Transgimated: to Love Him
love him
In the far corner of the room, a boy sat on his bed wrapped in a blanket, reading the novel he had recently purchased. It had been generating a lot of hype.
Jungwook wasn't the kind of person to be easily swayed by rumors, but the story looked so interesting in the clips shown online that he couldn't resist buying the novel.
Now, however, he regretted the purchase very much.
jk
Is this seriously what I paid for?
jk
You've got to be kidding me.
He threw the book across the room and crawled under the blanket, his mood thoroughly soured.
The clips circulating online made the story look very exciting, full of thrill and romance.
However, those scenes represented only about 0.5% of the actual story.
The rest felt like a typical cliché: the male lead is a CEO, the female lead comes from a poor family, and the plot follows many familiar tropes.
The villain, however, was the most innocent character. He wasn't evil from the beginning. He became a villain after his wife treated him badly.
Believing that he was never meant to be loved, he finally let out the madness he had been holding back for years.
From that point on, he chose to destroy everything around him, taking pleasure in breaking others.
jk
(After reading the story for a while, I ended up liking only one character, and the author made him the villain. Seriously?)
jk
(He was a complete green flag to his wife, yet she didn't love or appreciate him. What? Are you kidding me? WTH??)
jk
(If I were in her place, I would have loved him with all my heart. Why wouldn't I? If your partner treats you well, is capable, handsome, and genuinely cares about you, then what more do you want? At that point, the problem isn't him.)
jk
(If I could, I would sue the author for not making him the male lead instead. The entire story felt like it revolved around him. He was by far the most compelling character, and I kept reading the whole book only because of him.)
He pulled his head out from under the blanket and stared at the ceiling, lost in thought. Suddenly, the lights went out, plunging the room into darkness.
Jungkook's heart raced. He had always been afraid of being alone in the dark.
A few seconds later, a tiny glow appeared in front of him. The light grew brighter, and from it emerged a fairy.
bunbun fairy
Can you take responsibility for the words you said earlier?
jk
About what? I said many things earlier.
Jungkook had read every kind of story he could get his hands on. He loved reading and always found comfort in books, so the sudden appearance of a fairy didn't startle him. He replied calmly, as if he were simply talking to another human being.
bunbun fairy
*The fairy was amused by how little his reaction changed.*
bunbun fairy
About loving the villain?
jk
Yes. I was thinking about it seriously.
A smile appeared on the fairy's face when she heard his answer.
bunbun fairy
Finally, I found someone who is willing to take on this task.
bunbun fairy
*fairy didn't say anything and just gave him a reassuring smile.*
With those words, the fairy clicked her tiny fingers. Everything around Jungkook suddenly went blank, and within seconds, he lost consciousness.
wake up
jk
*His body felt unbearably heavy, as though he had spent an entire day pushing himself far beyond his limits.*
jk
*Every muscle aches, making even the smallest movement feel like a chore.*
jk
*A quiet groan slipped past his lips as he slowly opened his eyes.*
The ceiling above him was unfamiliar.
jk
(... Where am I?)
*His brows furrowed.*
This definitely wasn't his apartment.
Unable to sit up because of the soreness spreading through his body, he simply lay there, letting his eyes wander around the room.
The bedroom was enormous, decorated in elegant shades of black and gold. Morning sunlight filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating clothes strewn carelessly across the floor.
A shattered wine glass lay near the bed, while the faint scent of cedar wood lingered in the air.
jk
(... Did someone kidnap me?)
The absurd thought had barely crossed his mind when he felt something warm settle against his bare waist.
Very slowly, he turned his head.
A man was sleeping behind him.
Jungwook's breath caught.
For a moment, he forgot everything else.
The man was unbelievably handsome. Sharp features, long dark lashes resting against flawless skin, and an almost intimidating aura surrounded him even in sleep.
He looked less like an ordinary person and more like someone who had stepped straight out of a painting.
jk
... Wow...
*he whispered*
Before he could process anything else, the man's eyelashes fluttered.
Slowly, a pair of crimson eyes opened.
The stranger looked just as surprised to see him awake.
Jungwook's heart began pounding.
His gaze flickered to the hand resting on his waist, then to the blanket covering them both.
A terrible feeling settled in the pit of his stomach.
Ignoring the protests of his aching body, he forced himself into a sitting position.
The blanket slipped just enough for him to realize why he felt strangely exposed.
His mind went completely blank.
His horrified scream echoed throughout the room.
knee
The unknown hearing jk scream quickly stood up and wore pants.
jk
*Just as he was about to speak, a sharp pain exploded inside his head.*
Jungkook frowned, pressing a hand against his temple as unfamiliar memories flooded his mind.
They weren't his.
A childhood he had never lived.
A family he had never known.
Years of memories rushed past one after another, yet he could clearly tell they belonged to someone else.
His gaze instinctively lifted to the man standing before him.
The name slipped into his mind almost naturally.
Kim Taehyung.
The man's name...
jk
(...Kim Taehyung? I read that name somewhere, I couldn't remember where.)
jk
*Then, as if struck by lightning, another realization hit him.*
jk
( Wait... , Kim Taehyung...? )
jk
( Isn't he the villain from the novel I read yesterday? )
jk
*His eyes widened as the memories in his mind began overlapping with the story.*
A five-month marriage.
A fresh mark.
The only night they had ever become intimate.
Then... this must be the morning after the marking.
jk
His eyes drifted back to the man standing before him.
For a moment, he forgot everything else.
jk
(OMG, He's even more handsome than I imagined.)
jk
(The author hadn't done him justice by only describing him in words.)
jk
( she could have given us an illustration of the villain and the books might have sold more without her doing anything.)
Before he could gather his thoughts, Taehyung slowly lowered himself onto both knees before the bed, getting JK's attention.
tae
*His voice remained calm as he lowered his head.*
tae
I won't make excuses for what happened last night.
tae
You can give me any punishment you want, I will accept it gladly.
