The soul powers can control different soul elements like Fire, Water, Wind, Earth etc.

Although it's not that everyone has a powerful soul element. Only the strongest ones can use the soul power at it's full.

When soul power reaches it's peak it takes a physical form which can be unleashed separately from the body. They are called soul forms. Although, the soul forms are generated from the soul power of a person but it have a seperate consciousness of it's own.

And for me... I have zero soul power. Because I still don't know my soul element. I don't even know if I have one..

But my parents said, no one borns without a soul power. I am perhaps a late bloomer.

My parents are one of the strongest in terms of soul power. They are the grandmasters of soul power. So they are the chief in command of this city called Lìliàng..
