"I'LL..... I'LL KILL YOU... ALL!! YOU ALL WILL SUFFER... SUFFER... SUFFER... LIKE YOU NEVER BEFORE.... IT'S MY CURSE.... I, SARIN... WILL HUNT YOU.... DOWN. "

A cold feeling traveled through my body and I lost my senses, in that unfortunate night. I can feel my consciousness drifting into the great abyss. My soul weeps badly because this time, I know... I died.

But I don't wanna die. My will to survive is too strong to break the boundaries and rules of this world. I will, I surely get my revenge against those who, not only did this to me, but also to the ones dear to me. They call me, Sarin- the Sinister Devil, for the sole reason that I am not someone to be mess with.

In this dark abyss I can sense the flow of time as if it is rewinding, back to that time from where it all started. My memories are intact, but it's moving backward. Something is happening and before I knew, I was on that broken laboratory, after the effects of The SSMD Project.

SSMD project or simply Human Modification Project, was an experiment, which allowed normal human beings, the homo sapiens sapiens - to attain much stronger and more advance abilities. It is to generate human soldiers with phenomenal capabilities. And I was the last amongst them.

Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Light and Darkness, those scientists were able to manifest these attributes called meta-force, in human DNA. And we are called Meta-force possessors. I, on the other hand, had a defect.

My body couldn't initiate any meta-force. I had undergone different experiments but all in vain. My only advantage is that, my body can withstand highly toxic chemicals and can regenerate in seconds. Those hateful scientists made me a guinea pig to their inhumane experiments. I tried to escape this hell many times but to no avail, I was always brought back to laboratory I hated the most.

When the newest project, Xenovirus Takis-0 needed to be tested in me, I trembled. It was the deadliest and most dangerous experiment those rats ever created. It was said that this virus can stimulate the strongest metaforce- it's called the allsystem metaforce where the awoken possesses all kinds of energy existed. It may sound wonderful, but on the other hand, once failed, the outcome is death. It's still a semi-finished product that's why I am scared.

Of course, where there is life, there is hope. I'm so sick of being a captive. I want to escape, badly, hopefully one day.

This association is very secret that not every people know about it. It consists of a group of scientists who is here to perform various types of experiments including body manufacturing. In short, these people are all mad and is associated with upper authorities whom they sell those knowledge for huge profits.

SSMD Project was one of those. They abducted children and use them as guinea pigs, which is illegal and inhumane. Lots of children died because of the failure of their experiments. They imprisoned all of us and one by one, gave us strange medicines. I saw my companions die in front of my very own eyes.

Eventually they succeeded and was able to manufacture a whole lot of human soldiers which we called Meta-force possessors. Lastly it was my time and I couldn't help but cry, because that time I was nothing but a mere child, incapable of doing anything.

But as the process was going on, some people came to rescue us all, but with violence. They bombarded the organization's headquarter where the experiment was taking place... where I was but, before I know it, it's all pebble and ashes scattered around, with blood mixing in it. A total massacre.

No one knows, why I was alive that time, but I was.

My experiment was not a success. It didn't reach its conclusion, that's why, my body couldn't initiate any meta force although I was injected with the newest virus, XNVT-0. The only thing I knew was that I was immune to any kind of toxic and also able to create those much more amplified than before, but not in a large amount, only little doses of it.

When I survived the catastrophe and was able to escape from the institute, I started working under the people who helped us with benefits. And rebuild myself. I live my life like a normal teenage girl but I was different. Those who stayed near me, were poisoned to death because of the effect of the virus and I'm alienated, and they don't even dare to approach me, thus I was called the Sinister Devil.

In the meantime, I was also searching for any traces of those mad scientists who used me and made my life a living hell under the command of the people who helped us. I become an assassin and trained hard enough to keep me safe from any dangerous situation, mostly from other meta force possessors who works for those dang organization. Somehow, they are increasing in an alarming rate. Maybe the reason behind this, is the remaining rats of SSMD project. And I was right.

People feared my presence and thus I was able to roam around freely. On a day, I found someone abducting a little kid, in a back alley, I traced him and camouflage myself. Fortunately I found the base.

But maybe, it wasn't my lucky day, rather it was my doomed because I was caught back in the laboratory again. Those escaped rats were using their hands for dirty experiments. This time, it's called Project XNVT-0, a continuation of the SSMD project. It was the very same virus that was implanted in me even if it's a semi-finished product but this time the XNVT-0 is complete. Before I take my mission, I carefully searched and found out that the Xenovirus Takis-0 which when implanted in the body can now be able to grant the allsystem metaforce at once but with careful dosage. If it surpass the dosage, it strains the body, all cells will die and the veins will explode inside due to the sheer pressure of the meta force.

Now that aside, as I was sneaking in the new base of those rotten rats, some of those guys found me. I fought and beat them but more and more rats came. Eventually I lost and they lit me on the project again.

But this time, I wasn't able to survive it. The mad scientists knows that I can regenerate, so they test the limitation of the XVNT-0 Virus on me. I hoped I'll survive but I couldn't. My cells couldn't regrow and my veins exploded because the dosage was high enough to cause my death. The sensation of revenge flew through my whole body, but I couldn't move. I was on the brink of death and I think I died.

But then time began to move backwards, and it took me in that time where I was still a guinea pig of those rotten rats of the SSMD project, when I was 13 years old. When I still weak and couldn't regenerate meta-force.

It was midnight, when Sarin suddenly sprang from her hard bed. Her chest was heaving violently and she was covered with a fine thin sweat. As if a drowning girl suddenly got air, she inhaled greedily for fresh air.

"Where am I?"

She was still in a dazed and without knowing how long it passed, she had calmed down. What fell into Sarin's eyes was neither the laboratory who were destroyed nor the lifeless eschatological scene. Through the bright moonlight, the white walls and the leg cuffs in her feet- she knows she's back from the institution, where it all began.

Given a chance to live again, what will she do?
