asked where Teetee was.
Who he was with.
What he was doing.
Teetee noticed everything.
And every time-
His heart beat faster.
One evening, Teetee posted another story.
Just coffee.
Nothing else.
Thirty seconds later-
P0R: alone?
Teetee almost smiled too hard.
Before he could answer-
Another message appeared.
P0R: WAIT THAT SOUNDED WEIRD
Teetee laughed loudly.
North looked concerned.
"You look evil."
"I think I'm winning."
"...Winning what?"
Teetee grinned at his phone.
"I don't know yet."
-
That night, Por suddenly called him.
Teetee answered immediately.
"...Hi."
Por stayed quiet for a second.
Then-
"Your voice sounds nice today."
Teetee froze.
"...What?"
"I mean normal nice. Not nice nice."
Teetee smiled slowly.
"Por."
"Hmm?"
"Are you jealous?"
Silence.
Then suddenly-
"GOODNIGHT."
The call ended instantly.
Teetee stared at the screen.
And for the first time since the game shut down-
He laughed until his stomach hurt.
Because maybe...
Their story wasn't over yet.
[ AUTHOR: Thank you for reading! wait for chp 3]
Teetee hated waiting.
Especially when it came to Por.
The problem was that Por had been acting strange for the past three days.
Replying late.
Disappearing randomly.
Sending suspicious messages like:
P0R: busy rn
P0R: talk later
P0R: don’t miss me too much
Teetee was annoyed.
Very annoyed.
“You look like a divorced wife,” North said while eating chips on Teetee’s bed.
“Shut up.”
“You’ve checked your phone twenty times in one minute.”
“I’m making sure it works.”
“Mhm.”
Teetee threw a pillow at him.
North laughed loudly.
“You’re obsessed.”
Teetee ignored him and looked at his phone again.
Still no message.
His chest felt weird.
Because after that jealous phone call a week ago, things between him and Por had changed again.
Not completely.
But enough.
Their conversations became softer somehow.
Closer.
Sometimes they stayed silent on call and neither felt awkward about it.
Sometimes Por randomly said things that made Teetee’s heart go crazy.
Like—
“Your laugh is cute.”
Or—
“You should sleep earlier so you don’t sound dead every morning.”
Or worse—
“I think you’d look nice with black earrings.”
Por said those things so naturally too, like he didn’t understand what they did to Teetee.
It was unfair.
Very unfair.
Teetee grabbed his phone again.
Still nothing.
“…I hate him,” he mumbled dramatically.
North looked up from his chips.
“No you don’t.”
“…Yeah.”
“You love him.”
Teetee buried his face into the pillow.
Unfortunately, North was right.
—
Meanwhile, Por was panicking.
“WHY IS THIS AIRPORT SO BIG?”
Wave looked exhausted beside him.
“For the tenth time, stop yelling.”
Por ignored him completely while dragging his suitcase through the airport.
Bangkok was louder than he expected.
Bright lights.
Crowded streets.
People everywhere.
But Por barely noticed any of it because his heart was beating too fast.
He was really here.
In the same city as Teetee.
After one whole year.
Wave sighed.
“You’re smiling like an idiot.”
“I’m gonna see him.”
“You sound like you’re about to cry.”
“I MIGHT.”
Wave looked deeply disturbed.
“You’re unbelievable.”
Por grinned.
He didn’t care.
Because in a few hours—
He would finally meet Teetee.
Not through a screen.
Not through blurry selfies.
Not through calls.
For real.
And honestly?
He was terrified.
“What if he thinks I’m ugly?” Por suddenly whispered.
Wave stared at him.
“You made me wake up at 4 AM for this nonsense?”
“I’m serious!”
“Por, Teetee literally likes you.”
Por froze.
“…What?”
Wave looked confused.
“You didn’t notice?”
“NOTICE WHAT?”
“The way he talks to you,” Wave said. “The way he waits for your messages. The way he gets jealous.”
Por blinked slowly.
