Cale woke up groggy, he didn’t understand why he was feeling anxious. He felt sick and annoyed.

‘It's hot.’

‘I feel sick. Crybaby, you there?’

- I can’t help you but I can alleviate the discomfort.

Pushing himself up, he went to the dinner where he took a seat at the head of the table. Ron walks in holding his breakfast and his morning lemon tea at hand. Whereas Rasheel joins them for this late breakfast, his pillow by his side.

“Rasheel-nim, can I have your pillow?” Cale tilts his head to the side.

“No…” He attempted to decline but Cale’s dejected pout appeared. “No need, I have a better one for you.”

“But I want that.”

“Young Master Cale, it’s not possible,” Ron spoke with a benign smile.

“Please.”

“It's yours to have.” Rasheel gave up trying.

He left the body pillow next to Cale. who seemed content with it. Rasheel applauded himself with a smug after catching a glimpse of Cale's cute, content face. Cale retired to his room with the body pillow and took a nap.

Calling Cale for tea and snacks, Raon flies out to their shared room.

“Human.”

No answer.

He checks their shared bed. There was nobody present.

Raon starts to cry. “Human!”

After hearing Raon's cries, Choi Han leaps through the window to Cale's room. Choi Han picked up Raon and asked.

“Human! Choi Han, Human is missing.” Raon cried.

“Before we act out we should check the farm, Harris Villa and your Black Castle.” Choi Han tried to think rationally for both himself and Raon.

While Choi Han scans Black Castle and the farm, Raon inspects Harris Villa. They head back to Super Rock kitchen where Ron and Beacrox are, knowing that if something happened the two of them would ask for assistance.

“Lemonade Gramps, Human is missing.” Raon panicked while Choi Han clarified, "We look at Harris Village, the Black Castle, and the farm. Not a trace of Cale-nim.”

A problem occurred in Super Rock. What will they do next?

Call everybody and make it their problem.

In the drawing room, Eruhaben, Rosalyn and Mary discussing their next project, Raon enters the room with a troubled face. He was carrying numerous communication devices and started contacting their family and friends.

‘Oh, it was this bad.’

“Human is missing.”

Toonka, still in a state of turmoil and disbelief after Cale's sudden visit, answered first.

- My friend left about 20 minutes ago.

“What did Human do there?”

- He begged for mine and Harol soft clothes.

“Soft clothes?”

Litina, the Queen of the Jungle happened to notice Ten grinning broadly as he approached her. Ten led her to her room, which appeared to have been broken into.

- I apologize to Raon-nim, but someone broke into my room.

"Do you suppose Cale was the one who ransacked you?" Disoriented, Eruhaben enquired.

- A blissful look appears on Ten's face with the recent events, like a pampering father.

Bud and Glenn, who witnessed Cale use a teleport scroll to leave after passing by their rooms, tried talking to him but were disregarded.

- Cale was here.

“What did he do?” Ron demanded, Bud did not notice the hostility answered.

- I'm not sure. He went to our rooms and set off with a teleport scroll in hand.

Glenn checks their rooms while changing topics, talking about the message sent by Queen Jopis.

- Queen Jopis sent a message to us, five minutes ago.

“Why is that relevant to us?” Ron asked, Glenn opened a recording device, Queen Jopis sat there in a stance of noble grace and elegance.

“Someone dares loot my room. What a bold way to fucking lose a head. Fluffy sent them to my room to raid it, quite thrilled with the perpetrator's actions.”

While Queen Jopis glances at him, Fluffy wags their tails and lets out a heartfelt laughter.

Woof, woof~

“Mercenary King, you better solve this fucking mystery. Fluffy is not explained to me, this is the first time he has ignored me. There's something he's keeping from me.” Queen Jopis exhaled with a low sigh.

- That was the message we received prior to returning home.

Fredo, King of Enadable Kingdom, calls Raon after visiting his room where Cale is rummaging through his wardrobe.

- Cale was here rummaging through my wardrobe and stealing my ribbons and ties.

"For what reason did Cale-nim take your ties and ribbons?"

- He is exhibiting distress pheromones. I tried talking to him but he ignored me and after taking what he wanted, he departed.

On the other hand, Cale arrived at the whale territory. He saw Archie who was fleeing from his errand. Archie noticed him, a bit flustered seeing Cale running from his errands, he became a little embarrassed and inquired if he needed assistance.

“Your room, please.”

He proceeded to show Cale his room, who started opening his wardrobe and packing a few of his clothes while humming. Cale orders him to lead him to Witira and Paseton's rooms. Archie leads Cale to their rooms, who proceeds to do the exact thing, and leaves with a teleport scroll. Cale left a stupid-looking Archie, still looking handsome.

