There should've been a rule against making sworn enemies share a 500-square-foot apartment.

Unfortunately, there wasn't.

When the university accidentally assigns rival students Ethan Carter and Ivy Bennett the same off-campus apartment after a housing lottery disaster, neither of them is willing to back out. Tuition is expensive, rent is impossible, and pride is even more expensive.
