Beep... beep... beep.. beep... beep...

" Xiannnnn... stop the Alarm clock its been buzzing for half an hour."

Xian Xi's mother yells from the kitchen.

" Xian, get down from bed and quite that damn buzzing box".

Few minutes later annoying alarm sound stopped.

" What I'll do with this girl. Again she will became end up school being late today." Mrs.Xi murmurs.

She come out from kitchen and walk to Xian's room, it was closed not locked.

She moved the curtains from glass windows and open the windows. Let the sun light come and fell on Xian half sleeping face that was outside of her quilt.

As the sun rays touch Xian face she hides her face into quilt.

"Xian.... wake up. Didn't you sleep enough! wake up."

"Will you want to be late again...." her words are not finished but Xian jump out from bed and run to wash herself.

" - in school. " Mrs.Xi finish her last words like a whisper and walk to kitchen.

After few minutes later Xian come out in her school uniform mini skirt, shirt, coat, black shoes and school bag. She wear glass.

its not like she has eye problem but she likes to wear to hide her green, violent mixed color eyes.

Quan Qui

"Dad I'm leaving for school". I take my school bag and said to my dad who is reading newspaper in breakfast table.

" Take the car and I have some important meeting so I'll be late tonight," said dad.

"Okey ".

I get in car as dad told. I look out side through the car window, the roads, trees, the shops all are same like yesterday.

I was taking my head back in the car at that moment I saw her. Riding her bicycle, her two braids looks like two long ribbon are flying. She is my junior.

" Traffic"- left from my mouth.

I was looking at her she is also in traffic.

when its green light my car cross the road.

I look at her is crossing the road again

"What she's doing?"

"Stop the car", saying this I am observing from the car. I'm already in front of my school gate. But I wanted to see what is she doing.

I see her talking with the old lady and -

" She's helping the old lady! Today she will also get the punishment for being late." I murmur.

I get out from the car and enter through the school gate.

Quan Qui is a popular boy in school. He also is the school president. He has many admire most of them are girls.

Xian Xi hurriedly rides her bicycle to her school. Her long black hairs are turn into two braid.

She is almost near her school. She can see others students are running towards the school from the another side of the road.

"I don't want to be late today, I don't want to be late today..... " Xian Repeat the sentence again and again.

'I STILL HAVE TO CROSS THE ROAD '- Xian thinks.

It red signal so she have to wait because the passerby are crossing the road. She saw an old lady with her little brown puppy standing near her bicycle. The old lady she wants to cross the road but the little puppy is not moving. The red signal is now turn green, so Xian easily cross the road. She turn the head and wanted to see if the old lady cross the road yet.

But She was still there and trying the little puppy to move..

Xian turn her head and look at her school gate. If she go now she'll not be late today.

Xian take a long breath then cross the road and go toward the old lady.

"May I help you Grandma? " Xian said.

"Its very kind of you young miss. But little browny is not moving at all. I need to take him to pet house." old lady said, with smile.

"It will take time to turn the signal red again. Will you ride bicycle with me? I'll take you safely."

"Will it work?"

"Sure, when I'm in vacation I carry my grandmother on bicycle and we go to market to buy groceries." Xian said confidently.

"Okey"- Old lady take her little browny in her hand and put her into bicycle's front basket and sit back on bicycle.

"Hold me tied" saying that Xian ride her bicycle to cross the road.

After crossing the road.

" Thank you, young miss. It reminds me of my youth. Its my pleasure to meet you." old lady said and take little browny.

"You're welcome, Grandma. Its nice to meet you too." Xian ride her bicycle toward school.

She turn her head to the old lady and yells..."I'm Xian Xi".

" Xian Xi - Xian means immortal and Xi means happy. Such a sweet name. "

Xian POV

"I'm again late today. I have to be stand up outside of class again. I'm becoming a well known face to everybody."

I looked through the window and see my best friend chi chi. She make gesture

' Why you late again?'

I made a pose to tell her that I was sleeping.

At that moment I head a chuckle over my head. I looked up and saw a new boy.

His chuckle makes me angry. I'm having punishment and he is making fun.

"Who are you?" I said with harsh voice.

"You'll know me in a few minute." by saying this he pat my head. And enter in the classroom. I'm just looking at him

'Who the hell is he!' thinking myself.

Just then Quan Qui walked out with few books in his hand and a small bag

then stop in front of me.

I was so deep in thought that I forget to hide my face.

'Oh God, he saw me. What will he think?' I thinking and looking at my shoes. Its so hard to look up.

"Do you have your breakfast?"

"who.." Its Quan Qui. He is asking me!

"I.. forget.." I reply in low voice.

He hand me a small bag from his hand.

"Don't forget then." He left.

I'm still in dazed. We never talked that much. He is my senior. Actually in another word he is my secret crush. I looked into the bag there's a

small milk packet and two bun.

"Xian Xi, enter into classroom". Mr.Bai class teacher he call me.

I was so happy I forget about my punishment. I take my seat. I am staring at the bag which I keep on my desk.

"Hey Xian, the new boy is so handsome." Chi chi said.

Her seat is in front of me.

"Who cares.. I have got what I never thought of.." I said in absent minded.
