*Yawns* “Such a good sleep. I feel like I am forgetting something though...” I look at my phone, click on ‘schedule’.

“Oh shit! I have an interview today!” I rushed out of my bed and quickly changed and get ready. I ran down the stairs, put on my shoes while eating my breakfast made by my mother.

“Bye mum!”I mumbled through my chews.

“This girl is always like this.” Mother shakes her head in disappointment. I drive at full speed in the car (not exceeding the speed limit). As soon as reached the company, I immediately ran towards the front counter and asked the lady, “Excuse me, I have an interview with the boss...but I’m a bit late. ”

“Name? ”

“Rosie, Rosie maryson. ”

“Alright. You will have to go to the 37th floor and you will enter the boss’s room and pass this slip to enter. ” She said while passing me a slip of paper with a stamp of approval. I instantly ran to the lift and went all the way up. Once I reached, I look left and right. I knocked on the door twice, without a response, I pushed open the door and explored the grand corridor. Soon enough, I reached a second door with a sign that says ‘The boss’s room’. I slowly opened the door. To my surprise, two men were apparently discussing their work or on another topic. I slowly closed the door and did everything like in reverse. I turned around but heard a stop and paused. “Turn around.” One of the men spoke. I turned around covering my face in embarrassment.

“Is this what you wear for a job interview? Mr. Ron, look at your employees.”

I was wearing this:

“Mr. Ron? Isn’t that my boss?”I thought to myself.

“Not going to reply huh? Lift up your face and remove your hand. ” He continued speaking. I did as I was told. I took a glance and figured out it was the President, Mr Carter Sutton . I gulped.

“I was late so I..i”

He continues, “I like you. Be my wife.”

“What?! ” I asked in astonishment. My face and well as Mr. Ron were almost the same, in confusion. There are so many girls out there and he chose me?! The president to add.

“Why me? ” I asked.

“Why can’t I choose you? You know that I can get WHATEVER I want. ” He then looks at my resume in my hands.

“ Rosie Maryson huh... Your father is in jail right?” I was surprised he knew about it, it wasn’t such a huge Surprise though. My father’s a killer. He stares at me and carries me out of the room, whispering in my ear, “Let’s go to get the marriage papers settled. ” I was shocked when he carried me and tried to make him let me down but my hits was Painless to him. My face flushed tight with his smooth hands. That was okay at least but all of a sudden he pulls my chin up and kiss me. I was startled. I didn’t want it but my body felt was attached. He then blows my ear and mumbled, “Sweetie, you’re so sweet.”

He puts me in the car gently. “Maybe he isn’t as bad as I thought,” I mumbled softly to myself. He opens the other door and sits beside me. *Yawns* “I'm so tired!” I exclaim while yawning. I felt drowsy as I did not sleep well the day before. Before I knew it, I Drowsed off.

Carter’s POV

I smiled as I saw her falling asleep. “Go to Adamson’s hotel,” I instructed my driver. Once we reached there, I pick Rosie from the car and carried her to my private block. She tugged my shirt in her sleep. “You’re so naughty. I must punish you next time(he didn’t have time as he has a meeting). ” I warned my security Guards to keep her safe and well.

“If I see a Strain of her hair missing, you're dead.”

“Yes, sir!” They replied. I kissed her on her forehead, saying, “Sleep well, my love, ” I then left her with my security guards and then left for work. In my office, I could not stop thinking about Rosie. I was worried that something bad will happen.

“Mr Sutton?” my secretary, Ms Sue, asked me.

“Cancel the meeting with the president with the United States. I need to go somewhere.” Ms Sue tried to stop me but I refused it, I needed to see Rosie. I grabbed my jacket and rushed to the car. I told my driver to drive me to Rosie IMMEDIATELY at once. Once I reached there, I was shocked to see Rosie...

Rosie’s POV

I woke up in the middle of room tied up. My head started spinning. My limbs were all tied up so I could not move. I tried screaming for help but too, my mouth was covered. It took me a few seconds to figured out that I was kidnapped. Suddenly, from behind, I could hear footsteps walking towards me.