Witira and Paseton–who was holding a communication device– asked Archie if he had seen Cale. He answered he left and said that Cale smelled like he was in distress omega.

- Cale left after taking our clothes. According to Archie, Cale smelled like a distressed omega.

“Thank you, Your Highness,” Ron responded on their behalf.

Eruhaben asked Ron and Deruth, who was on the other side of the communication device.

"Is Cale an Omega?"

Ron looks perplexed, and so does Deruth, Violan who sat beside him replied to them.

- We assumed that he was a beta with his muted scent.

“Cale-nim as an omega-“ Choi Han pondered. "That's possible, but aside from the scent of nature, he didn't have any scent or exhibit any pheromones."

“He does have a scent of nature on him because he possessed all five elements.”

“Do you think Archie was lying about Young Master Cale being an omega?” Rosalyn asked her instructor, ‘Archie doesn’t seem to lie about it though.’

“As an alpha and a member of the whale tribe, he isn't lying, they are attuned to pheromones,” Eruhaben answered. “He could be an omega late bloomer."

"He starts drinking because he lost his mother young." Ron sighed slightly in response. "And a war against the Arm and White Star."

“That would make sense, he is a late bloomer. Now he felt at ease and safe enough to be vulnerable and defenceless.”

“Cale-nim most likely was not aware of his distress, he probably believed that gathering people's clothes would help him.”

“Whose room has not been looted?” Eruhaben asked the people on the communication device.

The Henituse family checks their rooms and they all return in front of the communication device. Lily had a charming smile that suited her age.

- Orabani has visited our rooms and made an effort to hide his misdeeds.

“Oh, concealing his wrongdoing.”

‘That sounds so cute.’ They mused.

"How about this place?" Eruhaben questioned residents of Super Rock. They all hurried to their rooms to see what had gone missing.

Choi Han and Rosalyn smiled broadly as they left their room. Choi Han puts on a naive innocent smile. Rosalyn struggles to contain her laughing.

“Cale-nim is adorable.”

“Young Master is so endearing and cute.”

"By closing the clothes cupboards and placing the neatly folded clothes on top, Cale-nim attempted to hide his misdeeds."

“Cale-nim tried to cover up his crimes by closing the clothes cupboards and putting the neatly folded clothes on top.”

“He acts like a small kid who is covering his wrongdoings. So endearing.”

They snicker.

Beacrox and Ron inspect their room. Beacrox noticed the lack of gloves on his nightstand. A small smile sat on his face. He observed his father who left his room smiling with amusement. They shared a thought.

‘Young Master Cale is incredibly cute.’

Eruhaben and Mary join Raon in the drawing room, Mary whose robes look like they're elated. Hong and On joined them last. Eruhaben lets out a heartfelt huff.

“Unlucky bastard took my robes and tried to cover it up.” Mary nods, agreeing with that statement.

“Hannah and Saint Jack's room was also looted, nya~.”

“Lock hyung and his siblings' rooms too, nya~.”

There’s a pleasant feeling that they all let out their happy pheromones, Eruhaben mutes their scents for the kids' sake. Having their clothes on Cale nest is a gift given to them, it lets them know that they are a Cale family.

“Who do you think is next?”

“Probably his hyung.”

“Oh dear, he is at a meeting.”

“He won’t be pleased with my student clothes. He will crash the meeting.” Choi Han answered, knowing that Cale loved to tease Alberu. Cale visits Alberu’s room the most, he smells Alberu’s pheromones regularly in his room. “Cale-nim won’t be satisfied with his clothes.”

‘That's Alberu Crossman's problem.’

“We still need to warn him. Let’s call Tasha.”

Cale stopped by Clopeh's room and took off with the first item he saw. When he goes to see Taylor and Cage, Cage welcomes him and requests to show him to their rooms. She escorted him there without raising any doubts. After stealing their clothing, he exited the building.

Upon arriving in Alberu's room via teleportation, Cale starts packing his hyung-nim pillows. Tasha (who was carrying a communication device that is connected to Super Rock) opens Alberu's room where Cale is there hoarding Alberu's pillows.

Cale is contemplating how to carry Alberu’s blanket so he opts for the next big thing, his hyung’s cape, seeing Tasha standing at Alberu's door.

“Your robe, please.” Tasha presented her robe, and Cale hummed.

“Where’s my hyung-min?”

“At a meeting.”

She gestured for him to follow her, and Cale obliged. Alberu Crossman who was leading the meeting saw his dongsaeng.

“Hyung-nim”

“Yes, my dongsaeng.”

“Your cape, please.”

Alberu cast a sidelong glance at Tasha who gestured to him to comply with Cale’s pleas and double take.

‘What happened?’ Is what his face asked.

