...Hide and seek was a fun game played by young little kids in the play ground. Hide and seek was a game where one would look for the others who are known to be 'hiding' from the 'seeker'. There could be more than one seeker and the rest would remain as hiders....

...Akaashi Keiji was a well behaved boy, He listened and obeyed his parents in his current age as 14. He's a 1st year in an old school called Fukurodani Academy and his parents were doctors near his school. So picking him up or taking him home wasn't a hassle as he could stay in the offices of his parents and admire their work. ...

...Akaashi didn't really like the hospital as some patients were seen dying or either suffering from sicknesses and diseases. He never wanted to go in there in the first place but the interior and the comfortable feeling of the hospital walls made him stay with no complaints. Sometimes he wonders if his past life was connected with a hospital just like his parents did....

...A day in his school during lunch time, he would always eat his packed lunch in the school yard. The trees and grass were refreshing and calming making it seemingly comfortable for him to eat his meal. He watched the children playing in the field. Some were hiding, some were running, some were playing various of sports games, and some were just chilling in the place like him....

...He wanted to join the play of 'Hide and Seek' as it seemed fun. The way they run as fast as they could from the seeker and hide all over the place was an interest he wanted to try, but him and his personality of being socially awkward was definitely difficult to gain friends over time especially now that winter break was near....

...He admired and just sat there watching the students play and enjoy like him. He kept watching and didn't realize that his lunch was near to being empty. Closing his bento and placing it inside his bag a boy with light blonde hair came up to him. He seemed fun and energetic for 2nd year. ...

..."Hey, I noticed you seem lonely and watched us play hide and seek. Wanna tag along?" He politely asked pulling out his hand. Akaashi was stunned of the delightful question and accepted his proposal. "Sure" He happily replied....

...The boy was pulling his arm and lead him to a bunch of people who were formed in a group. "Hey guys, I found a new kid, he wants to join us" Akaashi felt shy as the stares were gathered to him. "I hope you don't mind me tagging along" He whispered. The rest abruptly nod their heads assuring that it was fine and it would have been better if the group of players had grown....

...The boy who dragged Akaashi from earlier reminded you who the seeker was. "See that energetic guy? The one with black and white hair, he's the seeker, so run away from him. His name is Bokuto" He said. And Akaashi joked in reply "You mean that owl head? Yeah sure, thanks for telling me" And two were laughing uncontrollably. ...

..."Ya'll better hide before I find you" Bokuto as the seeker teasingly said to everyone before turning his head to the wall and counting down from 10. The rest of them then started running and the blonde guy who was with Akaashi separated ways with him. Quickly looking for a hiding spot, Akaashi hid behind a large trunk of a tree. It was a remote place but Akaashi hiding there seemed unnoticeable....

...Akaashi peeked on the corner of his eye and saw Bokuto seeking for the rest. Him finding every each one of them easily lead the game to a quick end. But he hasn't found Akaashi just yet. Akaashi stood there peeking to see if the seeker was coming his way, and by the looks of his red scarf flown by the air, he was coming for him. ...

...Akaashi was stunned trying to be as quite as he can be as the footsteps Bokuto forming on the dried leaves from autumn made Akaashi's heart pound in nervousness. "Come out, come out where ever you are" The seeker said in a threatening yet playful voice meant for Akaashi. Akaashi bit his bottom lip knowing that he's going to be seen soon as the sound of the dried leaves became closer and closer. ...

...And by the trunk of the tree the seeker leaned his back behind. However little did the two know that across from each other would be a bizarre happening taking part in a few moments on time. The seeker sighed and sarcastically said "Ahhh where of where is he?" And from that tone Akaashi heard was a sign that he was already found. ...

..."I found you!" Bokuto exclaimed and hopped in front of Akaashi. ...

...Akaashi was lightly startled but chuckled along with him....

..."You found me" He said in a soft tone....

...Realization struck the both leaving them in utter shock. Departing their lips they said "What?" Asking from the familiar words they've spoke. Akaashi who quickly pulled his sleeve up along with Bokuto together, and to their surprise upon their eyes what they saw were the words of their soulmate glowing in bright gold written on their wrist....

..."You're my soulmate..."...

...The two admitted in frozen surprise....
