PRAE: The view is fine, Korn. It’s just... overwhelming. Everything here is so heavy.

KORN: (Laughs, a dry, humorless sound) That’s the price of power, Prae. You get used to the weight.

He moves closer, the floorboards creaking. He sits on the edge of the bed. He smells like expensive tobacco and arrogance. He reaches out, his fingers tracing the line of her jaw. KORN: (Paused, his voice dropping) What are you talking about?
