Rain struck the roof of the small apartment building like a wave striking the shore. You could hear the drops of water ecco through the run down apartment, windows where busted, glass enveloped the carpet. The dropping of the water in the medal bucket woke him up from his slumber as the atmosphere finnaly sunk in sending chills throughout his whole body. He rushed to the window and grabbed his binoculars to look at the couple across from the apartment complex. The lights lite up as the female entered the room, having only a small break in the blinds, he could make out that it was the woman in the photo next to him. Placing the binoculars down he quickly grabbed his camera and zoomed in, the look on the woman's face was a deep sadness, as a man approached her, throwing a bundle of cash at her. He snapped a photo of her dropping to the floor snatching up the money with quick haste. Disgusted the man placed his foot on her head smuchimg it into the floor. Tears filled her eyes as she took the abusive punishment from the man. Not missing one photo the man had what he needed and quickly hurried out of the building, upon exiting the building there where two figures that he couldn't make out, as they quickly punched him in the gut dragging him to the alleyway that was not even a foot away. As they where beating him senslessly they destroyed his camera.

"Don't die on us, that lady you where snooping for, she sold you out. Can you belive that, was it worth the money? You know what to do when you wake up!" The man said as they where leaving.

The next day as his eyes started to open, one eye was wrapped, his body stiff and unable to move. The nurse shocked at him staring at her.

"Doctor!" She yelled running out of the room.

Quickly a group of random doctors and staff swarmed the room. The man on the bed unable to speak, slowly started to lose consciousness and back to his dreams.

The darkness, I cant feel, I cant hear, I cant see. What is this? Whats happenening? I've been in here for qhat seems like a life time, when will I wake up?

"Child, dont be scared im here for you, folly my voice find my light" The strange voice said.

In the distance he could see a small light, so small the darkness looked as if it was consuming it. All he could do is follow that light. As he got closer he could feel warmth, not normal warmth but a warmth that felt like belonging, like it notices him that he's the only one in the world. The light kept growing g with each step he would take fight back the darkness that entrapped him, not noticing the temptations to his left or right trying to steer him off his path. Finnaly he mad it to the origin of the light, as he entered there was still a sense of nothingness but he could finnaly see, he was finnaly waking up again.