“…He gets jealous?”
Wave looked at him with pity.
“Oh my god you two are hopeless.”
—
That evening, Teetee finally got a call.
He answered immediately.
“You’re alive.”
Por laughed softly from the other side.
“Missed me?”
“No.”
“Liar.”
Teetee smiled without meaning to.
“Why did you disappear?”
“I was busy.”
“With what?”
“Secret things.”
“That sounds suspicious.”
“It is suspicious.”
Teetee rolled his eyes.
“You’re annoying.”
“And you still like me.”
Silence.
Por froze.
Teetee froze too.
Both of them realized what was just said.
Then immediately—
“I MEAN AS A FRIEND,” Teetee said quickly.
Por laughed nervously.
“Right. Friend.”
The word sounded strange.
Too small.
Too fake.
Teetee’s heart was beating too fast again.
To change the topic, Por suddenly spoke.
“Anyway, can you do something for me?”
“What?”
“I ordered something for you.”
Teetee blinked.
“…You WHAT?”
“Don’t sound so happy.”
“I’m not happy.”
“You literally sound excited.”
Teetee sat up straighter.
“What did you buy?”
“A secret.”
“I hate secrets.”
“Well too bad. The delivery guy got confused because I didn’t know your address.”
“That sounds fake.”
“It’s true!”
“Mhm.”
“So can you go pick it up for me?”
Teetee narrowed his eyes suspiciously.
“Where?”
“XXX Park.”
“…Now?”
“Please?”
Teetee sighed dramatically.
“You’re lucky I’m nice.”
“I know.”
“And if this is a prank, I’m blocking you.”
“You say that every week.”
“Because you deserve it.”
Por laughed softly again.
And Teetee’s chest hurt a little hearing it.
“Just go already,” Por said.
“Fine.”
—
The evening sky above Bangkok was painted orange and pink when Teetee arrived at the park.
People walked around peacefully.
Children were laughing near the fountain.
Couples sat together on benches.
Teetee looked around with confusion.
“…Where’s the delivery guy?”
He checked his phone.
No new messages.
“Por better not be playing with me right now,” he muttered.
He walked further into the park slowly.
Then stopped.
Because someone was staring at him.
A boy.
Tall.
Black hoodie.
Soft brown hair moving slightly because of the wind.
And smiling.
Teetee’s breath caught immediately.
No way.
The boy lifted his phone slightly.
Teetee’s phone rang at the same time.
Por.
Teetee looked at the screen.
Then back at the boy.
The boy laughed softly.
And suddenly—
Everything clicked.
The blurry selfies.
The voice.
The smile.
The eyes.
Por.
Por was here.
Actually here.
Teetee couldn’t move.
He felt frozen.
Like his brain stopped working completely.
Por slowly lowered his phone.
For a second, neither of them spoke.
They just stared at each other.
And somehow—
It felt unreal.
Por smiled nervously.
“Hi.”
Teetee’s eyes widened more.
“You…”
His voice cracked.
Por laughed softly again.
“You look like you saw a ghost.”
“What are you doing here?”
“I wanted to surprise you.”
Teetee still looked shocked.
Por suddenly became nervous.
Very nervous.
“What?” he asked awkwardly. “Is it bad?”
Teetee immediately shook his head.
“No! No, I just—”
He stopped talking because suddenly Por started running toward him.
And before Teetee could react—
Por wrapped his arms around him tightly.
Teetee froze completely.
Warm.
Por was warm.
Real.
Actually real.
Teetee slowly grabbed Por’s hoodie with shaking fingers.
His heart was beating so loudly he thought Por could hear it.
Por buried his face against Teetee’s shoulder and laughed quietly.
“You’re real,” he whispered.
Teetee’s breath shook slightly.
“You came all the way here…”
“Of course I did.”
Por pulled back slightly but still kept his arms around him.
They were close now.
Too close.
Teetee could finally see everything clearly.
Por’s pretty eyes.
His soft smile.
The tiny mole near his neck.
