Chapter 1

                                                                         The Day It All Happened

I woke up from a nightmare. I had to get up to change and do my chores. I was ready when something real dangerous happened. My grandma randomly started talking about how I am a spitting image of  my mother. My grandpa thinks I have a big imagination just like my father. I never met my parents. My grandma always says that my mother was very beautiful. Well with that said my name is Hera Katz, an ordinary 12 year old girl until today.

I was just getting ready for my birthday party, which I was just turning 12 years old. My grandparents just came in barging into my room. They wanted to tell me something so important that they were so desperate to tell me, they were so desperate they started begging me and saying sorry for ruining my birthday party. I said fine just tell me what it is that you want to tell me. Honestly I was scared of what they were going to tell me. They looked at each other and then back at me. They looked worried like they were going to say goodbye forever. Then they told me “ Honey, Well I don’t know how to explain it, so just read this envelope that your parents told us to give you when you turned 12 years old.

The Envelope saids “ Dear Hera Katz,  If you are reading this it means you turned 12 year old, Happy Birthday! Now let's get to the serious part. You see your grandparents probably came up with a lie to tell you what happened to us. Well we are alive and we need you to help us come back home to you. First find the other 4 invincibles there are a total of 5 invincibles you are one of them. You are to go to the GreyFang mountain. There will be a house knock on the door and say your name. Along the way you and the other 4 invincibles will learn awesome things. The other invincibles got cards like this one you have.  They are going to meet tomorrow at the park at 5:00 am to begin the journey. Just for you to know you are the most powerful one in the invincibles and you are their leader.”

Well after reading that I just my grandparents were just joking around because it was my birthday. By the looks of my grandparents it looked like they weren’t joking around. I asked “ Is it true that I have to meet the other 5 invincibles at the park at 5:00 am.’ They looked at each other and the back at me, and they nodded.

I got scared, so I ran away. I had a secret treehouse that wasn’t much of a secret my grandparents knew where it was so they didn’t need to get worried. I was scared and confused because everything in my life has just been turned around in just a few minutes. I went home because it was getting dark, my grandparents were waiting for me with a box in their hands.

I ask what it was they said it was some stuff I am going to need on my journey. In my head, I was all like what the heck, I just came back from a rest and now you're pressuring me way more. They put everything in a backpack ready for me. I went into the kitchen to see a cake. My grandparents walked in lighting the cake up, I blew the candles and everyone got a piece of cake. They told me to go to sleep because I was going to wake up really early. I was so tired that I went to sleep immediately. I was peacefully sleeping forgetting about the journey. It was 3:30 am that my grandparents came barging into my room yelling at me for not waking up. I was probably half awake because I didn’t hear a word they said so I figured I was late for school.

Then, I remembered that I had to meet the other 4 invincible. I got up to go to the restroom and then I saw an outfit, my grandma was telling me from the outside of the door that all the other invincibles have the same outfit except for the boy he has a boy version. It was already 3:40 so I went into the kitchen and ate a bit of breakfast and then it was 4:00. I brushed my teeth, then my grandpa gave me 5 phones and 5 earpieces. My grandparents gave me a lot of cash and a debit card.  I sat down on my couch and started to say goodbye to all my friends telling them I was going to leave for a while. I watched TV for my last time. I was going to watch netflix,and maybe disney+. Then it was 4:50 time to leave, I kissed my grandparents goodbye and left.

While I was walking, I just never gave it any thought that somehow I was the most powerful in the bunch. Maybe I have a hidden power, I am quite nervous because I have probably never seen them before. My grandparent told me they were all born at the same time exactly as me.

                                                                                     Chapter 2

                                                                                    The “Crew”

 When I arrived at the park we became the 5 invincibles. There were 4 girls including me and there was 1 boy. We all decided to exchange cards. I learned all the names. The girl with the pink outfit, her name was Emily. The girl with the purple outfit, her name was Isabella. The girl with the yellow outfit, her name was Lily, Emily’s twin sister. Then there was me, the girl with the red outfit. Oh yeah the boy with the blue outfit, his name was Zeus, which kind of reminded me of Zeus the lightning god. His hair was even white, which actually made me believe he was Zeus’s son. He respectfully declined that he was Zeus' son. We just stood there in silence.

