See you in the chapter 1
The Man Who Bought Flowers Every Sunday
Seoul, South Korea — Two Years After The Accident
Sunday mornings were supposed to be loud in Seoul
Vendors shouting. Buses growling. Couples arguing over breakfast.
But inside Winter Bloom, the tiny flower studio hidden between a bookstore and an old café, the world always felt quieter.
Kim Taehyung stood behind the counter, tying a white ribbon around a bouquet of lilies.
His fingers moved expertly
Soft jazz played from an old speaker while sunlight spilled across rows of tulips, roses, and hydrangeas.
A bell above the door rang.
Taehyung looked up automatically.
And there he was.
The same man who came every Sunday.
Tall. Dressed in black. A baseball cap pulled low over his eyes.
He never stayed long.
Never smiled.
Never flirted.
He simply bought white lilies.
Every. Single. Sunday.
Taehyung leaned against the counter.
Taehyung
"You're becoming my most loyal customer."
The man glanced up briefly.
Dark eyes.
Tired eyes.
Eyes that looked like they hadn't slept properly in years.
Taehyung began wrapping the lilies
Taehyung
"Can I ask you something?"
Taehyung
"Who are they for?"
A pause.
Long enough for the music to change
Jungkook
"Someone I couldn't protect."
For a second, something unfamiliar passed through Taehyung's chest
Recognition.
Grief knew grief.
He handed over the bouquet
Taehyung
"Then make sure you keep buying them."
Taehyung
"People disappear twice. Once when they die..."
Taehyung
"...and once when nobody remembers them anymore."
The man's fingers tightened around the flowers
For the first time, he really looked at Taehyung.
And for the first time, Taehyung noticed how strangely familiar he felt.
As if they'd met somewhere impossible
Jungkook
"You're good with words."
Taehyung
"My dad's a literature professor."
That earned the smallest nod.
The man paid and turned to leave.
Then Taehyung spoke again.
Jungkook
"I don't even know your name."
The name hit Taehyung like a faint echo.
Not memory.
Something stranger.
Like hearing a song he'd forgotten
Jungkook gave a short bow and walked out into the Seoul rain.
Taehyung watched through the window as Jungkook crossed the street and disappeared into a black car.
Hoseok
"Your mysterious flower guy again?"
Hoseok emerged from the back room carrying boxes.
Taehyung
"You say that about everyone."
Hoseok
"Not everyone buys funeral flowers with the face of a divorced vampire."
Taehyung laughed despite himself.
A real laugh.
It surprised them both.
Because after Jimin, real laughter had become rare.
That evening, Taehyung returned home to the large family house overlooking the Han River.
Jin was cooking.
Namjoon was reading.
Yoongi was pretending not to care that Taehyung was late.
Jin
"You're drenched! Change first!"
Namjoo
"Did the shop do well today?"
Yoongi looked up from his phone
Yoongi
"Just now. When you came in."
Taehyung blinked.
Had he?
Yoongi
"Who made you smile?"
Before Taehyung could answer, his phone buzzed
An email.
Unknown sender.
Subject: For Kim Taehyung
He opened it.
And froze.
A legal document filled the screen.
Ownership transfer.
A property in
Edinburgh
.
Name: Bloom & Birch Greenhouse Café
Transferred to: Kim Taehyung.
Anonymous donor.
Attached was a single handwritten note
"This was his dream. Please don't let it die." — A friend
Taehyung's hands began to shake.
Because only one person had ever called it their dream.
Elsewhere, in a dark apartment in Seoul.
Jungkook stood beside a table covered with white lilies
Assistant
"Mr. Jeon, the property transfer to Kim Taehyung has been completed."
Jungkook closed his eyes.
Assistant
"Should I cancel the Scotland project now?"
Jungkook looked at an old newspaper clipping lying on the table.
CLIFF ROAD COLLAPSE IN EDINBURGH — LOCAL HERO PARK JIMIN DIES SAVING CHILD
His voice came out barely above a whisper.
Jungkook
"No."
"I'm going to Scotland too."

Taehyung has just inherited the greenhouse café that Jimin always dreamed of opening in Scotland.

