Special skills- Skill that are more effective that normal ones. It's like an innate ability. Some special skills can be an offensive type or defensive...It varies. But clairvoyance is a mental type. It does not have a cool down unlike most special skills which has an unbelievable amount of time to cool down. But clairvoyance uses mental strength so.. if the user does not have a straight mind, he will go either crazy or dead. One human/player will be able to only have one special skill.