And suddenly—
Teetee understood why people wrote love songs.
Because looking at Por right now physically hurt.
“You’re staring,” Por whispered teasingly.
Teetee immediately looked away.
“You look different.”
“Different good or different bad?”
“…Different pretty.”
Por blinked.
Then slowly smiled.
And Teetee immediately regretted saying that because now Por looked way too happy.
“You think I’m pretty?” Por asked softly.
“No.”
“You just said it.”
“I lied.”
“You’re blushing.”
“I hate you.”
Por laughed again.
God.
That laugh was even worse in real life.
Teetee looked down quickly, trying to calm his heartbeat.
But Por suddenly stepped closer again.
Close enough that Teetee could smell his perfume.
Close enough that one small movement would make their shoulders touch.
“You know,” Por said quietly, “I imagined this moment a lot.”
Teetee looked up slowly.
“…Really?”
“Mhm.”
Por smiled shyly.
“I kept thinking about what you’d look like when I finally saw you.”
Teetee swallowed nervously.
“And?”
“And somehow you’re even prettier than I imagined.”
Teetee stopped breathing for a second.
Por froze too.
Because he clearly didn’t mean to say that out loud.
The tension between them suddenly became heavy.
Warm.
Dangerous.
Neither moved.
Neither looked away.
Around them, the park was still full of people laughing and talking.
But somehow—
It felt like they were the only two people there.
Por looked at Teetee’s lips for a second before quickly looking away.
Teetee noticed.
And his heart almost exploded.
“…Por.”
“Hmm?”
“You’re making this very difficult.”
Por looked nervous suddenly.
“Making what difficult?”
Teetee stared at him quietly.
“You.”
Silence.
Por’s ears slowly turned red.
“Oh.”
Teetee laughed softly.
Cute.
Por was unbelievably cute.
Suddenly Por grabbed his wrist carefully.
“Come with me.”
“Where?”
“I wanna walk around with you.”
Teetee looked at their hands.
Por noticed too but didn’t let go.
Instead, his fingers slowly slipped between Teetee’s.
Holding his hand gently.
Like it was natural.
Like he always wanted to do it.
Teetee felt his face become hot immediately.
Por looked away shyly.
“…Is this okay?”
Teetee looked at him for a long moment.
Then quietly squeezed his hand back.
“Yeah,” he whispered.
More than okay.
And for the rest of the evening, they walked around the park together slowly.
Hands together.
Shoulders brushing sometimes.
Both pretending their hearts weren’t going crazy.
Because after one whole year of screens, calls, and missed chances—
They were finally here.
Together.
see yaa guyss tomorrow with a new chapter! Don't forget to comment
The night felt unreal.
Teetee still couldn’t believe Por was actually beside him.
Not behind a screen.
Not through headphones.
Right beside him.
They walked slowly through the park while the city lights reflected softly around them. Their hands stayed together the whole time, warm and comfortable, like they belonged there naturally.
Neither wanted to let go first.
Por looked around with wide eyes.
“Bangkok is prettier at night.”
Teetee looked at him instead.
“Yeah,” he answered quietly.
Por turned to him suspiciously.
“You’re not looking at the city.”
Teetee immediately looked away.
“You talk too much.”
Por laughed softly.
God.
That laugh was dangerous.
They stopped near a small drink stand inside the park. Por bought two cold drinks even after Teetee said he wasn’t thirsty.
“You always forget to take care of yourself,” Por complained while handing him the drink.
Teetee blinked.
“You remember that?”
“Of course I do.”
Teetee suddenly felt warm inside.
Por remembered small things about him.
Too many small things.
They sat together near the fountain after that. People passed around them while soft music played from somewhere far away.
Por sat close.
Very close.
Their shoulders touched lightly sometimes whenever either of them moved.
Every small touch made Teetee’s heartbeat faster.
“So…” Por spoke softly while looking at the fountain. “This is where you live.”
“Mhm.”
“You really grew up here?”
