She take her sit and take a glance in me and smile, I smile back too. Our classmate clap their hands at her answer. Well she's smart and genius she can answer everything. She's Windy my girlfriend, yes she's my girlfriend. We're in 4th year college niw and next year we will graduate.

She's cheerful, she always smile and she always spend her time with ne when she's not busy and I like that too. I love seeing her every second, every minute, she's the love of my life, the girl who I want to marry.

After Class....

"Babe, let's go to the cafeteria I'm hungry already" Windy said while pouting

I smiled, she really look like a child so cute.

"Sure, let's go My Princess" I said

She smiled happily and held my hands. We went to the cafeteria and grab some foods to eat.

"You really love pizza that much" I said

"Of course I love pizza so much" she said lively

"You love pizza than me now?" I said while pretending to be sad

"Awww my baby is sad, don't worry I love you more than thus pizza" she said

I smiled victorious.

I smiled

I really don't know why she always said "I Love You 1000" it's kind of weird but every time I ask her about that she's just smile and change the topic and I used to it so I didn't bother to ask again.

After eating we rest fkr a while in the bench first

"Come on Princess I'll walk you to your house" I said

"Okay" she said and smile

I always walk her home even though her home is just near in the university but I'll always make sure that she arrived safe.

"Babe, what do you want to do after we graduate" she suddenly ask

*Hhmm, I'm going to apply a job and then I'll marry you" I replied

"Who said I'll marry you?" she said teasingly

I smiled

"Well, you love me that much and wether you like it or not I'm going to marry you" I said and kissed her in the lips

"That's unfair, you always steal a kiss from me" she said pouting

I chuckled

"Your mouth is sweet princess so I can't help not to kiss it" I said

"Hump, you pervert thief" she said

"Princess im not pervert and I'm definitely not a thief because I'm your boyfriend" I said teasing her

"Okay, okay you win my dear boyfriend" she said defeated

I smile

"Ohh, we're here at your house already" I said

"yeah" she said

"Now, go inside and have a rest" I said

"No, you go first" she said

"No, I'll leave when your inside already, say hi to your mom and dad for me" I said

"Okay fine, I will. Take care and keep safe" she said and hug me

"You too Princess Take care, I'll text you when I get home, I love you" I said and kissed her forehead

"I love you 2000" she replied

She went inside in her house and I went home.

When I arrived at home I texted her that I'm home already, she didn't reply I know she'll sleel already.

it's our 5 anniversary the day after tomorrow so I must prepare. I already have an idea what to do. I change my clothes and take a rest.

Morning....

"Good Morning Babe" Windy said and kissed my cheecks

"Morning Princess" I said and kissed her back

We're here at school now, but we don't have classes because the Professor has a meeting so we're at the bench now.

"Babe, what is your plan tomorrow? It's our 5 Anniversary" she said

I smiled.

We spent the rest of the day talking to each other, walking inside the campus, eating together and reading in the library together. I wish the time will stop in this moment but sadly it can't.

When evening comes I walk her to her home and when we arrived I reminded her about tomorrow.

"Don't forget tomorrow, I'll pick you up at 5 pm"I said

"Yes your highness I'll definitely don't forget it" she said

"good, now get inside and rest" I said

"Okay, take care" she said and kissed my checks

She went inside and I went home, so excited for tomorrow.

She lead me to the Couch and give me some juice.

I Stand Up and walk towards her and I whisper

"Now, you two go and have your date enjoy" Windy's Mother

After we bid our goodbye I took Windy to a Place with a blindfold.

"Can I open now?" she said

We're already here but I still didn't remove the blindfold.

"Wait a minute" I said

I stand in front of her with a bunch of red roses.

"Now Open it" I said

She slowly remove the blindfold and when she open her eyes, she was shock.

"Happy 5 Anniversary Princess" I said

Tears fell fown from her eyes, she wiped it and hurriedly hug me.

"Thank you Babe, Happy 5 Anniversary too" she said

I smiled

"Now let's watch the sunset before it will disappear" I said

She get the flowers and we watch the sunset together. I know she love sunset that's why I bring her Here.

"Princess why do you love sunset so much?" I ask while back hugging her

I notice her smile

"Because there's always good in goodbyes" she replied

I smiled.