‘Do it, nephew.’ Tasha's expression indicates that. “But Cale-”

Cale released his pheromones in displeasure at being dismissed. A sour smell spreads out of the meeting room. It was heavy.

Smelling the distressed air, Alberu let out a sigh and offered up his cape.

“Thank you, my dearest hyung-nim.” Cale preens and takes it, smiling so gently with his eyes curled up. The meeting room was enveloped with the scent of forest mixed with the aroma of freshly baked apple pie.

Taking a teleport scroll, Cale leaves. Alberu, Tasya and the council remain shocked.

The scent of the forest almost made the dark elves nearly pass out, they felt homesick. Cale’s scent was good to resist; the lush scent of a forest with an apple pie on top of it, it was like coming back home where a freshly baked apple pie was waiting for them.

After robbing his friends and family, Cale brings his loot back to the Black Castle. Unaware of the disaster he had created with the two continents, he slept soundly.

Sheritt informs Raon that Cale is sleeping at the Black Castle, and the kids teleport there. They open Cale's room, only to smell the lingering freshly baked apple pie with whipped cream spread, and overpowering the scent of the forest.

Sherrit warned Raon, On and Hong to not bother Cale. He is resting after being in distress for too long. Leaving the kids to find Cale on a large bed under a lovely sunlit, stuffed with various outfits and belongings from family and friends.

After a well-rested nap, he left his nest to go to the kitchen where Beacrox was feeding the kids. The children run to embrace Cale, who welcomes it.

Ron enters the kitchen and gently asks if he is feeling well, Cale nods. Eruhaben asked Cale about his nest.

Cale tilted his head. “Nest?”

“Unlucky bastard, you’re an omega. You unintentionally built a nest out of other people's belongings.”

‘What.’

- Cale, you are finally feeling safe to be vulnerable, that’s what triggers your omega pheromones.

Super Rocks respond.

‘Oh.’

Alberu, who arrived at Super Rock, gently pinches Cale’s cheeks.

“My cute dongsaeng with that stunt you pulled, the entire Roan and neighbourhood now know that their beloved commander is an omega.”

Unbothered, Cale just shrugs.

Pre-Heat Scenarios

I. Headpats and Praises

While the Western Continent nobles are making their marriage proposal and gifts to the Henituse family to win them over and deliver them to the duchy, Cale is having a bad day.

He wants to do something but doesn’t know what it is. So he called his kids and Choi Han to visit the wolves and tigers at Harris Village. Lock greets him and hunches down to Cale’s level, this comes naturally to him.

Cale stretched his hand to pat Lock's head, a small smile appeared on his face.

“Lock, my shield, my child. You grew well yet you still look thin. Keep up with training but push yourself hard and eat all your meals.” Cale preens after seeing Lock's flushing face. “Call your siblings too.”

‘Oh, Cale-nim omega instinct is giggling.’

The young wolves welcome him. Cale beckons them to come closer, he gives them headpats and gives them praises. Cale’s maternal instinct is squealing with excitement.

His pheromones nearly completely enveloped the whole of Harris Village. The pups purr with contentment over the scent of nature and apples.

He wasn’t satisfied so he called for the tiger pups too. The tigers which also include the big bulky adult tigers join them. They also receive their fair share of head pats—a strange scene where big men get headpats from a slender redhead.

It's a blissful scene of a young noble giving praise and headpats to the children, if you overlook the tribesmen who receive their share of headpats.

After a session of headpats, Cale sat in a corner with three kids hurdling in his lap. He pats their head and envelops them in their peaceful embrace.

The satisfied wolves and tigers decided they needed to train more for their young master. They love Cale’s scent of nature and apple pies, they knew they were home.

Before Choi Han joins the tigers and wolves in their training, Cale asks him to kneel in front of him. Cale gives him his shares of headpats too.

My puppy knight

Cale said that out loud. Choi Han is a blushing mess, he attempts to cover his face with his hand but Cale isn’t finished with his pat or his praises. Lock and the others made an effort to contain it since they didn't want to be part of Choi Han’s rigorous training.

Lock thinks that Choi Han hyung is lucky that Rosalyn noona is not here to tease him.

“My knight, my sword. Thank you for everything.”

Choi Han releases his happy pheromones which entangle with Cale scent. Cale had fallen asleep while patting Raon’s head. Choi Han carried Cale who was frustrated when they entered Cale's room in Harris Village.

Choi Han called Raon to send them back to Black Castle where he can place Cale in his nest where he can rest easy. Choi Han mutters an apology for entering Cale's nest uninvited and lays Cale in his bed.

Soft purrs were heard under the blanket.

II. Clopeh and his shenanigans

Clopeh heard that Cale visited his room and concluded that he took something from his room for his nest and the announcement that Cale is an omega.