“Yeah.”
Por smiled a little.
“I used to imagine it.”
Teetee looked at him.
“My city?”
“No.” Por looked back at him slowly. “Your life.”
The way he said it made Teetee’s chest ache.
Because Por sounded like someone who missed him even before meeting him.
Silence settled between them again.
Comfortable.
Heavy.
Warm.
Por suddenly leaned closer to show something on his phone, and Teetee accidentally breathed in his perfume again.
Sweet.
Clean.
Addicting.
Teetee’s eyes slowly moved to Por’s lips without meaning to.
Por noticed.
His breathing paused for a second.
Neither spoke.
The tension between them became stronger again.
Like a string pulling tighter and tighter.
Then suddenly—
A kid ran past them screaming loudly.
Both of them moved away immediately.
Por coughed awkwardly.
Teetee wanted to disappear.
“…We should walk again,” Teetee mumbled.
“Yeah,” Por answered quickly.
Neither mentioned what almost happened.
But after that, their fingers stayed locked together tighter than before.
—
By the time they left the park, it was already 8:30 PM.
The streets were glowing with city lights while cars passed around them.
Teetee stretched slightly.
“You should go check into your hotel.”
Por froze.
“…About that.”
Teetee narrowed his eyes.
“What?”
Por looked suddenly nervous.
“I forgot to book one.”
Silence.
“You WHAT?”
“I was busy!”
“Doing what? Crying at the airport?”
Por looked offended.
“That happened only once.”
Teetee laughed loudly.
“You’re unbelievable.”
Por rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.
“I can just find one nearby—”
“You can stay at my place.”
The words came out naturally.
Both of them froze immediately after.
Por blinked slowly.
“…Really?”
Teetee suddenly felt nervous too.
“It’s just one night,” he mumbled. “And hotels are expensive.”
Por stared at him for a moment before smiling softly.
“…Okay.”
The way he said okay made Teetee’s stomach flip.
—
They booked a cab together.
The ride felt strangely quiet.
Not awkward.
Just…
Heavy.
Por sat beside him in the backseat, close enough that their thighs touched slightly every time the car turned.
Neither moved away.
Bangkok lights passed outside the window beautifully, painting soft colors across Por’s face.
Teetee glanced at him quietly.
Por looked tired now.
But pretty.
Very pretty.
Por suddenly turned his head.
Caught him staring immediately.
Teetee looked away fast.
“You keep doing that,” Por whispered.
“Doing what?”
“Looking at me like that.”
Teetee swallowed nervously.
“Like what?”
Por didn’t answer right away.
Instead, he looked at Teetee for a long moment before speaking softly.
“Like you want to kiss me.”
Teetee stopped breathing.
The car suddenly felt too small.
Too warm.
Por’s eyes slowly moved down to his lips again.
And Teetee realized something terrifying.
If the driver wasn’t there—
Something would’ve happened already.
Por looked away first this time.
His ears were slightly red.
“…Sorry,” he whispered.
Teetee’s heartbeat was going insane.
“No,” he answered quietly. “Don’t apologize.”
Por looked at him again after that.
And neither looked away for the rest of the ride.
—
Teetee’s apartment building was quiet when they arrived.
Por followed him inside while looking around curiously.
“You live here alone?”
“Mhm.”
“You’re rich.”
“I’m not rich.”
“This place literally smells expensive.”
Teetee laughed while unlocking the door.
The apartment was clean and cozy.
Warm lights.
Soft grey couch.
Small decorations.
A gaming setup near the wall.
Por stepped inside slowly.
Then smiled.
“It feels like you.”
Teetee looked at him quietly.
“What does that mean?”
“Comfortable.”
Teetee’s chest hurt again.
Por kept saying things so naturally.
Things that sounded too soft.
Too affectionate.
Too dangerous.
Teetee cleared his throat awkwardly.
“You can shower first.”
Por nodded.
“Okay.”
Teetee gave him extra clothes to wear while Por disappeared into the bathroom.
