Also, this work is more of a thriller and will be written in that manner. The ending will be happy for Taekook since that is the primary ship here.

Mentions of anxiety and other psychological disorders are there in the fic......Also, I love all the bts members and love Jimin so so damn much.
The only reason I had to make him the sad/anxiety ridden husband and not an original character was because I wanted the story to be read from the aspect of that husband’s eyes to make it more impactful.

Kid 1
Can we do that one now? The one you showed us last week?
Jimin looks at the little kid making the request. That song isn’t a part of his teaching routine. Infact it is the one Jimin was teaching himself to play for his husband someday.
Maybe today. Knows that the kids won’t be able to play this song till another few years. Still starts playing it because he can’t bring himself to deny request of little ones
He has been teaching piano at the community Rec centre for five years now but still can’t say no to the pleading eyes of these kids.
Maybe that is why the most time of his teaching lessons is actually spent playing these song requests from kids rather than any actual learning.
He has always had a soft spot for kids. Or for anyone who is polite to him really.
Didn’t have a lot of those in his life before. Polite and kind people. Was used to pretentious smiles and backstabbing lies before.
Has been slowly learning and unlearning the old patterns and expectations. His husband has taught him to. Has actually taught him a lot of good things.
Things which he thought people like him didn’t deserve. Slowly has been learning that he does.
Taehyung came into his life like a breath of fresh air. Not only because he effortlessly and genuinely loved Jimin, but because for the first time ever Jimin wasn’t treated as a trophy.
Taehyung treated him gently. He treated everyone around him in a kind manner- but for Jimin it was something none of his previous partners had ever done.
Today he was teaching kids in the outdoor area. The Autumn breeze flowing through the trees made for a soothing environment to play for the kids.
The song kids want him to play is the one he had been practising to play for his husband today.
It’s their song. Taehyung chose it for their first dance at their wedding last year and though they aren’t really going to be able to celebrate their anniversary today, Jimin still wants to add a special touch to their evening by playing the song.
Today is the one year anniversary to their wedding. Also it’s been exactly two years to their first date today.
People would probably call theirs a whirlwind romance- moved in within 6 months of knowing each other and marrying in the next six.
But it’s been the most organic and meant to be thing Jimin has done. Knows that they are meant to last. Wasn’t always sure about things like these but Taehyung has made sure that Jimin isn’t anxious about anything in their relationship.
It wasn’t an easy thing to do. As long as Jimin remembers he has always been nervous. Anxious about anything and everything in his life.
Insecurity and doubts used to be routine. Has always felt undeserving and especially after he met Taehyung
Taehyung who could be with anyone else. Anyone who probably doesn’t have a million mental health issues like Jimin.
Someone prettier. More confident like himself. But he chose Jimin. Still chooses him everyday.
He met Taehyung on this exact same place two years ago. Was busy playing piano and didn’t notice a person sitting close by.
But as soon as he saw the stranger, Jimin couldn’t help but notice him more. Didn’t want to assume that this person was here for him.
The stranger was too good looking and different for him to ever assume that this person would have anything to do with Jimin.
But to his surprise(pleasantly so), Taehyung was there for him. From what looked like his work clothes, Taehyung had rushed to be here to hear Jimin play.
To actually ask him out for a date. The stranger claimed to have noticed Jimin a few times over the past weeks and had been trying to build up courage to talk to him.
For a second, Jimin got nervous about his true intentions. Always tried to be cautious of people, had learned this lesson early on.
But he couldn’t say no to Taehyung, not when he looked like the most gorgeous and the sweetest person Jimin had ever met.

Anxiety and Insecurity
That one date turned to many, and soon Jimin was head over heels in love. He had always been like that. A big romantic at heart, fell fast and hard. But this time his partner did the same.
Taehyung was so in love with him, never leaving a chance to not show his love to Jimin. He even managed to charm Jimin's friends and family who had by now become pretty judgemental about his choice in a partner.
The fact that everyone seemed to love Taehyung as much as he did, completely erased any nerves he had about their relationship
Taehyung was perfect to him. Not only he cared for Jimin in every way possible, he even left his dream job to help Jimin's father in handling their business. It was unsurprising that soon Taehyung became an indispensable part of the SKM group and Jimin's father could finally be free of his responsibilities.
Taehyung Loved Jimin in a way he had only dreamed about. But it was reality now, having the most loving husband he could ask for. His life was perfect. He couldn’t be happier. Jimin was happy.
Or as happy as a person who suffers from chronic anxiety could be. When he started dating Taehyung he was worried to reveal his diagnosis. Worried that it would affect their relationship.
But the sweetheart that Taehyung was, he was completely okay with it and also supported Jimin in getting the right treatment.
Accompanied him to go to therapy sessions to vocalise and share all his anxieties and fears. He Helped Jimin get a little better.
It was a struggle, the medications and therapy sessions did keep his mental health in check. But there were times when Jimin would get triggered or when he would go into his own shell.
He would start overthinking too much and his insecurities would come up. At times like these Taehyung would help him overcome those.
Taehyung was a rock to him to in his struggles, if not the only- then definitely the most important support he had in his life. Life was good, it was tough for sure, but it was good.
It hadn’t always been good though. Growing up Jimin had a lot of insecurities in life. He was not mistreated or unloved, on the contrary he had a loving family, had loving friends, had everything a person would want in their life
Except the fact that he always felt like he was not enough. Felt undeserving of all that he had gotten in his life and despite all his treatments this was something he was still learning to do,
Of being accepting and feeling deserving of everything he had.
When he was a child and he was richer than all his school friends he felt undeserving. Didn’t feel like he had done anything special to get all the benefits and preferential treatment he used to get all the time.
The poster child at the school despite there being more talented students all around him. Namjoon for one. Jungkook another. Still he was the one always being put into the spotlight. Given opportunities he didn’t want or had worked for.
Not everyone in life had the luxury of not paying attention to their academics and pursue their passion like Jimin.
His best friend Hoseok was possibly the most talented dancer he had ever seen. But Hoseok had to leave his passion to pursue normal office job so that he could look after his family.
Didn’t have the choice of not working for money because unlike Jimin money was something Hoseok had to worrry about. He had to never think about finances, being the heir to one of the biggest companies in South Korea had always made his life easy.