“I see you’re awake.” From the voice, I could tell it was a woman. She took off the tape on my mouth and stared at me for a while. Immediately, I knew who it was. It was my ex best friend. She was jealous of me for being close to her crush that rejected her because of me. I shouted loudly at her, “ You bitch! Let me go right now!” She smirked. She did not say a word and just slapped my face so hard that it was burning. My only weakness was when I am slapped. I had a flashback of me being slapped a million times in a part of a memory of mine which I don’t remember, like it vanished but part of it is still there. She then walked away as someone else came in.

“Darling. What happened to you? ” this person was my ex-boyfriend, Ben. He said it in a sarcastic way. I rolled my eyes but he tilted my head up forcely. He then came closer to my face and kissed me. I tried to block his tongue as he tried to cross the border of my mouth. He suddenly pushed up to the floor with the chair that I was still stuck to. My head hurted even more. I only could hear muffled sounds of Ben’s voice. He was shouted and screaming but I could understand a word. As soon as I knew it, it became a black world in my head again.

Rosie’s POV

I once woke again but now in the middle of the forest. My whole body was aching. However, it was just so suspicious. I was not tied up or anything, I was just... left away, being thrown. With my body feeling nothing but pain, I could not move a inch except for being left alone.

A few moments later, I started hearing growls nearby. I then saw a black figure in front of me. “Grrr”it growled. I rubbed my eyes. I looked again, it was a black panther. “Oh shit!” It looked me in The Eye. It slowly walked towards me one step by a time.

I slowly backed away but behind me was a tree. I looked back for any other way to get out. A cliff behind the tree, a deep river at both sides... I’M DEAD!!!

The panther continued to walk forward. I trembled with fear as it cane closer to me. “Please don’t kill me please.” I Talked to the panther but it doesn’t look like it even understand. When it came in front of me, it smelled me. I froze as I prepared to grab the Panther.

However, it suddenly licked me and rested my my lap. “What?…” I mumbled with confusion. It liked me… I Guess. So I started to stroke it’s fur and it yawned.

“You’re such a cutie!”

I was so surprised but happy that I did not die. I then saw a other black figure from not to far away. I looked. It looked like a woman.

When she came to me, i saw who it was...oh no.

Carter’s POV

“You idiots! Get the f*** out NOW!” I shouted at my bodyguards. Rosie has been gone for at least 2 hours now and these idiots could not protect her. There was no news about her these past 2 hours. I was worried with fear.

“Mr Sutton, we found her. ” I stood up as Asin as I heard that from my secretary.

“Get ready,” I told everyone. I turned to the stupid bodyguards. “If she is not okay, you are DEAD,” I stared at them with a wanting to kill them.

I entered the car and rode off. “Please be safe, my pumpkin.”

I arrived at the location. This was the place where black panthers are mostly found. “Shit!” I said as I recognise the place. I spread my Guards to Find her. “ Grr..” i heard a growl. Then I heard a voice, sounds like Rosie! I quickly ran towards the voice and saw a human by a tree and a black panthers. It was so far away thought. I could not confirm whether it was Rosie. “Who f****** cares anyways,” I mumbled to myself and continued to go towards the voice. When I reached, I saw a person, a person that was not Rosie. I then saw my friend, Marilyn. She was hiding from a black panther. I scared the black panther off and helped my friend up.

“Long time no see,” We both said together. I chuckled. But I then remembered Rosie. I said to Marylin, “ My car is over there, take this card( I gave her a card) and they will drive you back.” She was in confusion but waved goodbye and went on.

I searched more, I heard “beep, beep, beep!” I saw a circle object in the floor and went to pick it up with curiosity. It was the tracker I put in Rosie’s earring. I called my guard.

“Bring my friend back first, I will meet you later.”

Meanwhile with Rosie...

I was licked once again by the panther but now at a different place, it was like a jail cell. “Where am i?” I sighed with sadness. This place looks Then, the panther then looked at me with cutie eyes and I patted it.

“Your a boy right?” I asked the panther, hoping it understands. Surprisingly, it nodded its head.

“Then... I will call you Kai! ”It wagged it’s tail like a dog happily.
