A heavy breath gushing through my parched lips, my eyes are so blurry only the sound of the crow I can clearly hear. My legs was too tired and numb, for endless walking beneath this dead body laid everywhere. How can I even survive this bloodshed neverending war I'm facing. Who's that man standing a few sentimeters away from me, I can't barely see his face but he was reaching out his hands for me. His armor suit was completely covered with blood he was calling my name. I hear it.

“ Jane”

“ Jane”

What is that noise coming from? Is like knocking from a door but theirs nothing door out here only the dead bodies are in here. Wait does my hearing have a defect. All of sudden I opened my eyes it was all completely a dream again. A dreadful dream, the tears suddenly fell down to my cheek. didn't even notice I'm crying, why am I feeling so burden, my heart is aching so much I can't even bare this painful feeling, I don't know why it's happening to me. No one can answer this question filled in my head. Those dreams is tormenting me.

“ miss Jane, thank goodness you're awake”

A hobgoblin folklore creature with bald headed entered my room drastically.

I get up from my bed watching kooper circulating around my room for about 1 minutes and I'm the one who's going dizzy just by watching him.

“ oh come on kooper stop spinning around will you”

He stop doing it and walk closer to my bed, now I can look closely to his face but the fact that he doesn't look into my eyes instead staring downward, “ hmm” theirs something fishy around him.

“ what's wrong with you kooper, you seem worried on something?”

“ well miss Jane about the application forms you told me to send to the headquarters”

I cross my hand laid-back towards the pillow, well am confident that they decline my application. It always happened for about ten years now.

“ Ahh about the forms I told you to submit, it's that why you're worried. Oh come on kooper I'm sure they declined it again right?”

Kooper does not say anything fidgeting with his fingertips.

“well about that, hmm, I'm sorry to say this but they already approved you're form. I saw you're name in the list “

“ miss Jane are you alright, hello”

My presumption got me wrong, why did they approve it. Why?

“ can you stop waving you're tiny hands kooper ”

“ sorry, so am ah going to leave you alone cuz I have so much to do right now “

Rushing to leave the room ,when I shot the door quickly and firmly does he think I'm just gonna slide his mistake. It's his fault anyway I told him to submit it later but he insisted submitting last week .

“where do you think you're going Mr. Secretary. We are not finished talking yet”

A grim smile trudging toward kooper, who seem like forcing the doornob to open but luckily with my kinetic power it's too late for him to escape this.

“ oh come on miss Jane this why I'm so nervous and scared to tell you the news. Please let me out here, please”

“ Iron fire sword divulge”

“ 1st degree phase”

The sword started to show its blazing flames, the edge point of this can slash someone into half.

“ really miss Jane 1st degree that is exaggerated act “

“ exaggerated? Then do you think,I should try this to you. I've never tried it before”

“ please spare my life miss Jane. I'm kneeling down on my knees please stop this”

“ it's too late now, just regards me to you're ancestor. Here it come. Ahh”

I gradually raise my sword into the air without hesitation, kooper started to scream so loud.

“ you've got chosen to be the mentor. The dæmons are on their way here with the novice grim reaper “

I stand still as kooper spit out that surprising revelation. “ kieru”

My sword faded away from that particular moment. He become relieved after the sword disappeared, he told me they will be here a few minutes from now and I should be ready because after many years passed it will be the first time I'm going to be a mentor again.

“ fine, if you didn't said that maybe you'd be dead right now. You're so lucky today”

“ Thanks goodness I've said it. Well can I leave now”

“ of course, let me open the door for you “

“thank you”

“ you're welcome”

( A few minutes passed)

I keep thinking and wondering why did they approve it. I just didn't get the view point. As a well experienced grim reaper like me. We need to submit an application form directly to the headquarters for them to sent back the novice grim reaper

(A rookie grim reaper) they've sent to be trained by us. Whom had the enough experience in this field.

I still didn't get it why they approve my form after what happened ten years ago. After the insult and hurtful words I received from them. So I decided to go personally to headquarters and ask them. Why now, I need to know their explanation behind this incident.

When I was about to leave the grindstone library room, I heard a footsteps from behind the door leisurely coming towards to this room. How could kooper actually find me here.

“ stop, don't dare to open that door”

“ but miss jane the dæmons are here to see you with the novice”

Kooper stated behind the door.

“ let the novice enter the room beside him, all of you can leave now”

“ okay miss”

Kooper agreed.

