My name is An Jane. I am 16 years old.I study in .I am well known for being a rough girl.... huh! Well it's just that i am a tomboy.I am from a quite conservative family........... but I am far away from well mannered. I have been scolded for not having etiquettes of a lady! But I am still a teen GIRL!!

Like every day I got up early for school. I put on my full inners and wore my school white shirt upon that. I like to wear pants but could not so wore leggings and put on the black skirt upon it. I sling my coat on my shoulder. I tightened my long brown ponytail and snatched my bag and rushed to the school.

'Dad will send you dear?'

'No dad!'

My mom rushed out. 'What about breakfast girl??! '

I mounted on my cycle and drove speedily to the school. I reached by fifteen minutes. I rushed to the stairs and slid into the class. Ahh a executive entry! hahahha but it turned into a owowowowoww. I dashed into someone.

'Ayyyaaa Jane......... this girl why do you always do something out of looks??' Every one laughed.

'Ha sorry sir! 'I said scratching my head.Dusting my coat. I slumped my bag on the table and sat beside my bestie, Sarah Dane.

'Again a ruckus.'She asked me.

I winked at her. She always said if I were a guy she would definitely marry me!

Sir continued with the class.

'okay who will solve this? '

As expected the school hunk was called on. He went and solved the question. His name was Luke Stans. He is my neighbor apart from that uh.... eh he is my crush. It started when we met for the first time. Me and my family moved to the city. The first day I was playing in our garden. I heard some noises when I looked up I saw him peeking at me. I had always been a open type. I waved at him. He smiled and that was the most beautiful thing I ever saw. We grew apart as we grew up. It became kind of awkward because he started ignoring me. I never knew the reason. Now the only thing he did was ignore me and if we ever interacted he would be cold and glare at me for no reason.He eventually became my rival in studies.

'Very good Luke! Now , this this Jane!!! Why are you always talking? Even if you study well you still need to listen to my class!'

He always said that but I never brought dad to school anyways. He always complained to my parents. He was our Class teacher.

The school was over after a loads of classes.

As I and Sarah headed to the school back gate.. We saw a good show. There the school hunk and his buddies and the goddess of school stood talking.

'What are they talkin?'Sarah whispered.

We sneakily came out. I kept my cool.

I walked off to the cycle stand.

'I will drop you? 'I asked Sarah.

Davis was a silent and sweet boy he wore a old fashioned specs. He was the definition of a nerd. Because of this he was often bullied. He unnaturally became our buddy. He was less bullied.

I drove to Sarah's house and left her.

I drove back to my house as I was parking my cycle I heard Luke's car. I went near the wall and clinged on the wall hoisted myself up and sat on the wall.

'Why do you always climb my wall? '

I opened my eyes and there was Luke. He was below me and our faces apart by inches.

I shivered at his tone and quickly got up.

I stared at him feeling hurt.

I jumped up the wall and landed on the other side.

At times I really hated him.

I went to my house and lied on the bed eating nachos.I should not be bothered let him date anyone humph. Ahh but why can't I get him outta my brain?

I decided to do my homework.

The next day the school seemed rather chattery. I and Davis walked to the class.

'Jane why did you? 'The goddess Aurora was crying..... why was she calling out my name?

Everyone were gathered around looking at the show.

I ignored him and turned the other side to go.

I pushed his hand and walked past followed by Sarah and Davis.

I stopped and turned holding my pain, Even if it was dating I felt a stab in my heart and smiled. I went to the washroom.

I went to the ground and ran laps till I hurt my leg. This is good. I feel better.

He is so bad very bad I hate him I screamed in my mind.

We went back to class me covered in sweat.

I saw Aurora sitting with Luke holding his arm. My emotions refilled. Going back to home I did not have enough energy to drive the cycle. I drove slowly.

I wanted to stuff my ears with charcoal. Fortunately it was sports period. Everyone went to change into tracks. I put on the white t-shirt and the black tracks. I re tied my hair into a ponytail. It was quite warm so I decided to tie the jacket around the waist. I was known for my sports skill. Some said as expected from a tomboy. I and Sarah walked to the ground. Sarah took a long time she had her periods.We reached late everyone were already assembled and busily chatting. Luke was again the center of attention. He had the buttons of the t shirt open and looked unexpectedly lean tall and handsome. My self pride protected me from eye googling him.

'We have Throw ball match assemble! '

The teams were distributed. I and Sarah were together and few girls and boys. Luke John (his closest buddy) and Davis were together and Aurora and some girls.

Two courts were there. And four teams were divided. Even the neighboring class was attending with us. They were the Section B.

Boys occupied the basketball court neighboring to ours court.

'Let's start! 'The boy in our team gestured.

