Shin Yeri was sleeping peacefully when the sound of her alarm suddenly rang through her room
without opening her eyes, she reached over and shut it off
slowly, she sat up and glanced at the clock
Yeri let out a quiet sigh before getting out of bed
still half-asleep, she left her room and headed downstairs
as she entered the living room, she paused
the kitchen light was already on
curious, she quietly walked closer and peeked around the wall
there stood her older sister, Shin Nari, busy preparing food
just then, Nari turned around to grab something and nearly jumped out of her skin when she spotted Yeri standing there silently

“AH-!” *clutched her chest*

“Oh my god, you scared me!”
Shin Ye Ri
“What are you doing?”
Shin Na Ri
*let out a sigh* “I’m making breakfast for you.”
Yeri glanced at the food on the counter
Shin Na Ri
“I know,” *she replied*
Shin Na Ri
“Now go shower.”
without another word, Yeri turned around and headed to the bathroom
a few minutes later, Yeri returned dressed in her school uniform
using a towel to dry her damp hair, she walked into the kitchen and immediately noticed the food neatly arranged on the table

“What? You want to eat now?”
the two sisters sat down and began eating together
across from her, Nari watched carefully

“Do you like it?”
Yeri chewed thoughtfully before looking up

“It tastes good. I like it.”
Nari’s face immediately brightened
a few seconds later, Yeri narrowed her eyes

“Where did you learn to cook this?”
Shin Ye Ri
“I thought you could only make simple food.”
Shin Na Ri
“Just because.”
Shin Ye Ri
“Just because?”
Nari glances at Yeri and suddenly let out an awkward laugh

“Aha..” *looks away*
Shin Na Ri
“I’ll tell you later. Just keep eating. Your tummy’s hungry.”

*stared at Nari suspiciously for another moment*
Shin Ye Ri
*then returned to her food*
Yeri stood by the front door, putting on her shoes
once she finished, she grabbed her bag

“I’m going now.”
Shin Na Ri
“Okay. Be careful.” *smiles*
Shin Ye Ri
*gave a small nod before stepping outside*
Nari stood at the doorway, watching until her sister disappeared from sight
the moment Yeri was gone, a notification sound came from Nari’s phone
Nari blinked and picked it up
then, unexpectedly, a shy smile appeared on her face

Part 2 (Ep 1)

this is Yeri’s current High School look
Yeri arrived at school and headed straight to her classroom
the moment she reached her desk, she dropped her bag onto the floor, folded her arms on the desk, and rested her head on top of them
almost instantly, she drifted back into her own world
a few minutes later, the bell rang
the entire class stood up to greet the teacher
the teacher glanced around the room before noticing one student still asleep

“Could someone wake her up?”
a girl (Yoo Mina) sitting nearby immediately smirked
without hesitation, she shoved Yeri’s head

“Ya. Get up. The teacher’s here.”
Mina rolled her eyes and pushed Yeri again, this time much harder
Shin Ye Ri
*lifted head and looked directly at Mina*
Mina sat there casually drinking a carton of milk, a smug grin on her face
Yeri’s eyes never left Mina
Teacher
“Ya, ya- don’t start fighting first thing in the morning.” *nervously waved his hands*
Teacher
“Just.. sit down.”
after a few seconds, Yeri finally looked away

*crossed her arms* “Already causing a scene?”

*didn’t bother responding*
Yeri simply sat down and ignored Mina
when class finally ended, Yeri opened her bag and reached for her headphones
ash she pulled them out, Mina turned toward Yeri

“Hey.” *crosses legs*
Yoo Min Ah
“Are you free tonight? If you are, let’s hang out.” *smirks*
Yeri calmly put on her headphones
the smile instantly disappeared from Mina’s face
one of Mina’s friends laughed
??? (as Mina friends or someone unknown)
“Just take her headphones.”
without warning, she grabbed the headphones right off Yeri’s head.
the classroom immediately became quieter
Yeri remained still for a second
then she slowly turned to look at Mina

“I’m talking to you,”

*stared at her* “Give me my headphones.”
Yoo Min Ah
*lifted them slightly*
Shin Ye Ri
“Because I said so.”
Yoo Min Ah
*leans forward*
Yoo Min Ah
“What if I say no?”
Yoo Min Ah
“What are you gonna do?”
Shin Ye Ri
“Keep testing me and you’ll regret it.”
one of Mina’s friends immediately joined in.
??? (as Mina friends or someone unknown)
“She’s only saying that to sound scary.”

