"Where is it?"

"Pardon?"

"I'm talking about the demi-fox! Where the hell is it!?"

I was woken up by the sound of nearing heavy footsteps. I gasped in horror when I found myself in a dark cold room.

Where am I? Where's mother!?

My sight went down on both of my cuffed wrist. My eyes glowed in red as I tried to use my power to break these cuffs but to no avail, I can't and I don't know why.

I feel weak and tired. What happened to me? Where is this place?

"The demi-fox is here, my lord."

I heard a sound of metals clacking to each other and the door opened. I closed my eyes by the sudden rays of light comming through. When the light became bearable, my eyes slowly opened and I saw a man with a uniform, looking down at me with a grin plastered in his lips.

My tail wagged because of danger and I created a loud growl.

"Unexpectedly, the demi-fox has a nice face and body." he said while his eyes is busy scanning my whole body. I feel so disgusted by the lust glowing in his eyes.

If only I am not cuffed..

He bent his knees, trying to level my height as he stared at me lustfully. "Why don't we play a little bit, demi-fox? Oh, I almost forgot, perhaps you don't know what I am saying. Hmm?" he tried touching my chin but I growled and showed him my fangs.

"My lord, she may be look weak and unable to fight but that's only we cuffed her and injected her some drugs. You are just allowed to come here because you threathened the Chief, please avoid doing unnecessary actions."

His expression turned dark and immediately stand up, facing the man behind him who looks like a servant or some kind of a guard. "Are you trying to interfere with my business!?"

"N-no, my lord. It's just that, I was ordered to watch you—"

"I apologize for interrupting your conversation my lord, but the Chief is looking for you." a man came, catching his breath.

This man who they are calling 'lord' looked back at me and glared. "You will be mine for sure, demi-fox." he licked his lower lip which disgusted me more.

You damn old man! I will surely kill you!

"I'll kill you first before that happens." I said and he looks taken aback.

He looked surprised hearing me talk. But his shock expression replaced by an excited one. "You can actually talk like a human. I now have more reasons to make you mine. Just so you wait. We'll meet again

at the auction."

I growled again and tried as hard as I can to atleast make him feel my rage.

His eyes went wide while coughing some drops of blood. I almost lose my consciousness but before I passed out, a powerful lash touched my skin as I groaned in pain. Lash after lash until I finally consumed by the darkness.