The game began. I used physical method to restrain my brain. It worked for me. The game continued with them in the lead. I threw the ball in reflex behavior. It flew towards Rale(Aurora's buddy). But Aurora stood in front and fell down.

'ahh.... Why are you so rude Jane? If I hadn't blocked you would have ruined Rale's face.'

'I thought she was a player!'

'I know you hate me..... '

'Shut up Aurora no one asked you to block the ball!'Luke snapped.

Ah out of guilt he is acting up?Haizzz is it really worth? We continued a little and decided to do other things. Some chose to play and some chose to watch the basketball match. I and Sarah walked around the basketball match when suddenly.......... whizzzzz something flew towards my head. I was too late to turn but something caught me by my waist. It was a guy from class B. He had caught me by my waist and snapped the ball. Wait.... it's like in a Hollywood drama. His hands were tightly gripped around my waist. My hands on his chest. I looked upto see his face. He was the new guy I guess. He wore a band and was way too cute with elegant look. He looked even girlish than me. Sarah was staring at us with some mischievous look. I pushed him and he let me go.

'Thanks but I would have dodged.'

'I don't think! 'He said in a sweet voice.

'eh? Haha nice head band. '

'pfft. '

I and sarah left. But why did I feel something off?We went to the class and I slumped on Sarah's shoulder. Really sometimes studying feels like climbing Everest. As we chatted mam entered the class.

We stood up to greet her.

'Good evening mam! 'Everyone chorused in a sung song way.

She took the class and the whole day was quite burdensome with much to study. I went to house on cycle. I did not drop Sarah but Davis insisted on coming to drop me.He was like a dad of same age! I invited him in. As we walked on the lawn Luke was in the door.

'eh? '

He ignored me.

Davis followed me.

'Some people tend to stick to men! 'Luke snapped.

'Davis? Did you say something? '

'uh huh me? No that..... 'Davis stammered.

Was Luke jealous? No that isn't possible.

The misunderstanding never cleared. We had a cold War. He seemed to hate me more and more and my feelings were becoming stiff. The more I tried to ignore and fight with him the more I was addicted to him.

The new guy was Jake Lin. He kept coming to our class often. He came from a rich family like the others. He actively started reasons to find me. I found him irritating but his continuous following helped me coax the reason to think about Luke.

Everything remained the same after two years we left school going in our own ways. I still remember the uneasy seperation on the last day. Luke went abroad for further studies. His whole family moved with him. He did not even wait for a gathering of the classmates. We seperated in our teens. I and Sarah were still together. We both chose medical as our major. Davis was enrolled in engineering college. We three still were close. The whole one year after Luke left I was too depressed for anything.He left peacefully after giving me a cold stare. I believed time would cure it. I consoled it was my stupid teenage stuff. I left these memories behind and focused on my studies. I gained the favor of my professor. He made me his personal assistant.My major biased on research on medical medicines. Professor was old man like Dumbledore.His hair was all white. He was a well known person in his field. It was often difficult to get along with him. But Professor Charles and I got along well. I still was as rough as ever. He often commented, 'You'r fit to run errands for me! '

I wanted to intern with professor Charles in his Research center where he worked.

He was famous enough to be interviewed in Tv. I was shocked how he found interest in me.

Time flew fast, it's been 5 years and I am already 23.Along with my course I worked with professor. Sarah had already started to work as an assistant doctor in a hospital. Davis is a manager In an IT company.

Sarah became even more cute. She grew her hair long. Davis changed a lot. He grew his hair and tied it behind like a gangster. He started wearing lens. He even changed his style.Who knew there was actually such a handsome person below that camflouage. I too changed. My hair grew even more long.

I did not know but Sarah kept saying, 'Dude you really became Very beautiful.'

I think I look the same. Though I worked out in gym and made my body fit. It wasn't much change right? I never heard of Luke. I once heard from Davis that his sister got engaged. I met his sister few times. She was beautiful just like Luke. She treated me very nicely everytime she came from abroad. She was elder than him by 2 years. I sat in the office with professor discussing my thesis. It was quite late in the night.

I received a call from my mom.

'Sir gotta take this! 'I said scratching my hair.

'Go on..... it's late you better go home fast.'

I nodded and went out of the office to talk to my mom.

'What?! 'I asked shocked. My cousin was staying at our house for few days. She said she was going out with her friends. She was a very careless 19 year old. 'Mom, I said you not to leave her...... she went with friends? '

'Yeah Jane she said she would be back by 7 but it's already 10!! '

'Ok don't inform dad he is busy! I will pull that girls teeth out and bring her! 'I said angrily. She was just a young girl! I said I would accompany her some other day but such disobedient girl!

I went to the office.

I put on my helmet adjusted my black shirt and propped my blue Jean. As usual I tied my coat on my waist.I called her before starting my bike.

I tried ger friend, no reply.

I tried calling but no reply.