Zeus said “Ummmm, are we gonna go save our parents or are we gonna be in silence all day long.” We all look at Zeus and be like “ dude, we don’t even know where GreyFang mountain is located” Zeus said “ oh yeeeeaaaaah.” “ I know, we can check the phones my grandparents gave me, I got one for everyone, My grandparents gave me earpieces for everyone.” Emily said “hey guys, ummm I turned this phone of yours one and it showed me a compass, I think it's telling us to go this way.” Isabella said“ No way, It leads me to a compass too, maybe it's leading us to GreyFang Mountain '' I think they're right because a compass is also showing up on my phone. The weirdest thing that has happened today was the fact that the color of all the phone cases match the color of the suit each person is wearing. For example Zeus' suit is blue, so his phone case color is blue. Same goes with everyone else. My Phone case is red, my favorite color,-oop I went off topic again.

 “ We should probably start leaving for GreyFang mountain, let's all just follow the directions the compass is leading us. Omg why do I sound like a leader. Ohhhhh, yeah grandma reminded me that I was the leader of the team. Lily said “ Guys are leaving the roads, we’re literally going into a restricted place, What do we do if we get caught!!!!!!” I said “ Calm down Lily, No ones looking, It's 5:30, who’s gonna be up at 5:30. Lily said “ Ooooh yeah, I forgot it was super Early.”

     When we looked over the fence there was nothing but barren land, it was empty. I get what my grandparents meant when they said it might look Barren and empty, but beyond is beautiful. Isabella said “This Place is super Ugly, It needs an extreme makeover, Also don’t call me Isabella, call me bella.” We all said “ok Bella” Zeus said “ Guys, We should hurry because what if it is a long walk, and we might not find a place to sleep, besides the floor."

     We started walking, following our compass, I still don’t why I'm supposed to be the strongest of the pack. While I was walking in the front, I was getting a bit bored, so I asked the team “ What did your guardians tell you when you got your letters.”  Bella said “ My Uncle said that he didn’t know how to explain it so he told me to read the letter, then when I read the bottom, it said the girl with the red suit is the leader and most powerful member of the pack.” Emily and Lily said “ Same, our card literally said the same thing.” Zeus and Bella said “ Yeah the same thing for me.” “ Well let's head off.”

Chapter 3

The Long Walk

    We have been walking for like 4 hours non stop. Bella said “ Come on, We have been walking for 4 hours.” I said “ Zeus was right, We’re gonna be walking for quite some time. “So we should continue walking, it's way better then then sleeping on the ground.” We started walking, that's when we felt a tremor coming from the ground. I looked around, since it was a barren land there was nowhere to hide. I yelled “ GUYS GET DOWN!”

    Then I saw the ground being cut in half. Wow, it's deja vu. I was all like what was happening. “Guys we need to start running.” It was already noon, so I wanted to make sure that they slept safe and sound. We ran for a bit then stopped for a water break. I saw a mountain. Well, what I thought was a mountain was so dark I couldn't see very well. Bella said “ Guys I see Mountain that has a house.” I was all like “ What?! I can't see anything, so how can you see the house”

    Bella said,'' Oh, I've been able to see in the dark since I was a little girl. My grandparents always wondered how I could see in the dark. Everyone practically pounced on her and asked her lots of questions. Zeus said “ guys, give the girl some space”. They all back off a bit. I said “ Hey bella do you mind leading us up there because i can’t see  nothin.” Luckily she agreed and led us to the house that was on top of the hill or weird looking mountain.

     The mountain was really steep, Lily kept tripping on whatever she felt. Sometimes I feel like she trips over nothing. Emily said “ Guys, are we almost there because lily keeps saying that her feet hurt.” Bella said “ We are almost there, Just like 5 more minutes.”

    When we almost got to the top I heard Zeus say “ I'm hungry and tired.” I said “ Sorry Zeus, Please bear with it, once we get we see what they can do for us.” I looked at bella, I couldn’t see anything, I just felt her hand. I don't know what to do, I have lived my life hiding in a corner, away from people. I was hungry and tired just like everyone else , that meant  I had to bear with it just like everyone else.

 When I  almost saw the top, or what I thought was the top. I asked Bella, “ Bella, are we almost there.” Bella said “ yea, we are here but I can't see anything, What I mean is that there is nothing here, it's empty, there is literally nothing here. It's flat. I don’t see any houses around here.” “well let's look around, well I mean Bella look around because im blind right now.'' Bella laughed and agreed to look around. When she was walking we just sat there waiting for her to come back. “AAHHHHHHHH”yelled bella. We all yelled “BELLA WHATS WRONG!!!!!!!!”
