Lan was making the signature drink of their Cafe and yes his mom is the boss. So as we were saying he was trying to make the signature drink it looks like this
They do the drinks as per there costomer's taste but the colour and the decorations will always be the same they always add the natural colours and the decorations the rlly delicate
So as Lan was trying to make this, he tried to put on some extra ice to a touch and then swirled the glass like a professional cause it has always been his dream but the glass fell down and yeah, it made a mess and the glass being hella heavy was broken into thousand pieces
it's not like he's a bad cook it's just his way of decorating food r not delicate

If y'all wondering what happened to them here's a short explanation
In there company as y'all know Xander is the CEO and his father is the boss, so to say it simply one of their employ who was an accountant took a huge amount of money and fleed the country.
Xander can't handle traitors, he hates ppl like them to the core so that's y he's this pissed. And moreover his father was the one who appointed the account as a favor but as u can see he backstabed them and fled the contry.
