"Zayn pass me the bag over there" i said while pointing the bag behind her. "Klare catch" she said and throw me the bag. Right now where at the road going to Pampangga for vacation, Klare is my bestfriend we've known each other since we where elementary.

Were going to Pampangga together with my family and Zayn's family. We brought 2 van and 1 car for me and Zayn, The first car is for the other family members then the second car is for me and zayn and last but not the least the last car which contains the foods, don't get us wrong it's just that we don't have any space left so we need to use one more car. I'm driving the car while we are jamming with the song girls like you by marron 5. We ran out of food while we're at the road. Me and Zayn sang the lyrics then it went to the rao part, i start to sing the rap part which is "not to long ago i was dancing for dollars not being rude if i let you meat my mama, u don't want a girl like me i'm to crazy for every other girl is fugazzi,im sure the other girl where nice enough but u need someone to spice it up, so who you wanna call Cardi? Cardi? come and level up like Harley, Harley"I sang with actions, the song isn't finish yet, i stop the car because it's on red light, here come's my favorite part, i looked at the stop light and we still need to wait 40 seconds so i sing along to the lyrics again "why is the best fruit always forbiden, i'm comming at you 20 over yhe limit, the red light, redlight stop stop" i said while pointing at the red light signing her to get off ths car and grab a food to the van, she laugh and unbucjle her seat belt and ran towards the van, i saw her grabed 2 bags where we put our foods, i looked at the stop light again only 14 seconds left, i looked back at Zayn, she opened the door and got some foods out of the bag. She laugh so hard so it makes me laugh too "that.was.EPICC" she said in between her laugh.

We switch sides, Zayn is driving the car now. I took a nap and when i woke up were already at the hotel of the resort. Zayn and i have a different room because she said she wants to solo a room so i book another room. I walk to my bag and grabe the pouch, i opened it and search my morning pills, the doctor gave me lots of pills it is around 9 or 10 pills that i have to take. I drank my medicine and head to the bathroom to take a bath.

After a long shower, i ate my breakfast and scroll to my social media, Zayn is probably sleeping right now because of a long drive so i decided to take a walk after eating.I’m on my way to the park, the view is beautiful i always smile to the people walking in the side walk, i walk happily in the bridge but something, no!, someone catches my attention. I ran as fast as i could and bend my knees when i reached him, he was struggling to breath, “mister, mister, are you ok?” I said worriedly, “me-med-medici” he said still struggling to breath, i saw him point at a backpack behind me at the end of the bridge i stood up and quickly grab it, I kneel again and opened the bag at the pocket i saw a pouch and opened it, there’s the medicine, i quickly grabbed it and take one pill i looked for his water bottle and opened it and hand it over to him, he immediately take the pill and water, after he took the pill his breathing becomes normal again. I just notice that he is wearing a hospital gown did he sneak out?, i looked at him confused, a moment later he said a word “thank you” that’s the first word he said so as a response i said “always welcome” i said with a smile “ohh and by the way, why are you wearing a hospital gown?” I asked in a confused tone, “hmm, my parents and i just moved in this hospital and i said that i want to go around town, I don’t have the time to change my clothes because my mother might change her mind” he said and chuckle a little.

I help him got up and we started walking “where are you going?” I ask “i’m about to get breakfast, u wanna come?” He said not even taking a glance at me, “it’s my treat don’t worry” he said and chuckle “that sounds nice, i’m in” i said with a smile. After walking a few minutes we reached a not so fancy but nice, clean, and simple restaurant, “Coffe with me” i read the sign of restaurant and laugh lightly at it, he didn’t mind me at all in fact he walk straight to the counter and ordered some foods while i looked for a table, i sat in the table near a window and wait for him to finish ordering. Moments passed and he put the food and drinks in the table then he sat down. The meal is just a simple bread, slice of chocolate cake for dessert and cappuccino for drink. “So, why are you in the hospital?” I started the conversation, he look with ‘do you really wanna know’ look u get what i mean, “ cancer” he said in a boring tone “what stage?” I asked again while taking a bite at the cake “2” he answered and stir his coffe, “since when were you admitted in the hospital?” I asked looking in his eyes “when are you going to stop asking questions?” He said looking annoyed “geez, calm down bro, last question hmmm..what’s ur name?” I asked for the last time

he stared at me blankly “Lance, Lance Monterò” he said i gave him a look saying ‘ohh ok’ then i realized “Monterò, Monterò like the car?” I asked half surprise and half funny, “yep, Monterò like the car, basically my father owns it” he said and took a sip in his coffe."My turn to ask" he said with a smirk on his face, "whats ur name?" he said while looking at me "Klare Valdez" i said shortly then i looked up to his face and saw him thinking "i'll think of something to calk you later" he said and looked at me again "how old are you?" why is the question so basic, i looked a him and said "19" in a cold tone then he spoke up again "are you studying for medicine? you know what medicine to gave me when i'm struggling to breath" my lips parted a bit because of what he said, i need to come up with a lie i can't tell him that i sometimes experience struggling to breath beacause of my heart problem "ahh, about that i just picked a random medicine and luckly i got the right one" i said and chuckle a little to make it more realistic. "Ohh, so what are you studying?" think Klare, brain please cooperate with me, i need to come up with a lie "i stop" i said and he just shruged, he stand up and ready to leave "i probably should go back my parent might get worried" he said and grabed his bag "yeah sure,take care" i said and stand up. 1 pm when i get back to the hotel because i went around town and buy some hats, bag and a wishing stone after i bought a wishing stone i went to a beach and cracked the stone, i know it's made for two person but, we're single so who care right, after that i go back to the hotel, Zayn is probably awake now, i didn't have keys to her room so i can't check if she's awake or nah. I went to the bedroom and watch some anime movies, after i finish watching a movie my stomach started to grumble so i decided to order to the food service, while waiting i scroll in my social media, my heart aches i trumbled in the ground while creasing my cheast to stop the pain, i crawled to the bedroom and grab my medicine, the air is getting tinner which makes me hard to breath and my tears began to fall, i drank the medicine and waited for the pain to go away. I didn't notice that i fell asleep i just woke up when i heard the doorbell rang it's probably the food service. I opened the door and i was right it's the food, she place the food to the table and leave the room, I started eating the food it's just a simple meal a beef steak with rice and 4 seasons juice. "Klare are yah awake" i heard Zayn's voice from the door "we're going for a swim" she said excitedly..i ran to the door and opened it.