“ I really hate that woman attitude, what a disrespectful”

The dæmons blabbering behind, I can still hear it clearly in spite of that I just ignored their blabbing talk.

dæmons – (also spelled daimons.) These not the same thing as demons. they were helpful spirit guides, similar to guardian

I thought my life would be miserable and deprived for meaningless existence in this world not until I got choosen to participate in the grim reaper association. Never in my life I would be able to get here so far.

I was inside the black car with the three ,dæmons who accompanied me. The one who driving and the two are beside me. Their cosiest warm character makes feel comfortable while we're on our way to biophillia mansion.

They don't talk to much only the sound waves of air, tweaking of birds can be heard, it was total silence. The mansion is in the inner forest and wide beaches to encounter on the road.

(Many minutes passed )

“ we had arrived to our destination”

The dæmon who's driving with a hat, stop at the main entrance gate.

The mansion was so huge and majestic all the humanoid like me are working here. This place is where all the creatures assembled, unbelievable I'm finally seeing it with my own eyes. Observing them from windshield makes my heart flutter. I can finally feel the excitement.

Standing outside the main entrance of the mansion, the gatekeeper who guarding it will not allow you to enter the mansion unless your guests or workers there. So it's impossible for anyone to enter the mansion not unless you wanted to die in their tremulous hands.

“ Welcome gentlemen to the most well-known places in the immortalized world. The world filled with monsters, fairies and humanoid beings. Where dreams and magic come to life. These places are,,,,,,, sorry my lord are saying something? “

“ how long it will take for your introductory, Mr. Gatekeeper “

It seems like the dæmons are annoyed in that long introduction.

“ did I talk to much”

“ Yes”

The dæmon with a long beard replied.

“ I'm sorry my lord for talking so long , ‘hahaha”

But the dæmons didn't seem in the good mood to laugh. It's better for him to shut up otherwise his dead.

“ forgive me my lord, You my enter the mansion “

As the gatekeeper slowly be opened the entrance I hear the gatekeeper saying something.

“ good luck boy”

As I step inside the mansion. When I turned back the gate was closed.

WOW, the scenery is very beautiful in the inside the blue's sky is covered with the dragons , fairies and witches flying overheads the land. Every where I look I'll see how remarkable this place is.

The dæmon tapped may back because I've been overwhelmed by the mesmerizing place.

“ kid we need to hurry up, let's go inside the biophilia mansion “

The one beside me inside the black car,who looks like younger than two dæmon.

“ okay “

I replied

As I followed the dæmons behind, I saw someone in a distance a far he is smaller wearing black suit I think his a hobgoblin waiting beside the main entrance of the mansion.

“ Welcome my lord”

The hobgoblin bowing to the dæmons.

“ where is miss Jane, Mr. Secretary. How could she not show up? That's her job as a mentor. Where is she “

Miss Jane? My mentor is a girl I thought? but she not here? It's confusing while the other grim reaper mentor are here while only her didn't show up. As you can see I'm not the only one who got accepted I think more than 100 person are also here to participate.

“ I begged your pardon my lord, miss Jane are waiting for you in the grindstone library. Please follow me “

The daimons just huffed while we follow the hobgoblin. On our way to the grindstone library it was immensely beautiful, the books has wings on their own you can easily find the book you wanted to read just say the book titles then it will come to you. Isn't amazing, but in the end of the hallway a black carved sculpture was lining up to to the end of the Red door. The sculpture are a different types of legendary heroes of biophilia mansion. I've read all the history, in and out of this mansion.

When we was about to enter the the red door room a voice was heard inside.

“ stop, don't dare to open that door”

“ but miss jane the dæmons are here to see you with the novice”

The hobgoblin answered.

“ let the novice enter the room beside him, all of you can leave now”

What did she said only me. That's so absurd.

“ I really hate that woman attitude, what a disrespectful”

The dæmon adden. The only one who's holding a golden cany, also the oldest in the dæmons.

“ Well kid were living you here, just be careful we know you can make it until the end. May the luck always be with you. I just hated that woman reckless demeanor behavior, ‘sighting’ but anyway we wish you luck. Right my brother's. “

“ Yes”

The two dæmons added.

He smiled as they leave me behind. That cany man is really thoughtful. I wish I can meet them again.

“ Thank you so much for your help “

They just wave their hands back to me.

“ okay, hey you the novice you can enter the room “

Okay this isn't I'm about to meet my mentor for the first time.
