Chapter 1: More Than Just a Fall

Hmm..... what time is it?
Nikko
I'm tired I don't want to go, but since today to is my first day of high school l should get out of bed now!
Nikko live alone at her aunts house, so she's basically always on business trip she will always come to check on me once a month or year.
Nikko aunts was the one taking care of her when she was little, she is like a second mother to her, there was an accident her parents died in car crash when she was a baby so luckily nikko was the one who survived, but her parents aren't
That accident still hunt her dream, she can't fell asleep easily, so she took sleeping pill sometimes to knock her self out to sleep.
Doubted her self that why she's still alive if she didn’t request her family to go the amusing park it shouldn't be happened her parents should be alive today. She said
Her name is Nikko she's a 1st year high school student in All Girl High School, also her childhood best friend come along her name Miko they were classmates since kindergarten.
After that she went to school early in the morning, there's not much student yet at the school so she went to look around for a bit.
Nikko texted her best friend
Miko
Nikko I are you already there shesh your are always early for school, are you really that excited.
Nikko
Miko you said you would came at school early did you forget again!
Nikko
Don't fall asleep again like last time!
Nikko
I'm still waiting for you at the school gate if you don't get here by seven o'clock I will beat you to dead!
Miko
So scary hahahaha
ok² I'll be there in a sec.

She's always late
It's boring stay here,

Oh! Basketball court should go or wait for her at the gate?

She slipped again but landed in her arm.

Did you go sight seeing again.

Come on were going to be late.
After the flag ceremony, they go to there respective classroom.

This should be it, Classroom 1-2

Let sit on the back there a window near by it great, it's easy to get spotted when we sit at the front.
Nikko
You just scared because the teacher might actually called you.
Miko
Come on Nikko, sit beside me.
Prof. Tori
So everyone please take your sit so today we have a new student pls welcome her.
Prof. Tori
You may now come in.
Someone entering the room
Student murmur, shock from what they see.
Prof. Tori
Then please introduced yourself.
Nikko
There no way it's her again!

Chapter 2: The Girl From The Court

There’s no way… it’s really her again!
Standing at the front of the classroom was exactly the same girl she’d seen at the basketball court.
The one who helped her up when she slipped, who smelled like fresh rain and mint, and caught her not just once, but twice.
Yuki
Good morning, everyone.
Yuki
I just transferred here from the city. I hope we can all get along well.
Students: (whispering excitedly) Wow, she’s so tall!
She’s so pretty and cool at the same time! / Her voice sounds so nice…
Nikko
Yuki… so that’s her name…
Her cheeks burned as she remembered falling right into Yuki’s arms, and especially that little nickname she was called.
Prof. Tori
Thank you, Yuki. There’s an empty seat beside Nikko over there.
Prof. Tori
Please go ahead and sit down.
Nikko
Next to me?! Oh my gosh, my heart is going to jump out of my chest…
Yuki walked down the aisle with easy, confident steps.
When she reached the desk, she looked down at Nikko and smiled that familiar gentle smile.
Yuki
Fancy running into you again… little bunny.
(ducking her head, face turning bright red)
Yuki
Nice to properly meet you, Nikko.
Yuki
Let’s take good care of each other, okay?
(leaning in, elbowing her playfully)
Miko
You already know her? And why is your face so red like a tomato? Spill it!
Miko
Spill it! What happened while you wandered off earlier?
Nikko
Shhh! Not so loud, Miko! I’ll tell you later, I promise just not right now!
The rest of the lesson felt like a soft blur.
Nikko tried her hardest to focus, but every small movement Yuki made made her glance sideways — only to quickly look away again, feeling flustered.
Miko
Finally! Come on, let’s hurry to the canteen, I’m already starving!
(turning to them with a warm smile)
Yuki
I still don’t know my way around the school yet… and I’d hate to get lost on my very first day.
Miko
Of course you can! The more the merrier! Right, Nikko?
As they walked down the hallway, Miko chatted happily while Nikko stayed a little behind, sneaking quiet glances at Yuki.
(slowing down to walk right beside her)
Yuki
You’re quieter now than you were at the court. Still embarrassed about slipping, huh?
(scratching the back of her neck, laughing awkwardly)
Nikko
A little… I swear I’m not usually that clumsy! The floor was just really slippery, and I wasn’t looking where I was going.
Yuki
Don’t worry about it, really. I actually thought it was pretty cute.
Yuki
Besides… getting to catch you twice in one morning? That’s a memory I definitely won’t forget anytime soon.
Nikko
She really knows how to make my stomach feel all fuzzy…
Nikko
Maybe… this first day of high school won’t be as lonely as I always thought it would be.