The sound of running water filled the apartment after that.
Teetee sat on the couch and tried to calm himself down.
It wasn’t working.
Por was here.
Inside his apartment.
Using his shampoo probably.
Touching his things.
Sleeping here tonight.
Teetee buried his face into a pillow dramatically.
“I’m gonna die.”
A few minutes later, the bathroom door opened slightly.
“Teetee?”
Teetee looked up immediately.
And almost stopped breathing.
Por’s hair was wet.
His cheeks slightly pink from the hot shower.
And he was wearing Teetee’s black shirt.
The shirt was slightly oversized on him.
Which somehow made him look even prettier.
“What?” Por asked softly.
Teetee stared too long.
Por smiled slowly.
“…You’re staring again.”
Teetee cleared his throat quickly.
“You forgot your towel.”
“Oh.”
Por stepped closer to take it from him.
Too close.
Again.
Everything with Por became too close.
Their fingers touched slightly while passing the towel.
Neither moved immediately.
Por looked at him quietly.
Teetee looked back.
The apartment suddenly felt very silent.
Very warm.
Por’s wet hair dripped slightly onto his neck.
Teetee’s eyes followed the drop of water without meaning to.
Por noticed.
His breathing became slower.
“Teetee,” he whispered softly.
Teetee stepped closer before he could stop himself.
Por didn’t move away.
Not even a little.
Their faces were so close now.
One more inch.
That was all.
Teetee could feel Por’s breath against his lips.
Por’s hand slowly grabbed the edge of his shirt carefully.
And then—
RINGGGGG.
Both of them jumped apart immediately.
Teetee groaned loudly.
North’s name flashed on the screen.
Por buried his face into the towel while laughing weakly.
“You should answer,” he mumbled.
“I should block him forever.”
Por laughed harder.
Teetee answered angrily.
“What.”
North sounded confused.
“…Why do you sound like I interrupted something?”
“You’re annoying.”
“Oh my god I DID interrupt something.”
“GOODNIGHT, NORTH.”
Teetee ended the call immediately while Por sat on the couch laughing into a pillow.
“You’re evil,” Teetee complained.
“You looked so offended.”
“I almost killed my best friend mentally.”
Por smiled at him softly.
Worth it, his eyes seemed to say.
And suddenly—
The tension returned again.
Quiet.
Heavy.
Por stood up slowly.
That was when Teetee noticed it properly.
Por was wearing shorts.
Very short shorts.
His smooth pale legs were completely visible under the soft apartment lights.
Teetee immediately looked away.
Too late.
Por noticed.
A slow smile appeared on his lips.
“…See something you like?”
Teetee almost choked.
“You’re insane.”
“But you’re staring.”
“I’m respectful.”
“Mhm.”
Por stepped closer again.
Dangerously close.
Teetee’s back nearly touched the kitchen counter behind him.
Por looked up at him quietly.
“No more interruptions this time?” he whispered.
Teetee’s heartbeat became uneven.
“Por…”
Por’s hand slowly touched his wrist.
Softly.
Carefully.
Like he was asking permission.
Teetee answered by stepping closer instead.
That tiny movement changed everything.
Por inhaled softly.
Then finally—
Finally—
He leaned in.
Their lips touched gently at first.
Soft.
Warm.
Careful.
Like both of them were scared the other might disappear.
Teetee’s eyes slowly closed.
Por’s hand tightened slightly around his wrist.
And suddenly the kiss became deeper.
Needier.
A whole year of missing each other pouring into one moment.
Teetee grabbed Por’s waist instinctively while Por moved even closer against him.
Neither wanted to pull away.
Neither could.
By the time they finally separated, both of them were breathing hard.
Por rested his forehead against Teetee’s shoulder quietly.
And then—
Teetee’s phone buzzed again.
One message.
From North.
NORTH: don’t do anything stupid
Teetee stared at the message.
Then slowly looked at Por.
Por smiled lazily.
“…Too late?”