So now he is in front of the Black Castle. Cale, who woke up from his nap, spent the afternoon in the living room where most people's lingering scent stayed, a comfort for him while others were busy with their tasks.

Cale noticed the upcoming arrival of a lunatic. Clopeh clenched his hands together and praised Cale.

“Cale-nim you are g-“

“Clopeh, stop, don’t you dare continue that sentence.”

“But you are. Cale nim is a legend himself.”

Cale let out his weak pheromones, Sherritt sensing the faint whiff of irritation, materialized next to him.

“I shall record Cale-nim's heroic actions and daily life for the museum.”

“Don't.” Cale is getting agitated. “I’m not in the mood to deal with you.”

Clopeh keeps insisting that he is a legend and a hero.

“Sherritt-nim, please pick him up and throw him outside.”

She was already displeased so she complied with Cale words and threw him using a shield. Cale goes back to his room chucking Clopeh’s white robe outside of his nest door.

Alberu, who was sent a videotape by Rosalyn showing Clopeh's clothes outside Cale’s nest, chukled.

Those who have seen that learned that making Cale stressed out makes their stuff chuck out of Cale’s nest.

They disliked the thought of that.

III. Self-proclaimed Noonas

Cale stay in his nest not bother to leave his nest. He was too annoyed after Clopeh's unexpected visit. He is unwilling to leave his nest, even when he wants to eat. Rosalyn who is back from her project with Eruhaben was entertaining Cage, who wants to meet Cale.

They noticed the distaste scent of an agitated omega, so they decided to go to Cale’s room.

“Can we come in?” Rosalyn asked for permission, and Cale answered, “Yes.”

Cale noticed the newcomers. Unexpected guests but they were welcome Cale gave them the sweetest smile, and Rosalyn and Cage wanted to coddle and spoil him with treats.

“Miss Rosalyn, Cage, hello.”

Happy scent spread out, Cage takes her chance, “Aren’t I, your noona.”

“Cage noona, hello.”

“How about me?” Rosalyn wants him to call her Noona too.

“Rosalyn- no..noona?” Cale tried to taste how it felt in his voice, Rosalyn pulled out a recording device so she had a copy of him called her noona.

“Yes, our dongsaeng.”

“Are you hungry, dongsaeng?” Cale nods, Cage suggested, “Let us feed you.”

Cale titled his head, “Why?”

“You can stay in your nest, we will come back with food to feed you. That way you don't have to leave your room.”

It made sense, Cale didn’t want to leave his nest. They are bullshitting everything just to feed him. Cale was convinced.

Ron who saw them talk nonsense shook his head with their obvious tricks to convince his young master.

They return with food on hand, they spoon-feed Cale. Cale wants to ask why they were feeding him instead of letting him eat himself, not minding it.

Cale is emitting happy pheromones and the two women are satisfied with it, they let out their scent. They encouraged him to let out a more happy scent that now covered the castle.

Rosalyn and Cage sent that recording to Alberu and Taylor, who were meeting together. The girls knew the boys would envy them being referred to as noonas and spoon-feeding Cale.

IV. The Gifts

The three whales visit Cale that afternoon bearing gifts for him. When a tribe member goes into heat or rut, they would collect family members' or friends' soft clothes for their nests.

Those who were part of the nest would give their own clothes or scent them as an agreement to be part of the tribe members' nest.

Cale, who stays in his room, notices that known pheromones are spreading in the castle. Witira called out behind Cale's bedroom door.

“Young master Cale, can we come inside?”

“Yes, Witira-nim.”

The whales gathered beside Cale's bed, Witira and Paseton offered him their scarf and robes which Cale accepted. Archie, who was forced to join them and give their clothes, was swearing in his head.

Archie gave Cale his pillow since that was the first thing he saw in the room when the two royal siblings dragged him to visit Cale with their gifts. He also needed to give something so it was his pillow.

He pulled out his pillow and presented it to Cale. The royal siblings were laughing at the back. They knew Archie despite being rude, always gave his belongings to his squad when they went to rut.

Cale looked over Archie picked up his pillow took a whiff and smiled.

Archie tried to leave but Cale scented them all, they didn’t want to make Cale sad or disappointed in them for not taking his happy pheromones with them.

“Nature genuinely adores him. The scent of the water is free and clear. Did he scent us with water affinity on purpose?”

“Well we did scent him with our own pheromone that had water affinity or because we are whales,” Witira commented.

“The whole castle had his scent, no one dared to cancel out. It's welcoming everyone who enters with their scent too.”

“Either the dragons made everyone scent to a bare minimum not to oppress young master Cale’s pheromones or it's his nature scent that subdues our pheromones to a minimum.”

Whatever it is, they are happy that Cale is letting out his chirpy scent.
