It's been a week after my transmigration in the Novel: Dearest Lady Flower. And I, I am Lucia Rose Alexander, the only daughter of the Dukedom of Alexanders and the twin sister of the SECOND MALE LEAD. I very much know this Novel since this is one of my favorite novels. It's a story about an orphan girl who is actually the lost heiress daughter of the Northern Duke. The timeline is a little confusing tho since there was only a very brief background about the childhood of the Leads in the first 2 chapters of the novel.
One of the maids said that I'm only 9 years old and turning 10 next month on the 8th of September. In the Novel, the second male leads 10th birthday is one of the highlights of the childhood moments of the second lead since this is the time when he will be officially declared as the Duke's Heir - but now that I think about it, it was never mentioned that he has a sister and a twin to mention.

I looked at her and nodded. I think it's time to leave this room and go check what's going on outside. I haven't seen anyone aside from the maids and doctors that checks on me. Tho, one of the maids said that my parents visits me at night to check on me while I am asleep unlike my brother who's never visited me once.

Moment passed by as we talked to each other, I learned about a lot of things from mother that wasn't in the Novel. I learned that my brother Luciano and I was born healthy but not until we turned 5 years old. She said unlike me, brother get sick more often and most of the time he gets bedridden for months. Doctors and Mages were summoned from all over the Dukedom but no one seems to know the cause of the illnesses that me and my brother always caught.