Mina twirled the headphones around her finger

“Do you think anyone believes you?”
whispers began spreading across the classroom..
like - “Here we go again..” , “Those two are fighting already.”
Yeri didn’t even glance at them
her eyes remained fixed on Mina

*looked down at the headphones*
Yoo Min Ah
“I didn’t know this were so important to you.”
Shin Ye Ri
“Because they’re mine.”
Shin Ye Ri
*held out a hand*
Shin Ye Ri
“So give it back.”
Yoo Min Ah
“I kind of want to see what happens.”
the smile on Yeri’s face disappeared
Mina continued spinning the headphones in her hand
as if she was considering breaking them
Yeri then immediately stepped forward and grabbed a handful of Mina’s hair
Yoo Min Ah
“YA—!” *yelped*
Shin Ye Ri
*shook Mina’s head angrily*
Shin Ye Ri
“You are seriously testing me!”
the classroom exploded into chaos

“If you break my headphones, I’ll make your head go bald!”
Yoo Min Ah
“YOU’RE CRAZY!”
eventually, the two separated
Mina fixed her messy hair while glaring at Yeri
Yeri ran a hand through her own hair and looked away, letting out a frustrated laugh
(the kind of laugh people make when they’re one inconvenience away from losing their minds)
Mina suddenly noticed the milk carton sitting on her desk
a slow grin spread across her face
the classroom fell silent for half a second

*covered her mouth dramatically*

“Oops.” *fake gasp*

“My hand slipped.”
another wave of milk hit Yeri.

“Oops.” *smirked*

“My hand slipped again.”
Mina’s friends burst out laughing
several students joined in

*looked down at her stained uniform*

*then back at Mina*

*rolled her eyes and scoffed*

“You crazy b1tc..” *muttered*

*smirk widened*
slowly, Yeri lifted her head, stepped forward,

Part 3 (Ep 1)
hearing it, Nari immediately lifted her head and walked toward the front door
as soon as she opened it, she froze
standing outside was Yeri
her hair was messy, her uniform was stained
and she smelled.. questionable
Yeri stepped inside and looked at her sister
Shin Na Ri
*stared at her for a moment*
Shin Na Ri
*let out a long sigh* “Yeri..”
Shin Na Ri
*another sigh* “Again?”
Shin Ye Ri
*remain silent*
Shin Na Ri
*rubbed her forehead* “How many times should I tell you this?”
Shin Na Ri
“Stop causing scenes. Stop causing scenes.”
Shin Ye Ri
*frowns* “But I’m not the one who started it. They-”
Shin Na Ri
“If they’re the ones who started it, then just ignore them.” *cut her off and started walking away*
Shin Ye Ri
*stared at Nari in disbelief* “Ignore them?”
Shin Na Ri
*didn’t even turn around* “Yes.”
Shin Na Ri
“Just stay quiet until they get tired of bothering you.”
Shin Ye Ri
*scoffs* “How am I supposed to do that?”
Shin Na Ri
*stopped walking* “By keeping quiet.” *then continued walking*
Shin Ye Ri
*stared at her back* “Wow.”
Shin Ye Ri
*let out a disappointed laugh* “Of course that’s easy for you to say.”
Shin Ye Ri
*paused for a moment* “Also, I’m not the type of person who stays quiet!”
Shin Na Ri
“Just go shower, you stinky trash!” *shouted from the kitchen*
Shin Ye Ri
“Stinky trash?!” *pointed at herself*
Shin Ye Ri
“I’m not that stinky!”
Shin Na Ri
*casually reply,* “Smell yourself before saying that.”
Shin Ye Ri
*stood there for a second* “..I can’t be that bad.”
curious, Yeri lowered her head and sniffed her shirt

“GOSH-” *nearly recoiled*
Shin Ye Ri
“It’s not me!” *shouted*
Shin Ye Ri
“It’s the milk on my shirt!”
from the kitchen, Nari burst out laughing
a few minutes later, while Yeri was showering, Nari stood by the kitchen counter

*quietly mimicked Yeri’s voice* “It’s not me! It’s the milk on my shirt!” *a grin spread across her face*
then her eyes landed on her phone
for a moment, she hesitated before finally picking it up
after unlocking it, she opened a chat and began typing
Yeri stood in front of the bathroom mirror, drying her hair with a towel

*staring at herself*
Shin Ye Ri
“That girl always getting on my nerves..”
then remembered something..
Shin Ye Ri
“Oh, right. My headphones. Where is it..”
Yeri grabbed her school bag
she opened it and began searching through everything
Shin Ye Ri
“It’s not here..”
then she remembered something again
Yoo Mina took it earlier before they start fighting
Shin Ye Ri
*a hand slowly ran through her damp hair* “Seriously…”
Shin Ye Ri
*a deep breath,* “UGHHHHH”
later that evening, the sisters sat at the dining table eating dinner
Yeri scrolled through videos on her phone while eating
across from her, Nari quietly ate her food
the atmosphere was unusually peaceful
a message appeared on Nari’s phone
Shin Na Ri
*glanced at the screen, then at Yeri, then back at the screen*
Shin Na Ri
*moment later, she stood up* “Hey, Yeri.”
Shin Na Ri
“I’m done eating.” *picked up her plate*
Shin Na Ri
“Can you clean up after you’re finished?”
Shin Ye Ri
*didn’t even look up from her phone* “Mm.”
Nari then headed upstairs
inside her room, she sat down on the edge of her bed
Shin Na Ri
*unlocked her phone*
a conversation appeared on the screen
📲 Nari: Hey, do you know any schools that would be good for my sister?
a reply had already arrived
???: I have one
???: I’ll send you the link
Nari stared at the screen for a moment. Thinking..
after a brief hesitation, she clicked the link
