Chapter 1: A New Beginning

The sound of the alarm filled the small apartment as the morning sun slipped through the curtains. Taehyung reached for his phone without opening his eyes and turned it off before pulling the blanket over his head

wake up! If you don't get up now we'll be late for orientation
Jungkook's voice came from the kitchen
Taehyung replied though he had no intention of getting out of bed

After stretching lazily he walked toward the bathroom with his hair sticking out in every direction

When Taehyung and Jungkook were twelve a car accident took them away too

The morning air was cool as they walked side by side toward the bus stop The streets were already filled with people rushing to work while students carrying backpacks chatted excitedly

The campus was even more beautiful up close than it had looked from the bus
Students filled every corner some taking pictures while others searched for their departments
