“what..? Why would you.. do that?”
Mom
“your phone and novels are getting taken away for a month.” *she sighed once before repeating* “you are also getting grounded.”

*she walked into the room* “Mom? I think she didn’t mean to read those..”

“What? No..” *she paused* “it was definitely intentional”

“w-w-what do I do now..?!”
Mom
“Maybe start being a little more.. family friendly?”

After elise packs up they all head to the living room to say goodbye
