Nicole was walking to to her seat, like every other day she was lost in thought. When she zoned out she came to a place called the void, she thought the void was pretty it looked like the real world but was way prettier. The trees in the void were all sorts of colors some were blue, others were pastel pink. The thing that stood out most in the void was a blue door, it was always shut so she didn’t bother looking into it. In the void Nicole has her own house it was a light yellow with light pink interior. The bell rang which snapped Nicole out of the void. "Okay class that’s all" Mr Sander said wiping down the chalk board " Don’t forget to study we have an exam". Nicole was getting packed up when Mr Sander called her name.

"Ms Jones, please stay after class" Mr Sander said

"Alright" Nicole said with a strait face but inside she was panicking. After the students left Nicole when up to Mr sanders desk, "You needed something Mr Sanders"She said looking completely innocent.

"Nicole I’m sure you know this but your failing your exams!" Mr sander said looking irritated.

"Yes Mr sander I know" Nicole said looking away from the teacher "I’m trying hard to ace them"

"What’s going on, it’s not like you to be zoning out" Mr sander said his irritated expression turning soft.

"It’s nothing gotta go" Nicole said jogging out of the classroom. Once she got out she gasped for air, she was so nervous she forgot to breathe. Nicole ran over to her friends giving them a big bear hug, after Nicole said her goodbyes to Cole and Grace she ran outside. It was pouring outside so Nicole held her bag above her head, once she got home she took a shower ate and slept.

Nicole pov

Once I woke up I stretched and yawned my body felt bigger than usual I just ignored it, when I woke up fully I didn’t know where. I was it was dark, it was damp once I got out of what I thought was a cave water hit my eyes It hurt so I shut my eyes. Once walk forward I opened them I looked around I was in a forest? A pretty one, infringir of the cave was a waterfall pouring making a river I decided to follow the river until I found civilians. Once I got near a village it looked like the villages in Japanese culture but in a different era, when a villager saw me she screamed in fear and ran away " Am I that ugly?" I questioned myself. Before I knew it guards were running in the village

"Help us please" the villagers begged

"What’s the issue, why all the screaming" the lead guard said

"DRAGON, ITS GONNA KILL US ALL!" The villagers screamed

"Ahaha funny the king will like you for that joke" the lead guard spoke with five other guards laughing

When I burped fire came out I was so surprised I fell on my back, that’s when the guards noticed me.

"W-What is that?" One of the younger guards said shaking

"DRAAGOON RUUUUNN" The villagers screamed and cried

"That’s a dragon captain?" The one next to the leader said

"A baby dragon, Let’s get that dragon for our king" The leader said

After a while they caught me, I was so confused so I just looked at them and tilted my head. I was so tired I fell asleep on one of them.

Nicole POV

After I woke up I was in chains, steel chains and even my back was chained. Did they think I was some kind of animal, I was furious without thinking I spat fire at the person driving the carriage.

"AAHHHHH" The driver of the carriage screamed in pain

"What’s wrong"The guarda said in unison when they the the driver fall down they ran over

"he’s not breathing" The guard said and he looked at me, I was glaring at him wanting him to burn and disappear from my sight. But before I could do anything something hit my head causing me to black out.

The kings POV

I was bored sitting on the throne, tapping my foot to keep me busy while the minutes passed by Before I knew it a messenger came.

"You’re majesty, I have a letter from Haruto, The lead guard" The Mesenger said while on his knee

"You may rise, read the note to me" the king said as he had his hand holding his head

"I will speak in his words" The messenger said"You’re majesty we have got you a pet you’ll see her when we get there ;P"

"It better not be a dog again" The king sighed

After the messenger left I went to see my mother she’s the only one who knows my name.

"Sora is that you?"My mother said weakly

"Yes mother it’s me" I said softly

"Sora what have you been up too" My mother said smiling.

After we talked for a while I had to go so we said our goodbyes and I left. It was about time for me to go to my study, after I was finished I went to bed.In the morning I got ready and made my way to the throne room where my guards were and I waited for Haruto.

Once Haruto got here there was a huge cage in the throne room, I could hear the animal moving. It was scratching the ground and sounded like it was growling.

"You’re majesty, I have arrived with her" what Haruto said shocked the king

"What’s in that cage" I said while pointing at the cage holding the beast

"Why don’t I show you you’re majesty" Haruto said as he pulled the cloak off the cage everyone gasped

Nicole POV

I shut my eyes, the sunlight was seeping through the wall since I no longer had a chain around my mouth I stretched and yawned, apparently everyone was surprised to see me acting like a baby that just woke up.

"What is that"The king as his eyes were sparkling as he stared at me

"This is a dragon you’re majesty" Haruto said and got on his knee

"A dragon?" Everyone in the room was shocked

"A baby dragon to be exact" Haruto said and everyone looked pale

"It’s a baby dragon and it that big?!?" The king said

"Yep and it’s your" Haruto said

After Haruto left I was put in a big cage outside, it was okay but there was not enough space. The only thing I liked was meat, I never though raw meat would be so good. Before I knew it I was swallowing the meat whole then I fell alseep on straw bedding. When I opened my eyes I was back in the void, in human form! I was jumping for joy I ran into my house that was in the void, it was the same as it always was. I jumped on the king sized bed "I don’t wanna leave here ever again!" I exclaimed happily. For some reason I was feeling tired so I closed my eyes When I opened my eyes I wasn’t in the void, but I wasn’t in the cage either. It was dark the only thing I could see was smoke and breathing, I walked up to the source of the smoke and jumped back in surprise"What is that?!?!" I said almost screaming. When I saw the creature wake up I covered my mouth with my hands. "Ah! You’re finally here, I’ve been waiting" The creature said as if he had been here for a very long time.