But he has no idea that the anonymous donor is Jeon Jungkook—the man who buys white lilies every Sunday, and the man carrying the secret of Jimin's death
The Dream Left Behind
Edinburgh, Scotland — Two Years Earlier
Cold wind howled across the cliffs
The sea crashed against the rocks beneath the narrow road
Inside a silver SUV...
Park Jimin smiled as he glanced at the passenger seat.
A folder rested there.
On its cover was a simple drawing.
A greenhouse surrounded by flowers
At the bottom, written in Taehyung's messy handwriting—
"Bloom & Birch — Our Forever."
Jimin
"You'll cry when I show you the real place, Tae..."
His phone rang.
The screen lit up.
Jimin answered immediately.
Taehyung
(phone)
"Did you reach?"
Jimin
"Almost."
"I found the greenhouse."
Jimin
"You were right."
"It's beautiful."
Taehyung
"Take lots of pictures!"
"And don't forget the tiny café beside it."
Taehyung
"They make cinnamon tea."
Jimin looked toward the distant glass greenhouse standing alone among wildflowers.
The morning sunlight made it glow like crystal.
Jimin
"...this is where we'll grow old."
Taehyung became quiet.
After a few seconds—
A loud horn echoed.
Jimin instinctively looked ahead.
A truck was speeding toward him from the opposite direction.
Its driver struggled to control the steering.
Jimin frowned.
The truck suddenly swerved.
Toward another family car.
Inside...
A little girl screamed.
Jimin reacted instantly.
He turned the steering wheel sharply to block the truck from hitting the family.
The truck crashed into Jimin's SUV.
Metal screamed.
Glass shattered.
The phone flew across the dashboard.
Taehyung jerked awake from the nightmare.
His breathing was uneven.
His hand instinctively reached for the empty side of the bed.
Still empty.
After two years...
His heart still searched.
Downstairs—
Jin was already preparing breakfast.
Namjoon looked over his newspaper.
Yoongi quietly poured coffee.
No one mentioned the dark circles beneath Taehyung's eyes.
Because everyone knew.
Today was another difficult morning.
Taehyung forced a smile.
Jin
"You dreamed about him again?"
Taehyung nodded.
Silence filled the dining room.
Yoongi clenched his jaw.
Namjoon gently folded the newspaper.
Namjoo
"Dreams don't come to hurt us."
Namjoo
"They come because our hearts still have things left unsaid."
After breakfast—
The mysterious email still occupied his thoughts.
He opened the attachment again.
The greenhouse was real.
Located just outside Edinburgh.
Everything...
Everything matched the sketches Jimin had once shown him.
Even the name.
Bloom & Birch.
Taehyung
"... It's really there."
The front door suddenly opened.
Hoseok rushed inside dramatically.
Yoongi
"Lower your volume."
Hoseok
"Tae!"
"You inherited a café in Scotland!"
Taehyung
"How do you know?"
Hoseok proudly held up his phone
Hoseok
"You became viral."
Apparently, local Scottish newspapers had reported the anonymous transfer of the historic greenhouse to a Korean florist.
Taehyung
"I haven't even accepted it yet."
Jeon Group Headquarters.
Jungkook stood in front of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Seoul
His assistant entered quietly.
Assistant
"Mr. Jeon."
"The greenhouse transfer is now public."
Jungkook
"And Kim Taehyung?"
Jungkook
"He hasn't accepted ownership yet."
Silence.
The assistant hesitated.
Assistant
"Sir..."
"Are you certain about this?"
"You spent almost everything restoring that property."
Assistant
"You've visited Scotland every month for two years."
"You even maintained the flowers yourself."
Jungkook
"It was never mine."
"It belonged to someone else."
The assistant lowered his eyes
Assistant
"What if Mr. Kim learns who you are?"
Jungkook close his eyes
For a long moment...
He didn't answer.
Finally,—
Jungkook
"Then..."
"... I'll lose the only chance I have to see him smile."
That evening—
Jungkook opened an old wooden box.
Inside lay a cracked phone.
Recovered from the accident.
It had never turned on again.
He carefully held it in both hands
Jungkook
"I'm still sorry..."
As Jungkook closes the box, something slips out from beneath the broken phone.
A folded, rain-damaged note.
On the front, in Jimin's handwriting:
Jimin
"If anything happens to me... please make sure Taehyung still gets our dream."
