Chapter 1
Heavy droplets were falling on the crowded road, creating a soothing sound for any normal person...Kids were dancing in the hands of their parents while going back home...Couples were enjoying the night cuddling under the blanket with a cup of coffee
Everyone was happy except one
In the high company building, a man stood by the glass window of the CEO's cabin...By the silhouette, anyone could tell that he was indeed a handsome man...The man was looking at the cityscape through the window, which was filled with raindrops, and sighed, turning his back towards the enchanting view
He slowly walked towards a swirling chair and sat there, turning towards a table with lots of office necessities and a metal tag reading "CEO Kim Taehyung"...He held a picture in his hands and traced his long idex finger on the picture of two young boys in their 20s, the younger among the two hugging the elder who is returning the hug reluctantly

A tear drop rolled all the way down to the sharp jawline... Taehyung still stared at the photo with a lot of sorrow in his heart and a pinch of hurt and betrayal in his almond eyes

Taehyung kept the picture back on its place slowly and turned on his chair to the glass window again, still thinking about the person on the picture, a person who was dear to him, a person who loved him more than himself
A small silhouette of a boy with a umbrella could be seen in a distance...The boy was swinging the packet in his hands occassionally, smiling with his bunny teeth and looking at the blissful rain with his sparkling doe eyes which was flooding with purity and innocence...The boy walked down the streets to a deserted alley and then a heavenly mansion appeared out of nowhere in front of him
The boy carelessly walked through the big gate as maids and guards bowed before him...Out of courtesy, the bunny boy smiled sweetly and bowed back to them...The maids and guards who were accustomed to that behaviour, smiled back at him
Then the boy walked in the mansion's living room, where a man was seen reading a newspaper on the couch...The adult man looked very smart and intelligent with glasses adding to his handsome face...He didn't notice the little boy's presence...The boy smiled brightly and ran to him
The father looked up from his newspaper to see the owner of the voice and smiled at his son with his dimples slightly visible on his cheeks...He put the hastily folded newspaper on the table in the front and looked at his son who was literally jumping in front of him

The small family of four laughed and ate at the big but cozy mansion in the midst of the heavy rain outside...But at one place the rain felt like arrows of sadness stinging through the skin of the soaked boy standing in the doorway of his mansion which, unlike the earlier one, was leaking with sad memories of a painful past
The boy had just returned from his company and walked to his mansion which was only a few blocks away but as the rain was heavy, he got wet...But the coldness of the rain water could definitely not be less than that of the dark mansion
He walked upstairs to a room filled with pictures of a person, the same person whose picture was in his office...The poker-faced CEO couldn't hold on his sadness any longer and let it all out...He cried while remembering his precious memories with that person and would scream out frequently... Slowly he drifted off to sleep on the ice cold floor with his feet close to his chest and most importantly, in pain

It was 7 in the morning, still early...Jungkook and Jennie were asleep...Jin was cooking breakfast in the morning while RM was reading a book, with his right arm resting his tilted head and left arm holding the book
Jin, while cooking, was stealing glances from his stunningly handsome husband, who was looking more attractive at that position, and was blushing... Namjoon noticed Jin's behaviour and looked up at Jin, wiggling his eyebrows...Jin just smiles at the husband sweetly and Namjoon gave his dimple smile
Jin was now blushing furiously, making the elder chuckle on the cuteness his wife was showing
After a good few minutes Jennie came walking into the living room with a big gummy smile across her face and walked towards her parents

He talked with the other workers for a while as customers started to enter the cozy place...After a minute or two, a customer came...He was short and slim with a mask and sunglasses hiding his face
As the other others were preoccupied, Jungkook went to take his order, his first order...He bowed slightly and smiled softly at the person and ask

One creamy latte and a red velvet cheesecake please

Ok sir...Your order will be ready in a minute or two (bows again and leaves)
Jungkook then went to make the order...Even when he was preparing the expresso for the latte, many girls were drooling over his attractive appearance which consisted of nothing but a black high-neck t-shirt and the uniform
Even the strange masked man was staring at him, but not with the intention of drooling but curiosity...As he finished preparing the order, Jungkook walked to the table and placed the drink and the food in front of the man and backed away a little, waiting for a comment
The customer lowered his mask to his chin and took a sip of the coffee and a bite from the cake... Though he was wearing sunglasses, a look of surprise could be seen through the dark-rimmed lens...His plumpy lips curled into a pleasent smile

Thinking about that person brought a small smile to his face and a drop of tear in his eyes