I took the necklace out of my pocket which I brought for her and put it in her neck. It has a pendent of moon and heart in the middle.

"Now, take care of this necklace it symbolizes my deep love for you" I said

"Thank you so much babe* she said

She face me and look at me.

She took something out from her bag and She reach my hand and hold it.

She handed me a not so small box.

"This is my gift to you and Promise me to open it 1 month from now" she said

"Yes I promise" I said

"I love you" I said

"I love you 2000, always remember that" she said

We smiled and watch the beautiful view together.

After our date I bring her back to her home. And I went back to my home after.

It's been 5 days since our Anniversary happened and within this days I notice her that she avoiding me and she often goes to school, she barely reply to my text and she didn't answer my call too.

I wonder if something happened.

After school I texted her to meet me at the park where we first meet and she replied okay.

When I arrived at the park she already there.

"Princess are you okay? Why are you avoiding me this past few days" I said

She look at me blankly.

"Andy let's break up" she saud without blinking

I felt like my heart shattered into pieces.

"What? Why?" I said shockingly

"I don't love you anymore" she said

My tears fall down from my eyes.

"No, No Windy please don't leave me" I said begging her

"Sorry Andy but let's stop this, I don't love you anymore" she said

And with that she left my hanging at the park with tears and pain.

"Why?" I shout

I sit down the ground and cried.

Its been 10 days since she broke up with me and I still can't move on. That's also the last day I saw her, she never came back at school. She blacklisted me in the phone and blocked me in the Facebook. Looks like she really don't love me anymore. I can't contact her anymore.

I drown myself in the alcohol hoping that I could forget her but I really can't. I always remember her sweet smile, her kiss snd everything about her.

It's been so hard for me to forget her.

Ine day, I visit my cousin in the hospital because he diagnosed in cancer.

When I decided to go home I didn't expect to see her and what shocking me the most is she wore a hospital gown and she sat in the wheelchair and she's with her parents, she look so weak and pale.

"Windy" I shout her name

She and her parents look at my direction and I can tell how shock they are to see me. I hurriedly run towards them.

"windy" I said

"Mom, Dad please give us a moment" she said

Her Parents nodded and left us alone.

"What happened to you?" I ask

"Can't you see? I'm dying Andy" She said with a sad voice

"But Why?" I ask

"I have an Alzheimer decease" she said and tears down from her eyes

My eyes widened from what she said.

"W-what?" I said and I'm crying too sounds like gay but I can't help it

"We knows it years ago, and Alzheimer has no antidote and the doctor said If I take some medicine it will help me to live another years but I only has 2000 days to live. That's why I always say's that "I love you 1000" because I only had 2000 days to love you. Remember when we first meet at the park? It's the day I know that I have this deceased. The day I broke up with you is the last day of the 2000 days I had so I ended our relationship, I don't want to see you sad because of me, I don't want you to see me slowly forgetting you and now even my name I even ask my parents of who I am" She said while crying

My heart ache's so much from what I hear.

"Princess, it's ok with me as long as your with me, why did you not tell me early, I don't care if you forget me or not" I said hugging her while crying

"I'm sorry" she said sobbing

"No, it's not your fault, it's me who's sorry because I didn't take an effort to find out why you broke up with me, I'm sorry I'm late" I said

"Don't blame yourself, Now that you already know and your here I'm already happy" she said

I hug her tight.

"Remember that even when my mind forget you always remember that you will always here in my heart, this heart will never forget you. And remember to open that box I gave you. 2000 days is just a short time to be with you but every minute I spend it with you it's meaningful" she said and that made me cried so much and my heart feels like it's bleeding

"Let's face it together, so please let me stay by your side" I said

She smiled

"Live well my dearest boyfriend, live your life well, that's my last wish for you" she said

"Okay, Okay I promise you" I said

She smiled

Tears didn't stop flowing in my eyes. I can't accept this.

"Ahhhhhh" she shout

I panic

"Windy what happened" I said

She shout again and again holding her head, she seem in so much pain. I cried so hard seeing her like this.

"Windy, Take a deep breath and inhale exhale" I say and she do it

Minutes later she look so calm, I wiped my tears and face her.

She look at me and the moment she look at me she look confused

"Who are you" She said

And That 3 word's break's my heart forever.
