I know that some people don't know what the maze runner is so I'll just tell u the basics.

You come up in a box with supplies you don't remember anything except your name you'll remember that in a day or two. The box comes up every month. The nebbies that come up in the box are called greenies. They call the place that you come to the glade there are huge stone walls surrounding the glade there is a door the door opens at sunrise and closes at sunset. Behind the door is the maze. Everyone in the glade has a job the people that run the maze are called runners. Runners are the stongest and the fastest of all the gladers (people in the glade) they are the only ones allowed in the maze because if you don't make it back before those doors close your stuck in there for the night and no one has ever survived a nigh in the maze. No one has ever survived a night in the maze because of the greavers. We don't really know what they are well you can look up what they look like but you just need to know that they kill and eat you but if you do manage to get away they might have stung you which make you go phsico. After you get stung they banish you which means that they make you go into the maze right before the doors close. There is also this thing called the pit its a pit (duh) but you get locked in there if you break the rules. There are three rules one never harm another glader two never go into the maze unless you're a runner and three do your part. Next to the maze doors there are names carved into the wall whenever you remember your name you carve it on it the wall and when someone dies they cross out the name. In the glade there is only boys no girls at least in the movie but I'm changing it up a bit.

I'm not going to introduce all the people is in the maze runner because that would be like 100 but I'm just going to introduce the main people.

Thomas:

Like I said on the first chapter there is only boys on the glade but I'm going to switch it up a bit.

your names Kate you're the first girl in the glade all the boys ador you they are very protective and they all want to date you

your kind and sweet also gental but if they get you mad your bad side comes out

ok let's start the story...

"Ahhh!!" you woke up in a box all alone in the dark. *ok Katie call down it'll be ok.* You hear footsteps so you lay back down and act like you're asleep. "Wait it's a girl." "wow." "what why." you hear voices all around you.

You don't know how many there are so whenever you feel hands on you you open your eyes catching them by surprise punch the person that's holding you in the face and make a run for it. You run to the first thing you see which is the doors to the maze but they will catch you by then so you run into the forest and climb up a tree before they can see you.

As soon as you started running all the boys started chasing you because they didn't want you to go in the maze or get hurt. After a while you calm down thinking that you're safe when you feel hands go over your mouth so them at you can't talk.

"Hey I'm not going to hurt you ok I just want to help you." you couldn't see the boys face because he had came up behind you. "Ok now I'm going to let go but don't scream or they will all know where you are." You nod your head and the hands pull away.

You turn around to see a british guy with blond hair. You start blushing *oh my gosh he's so hot.* You start to freak out a bit not because he was hot but because you couldnt remember anything "How come I can't remember anything? Why an I here? Who put me here? what's going on? What is this place?" You say this in one breath.

"Hey it's ok just calm down. We've all been through this we wake up in the box, we can't remember anything and we don't know anything. But you will remember your name in a day or two." the boy tries to calm you down because you started to have a panic attack. You don't calm down so he pulls you into his lap and cuddles you. This makes you feel warm and safe you start to calm down and you cuddle back.

"So what's your name?" You and the boy are still sitting in the tree because weren't ready to come down yet and you wanted to cuddle with him more. "My names Newt." the boy replied. "That's a nice name I like it." Newt smiled at you. You and Newt stay in the tree a little longer and then y'all come down to meet everyone.

At first you didn't want to go but then Newt reassured you that he would be beside you the entire time. Newt helps you down from the tree and you walk out of the woods to meet the others. Y'all were gone for about half an hour.

You and Newt take a couple feet out of the woods when Alby comes up to you. "where have y'all been?" Alby asked kinda annoyed "we were looking everywhere for yall." Alby said that in a concerned way. Whenever Alby came up to y'all you hid behind Newt. "sorry Alby it's just that she ran off and one could find her except me and I didn't want to scare her by telling the others. And we didn't come down because she was scared. The only reason she came down was because I told her that I would be beside her the whole time." Alby now looking at you realized how scared you were. Alby signs "it's ok just next time y'all go into the woods tell me before going." Newt smiled "we will. Thanks Alby." Alby nodded his head.

"ok greenie come and introduce yourself to the others." Alby started leading the way to the bonfire where all the boys in the glade are waiting for you. You look at Newt for a sign he nods his head he puts his arm around you leading you to the bonfire.

You and Newt walk over to the bonfire with his arm around you. You have your head down not wanting to look anyone in the eye. Suddenly Newt speaks up "ok so everyone start to introduce yourself." You lift you head up to see.

After everyone had introduced them selves Chuck came up to you. "Hey umm I was just wondering if you would like me to show you were your bed is and for me to set it up for you?" You look at Chuck and smile "Sure but I have a question." "yeah?" Chuck asked. "umm I was just wondering if umm... (mumble under your breath) if I could sleep next to Newt?" Chuck couldn't hear you "umm what was that I didn't hear you?"

You gathered all your confidence and asked "I was wondering if I could sleep next to Newt has the only one I know here." You start blushing and hide your face in Newt's chest. At first he seems a little surprised then he starts smirking. He hugs you and then picks you up bridal style making all the other boys jealous. But that wasn't just his intention of picking you up he also just wanted to he you like he did when y'all were in the tree.

Chuck follows Newt to his hut and he (Chuck) sets up ur bed right next to Newt's. (note: there is on person per hut. So you and Newt don't live with anyone else.) After Chuck leaves Newt set you down and lays on his bed. He pats the part of the bed beside him telling you to come and lay down next to him. You walk over and lay next to him.

"Ok so usually this is Alby's job but considering the circumstances I'll tell you the rules and everything you need to know about the glade. Also you will need to pick a job. Here are the jobs you can pick from: builder, gardener, cook, track-hoe, med-jack, slicer, slipped, and bricknick." You don't know what half of the job are or what they do so you ask Newt "what's your job?" "Oh im a gardener." "ok then that's what I want to be." Newt smiled he was ecstatic that you picked to work with him. "ok now that you picked your job you need to know the rules. Rule one never hurt another glader which I don't think that you will but you need to know just in case. Rule two never go into the maze. You know that door that you saw leading out of the glade?" You nod your head yes. "Well that is the maze and no one except runners are allowed in there. Ok so you must never go in there you can get lost and if you don't make it out before those doors close then you're stuck in there for the night and no one had ever survived a night in the maze. Rule three do your part none of this works if we don't have team work. Ok so that's the basics I'll give you the tour of the glade tomorrow and Ably will tell you the rest. Any questions?" You think for a second. "Well yes actually I do why has no one ever survived a night in the maze?" Newt hesitates for a minute but hen continues "Well that is because of the greavers. Greavers are the things that live in the maze if you get stung by one of them you go physio and if you get stuck in the maze at night then they kill you... We have lost some great people to the greavers. People that I loved."

You and Newt are still laying on the bed you can tell that he is sad so you turn on your side and hug him you wrap your arms around his waist and wrap you legs around his leg that is closest to you. Newt puts his arm around you bringing you closer to him. Before you know it both of you have fallen asleep.
