Hello there, This is Anna and I am a new author. This is my first ever story and I hope you like this. Forgive me for any mistake I have done.

Character Introduction:

Female Lead:

Name: Clair Davis

Age: 18 years old

Family: Unknown raised in an orphanage

Seen as: Single forever

She is an Introvert. You can call her a nerd. She is curious about her family, Since she has never met them. She was found on the hospital bed alone when she was only a year old. She is really talented with Art. She has some works which can be sold for millions but she keeps it with her in her room.

Male Lead:

Name: Chris Milton

Age: 18 years old

Family: His family is very famous. Her mother is an actress while his father owns a hospital.

Seen as: Handsome Guy

He is the silent kid who gets the whole attention of the school. He is interested in music and art. He has his YouTube Channel named, "unknown artist". He doesn't revel his face and shows only his hands.

Second Male Lead:

Name: James Anderson

Age: 18 years old

Family: His parents are rich. His mother is an Architect and his father is a lawyer.

Seen as: Hot guy

He is in the acting club and is very good at it. He wants to be an Actor. He is a very funny guy but can be serious when it is time to be. He can be intimidating at times.

Side Character:

Name: Emma Evans

Age: 18 years old

Family: From a middle class family. Her mother is a housewife and her father is a Businessman

Seen as: The caring girl

She wants to be a model and she is really pretty (with and without makeup) She is good at make up and modeling. A straight A+ student. But her mother wants her to be a doctor.

Second Female lead

Name: Amanda Roberts

Age: 18 years old

Family: From a rich family. Her mother and father run a business.

Seen as: Class Hotie

She tries to show herself as perfect as she could. She can dance ballet and has performed in many shows. She wants to be a ballerina to pursue her dreams. Her parents are very strict towards her.

Side Character:

Name: Mathew Adams

Age: 18 years old

Family: He's from a middle class family. His mother is a housewife and his Father is a Government Officer.

Seen as: The nobody of the class

He is good at Interior design and has designed the interior of his own house. He comes to school regularly but is known as "The nobody". He had very few friends who have been transfered to states. He is the quiet kid sitting on the last bench of the class.

The summer breeze was very gently and it was not hot outside. Clair Davis, Currently in 11th grade was sitting on a bench and eating her sandwich. "Hopefully this summer I will have some fun after the exams" She said with a smile of her face.

The bell rang and she kept the sandwich back in her bag and walked towards her classroom for the last exam. She was pretty sure that was gonna have the highest marks in her grade.

The Other side,

Chris Milton, currently passed 11th grade and moving out San Diego because of his mother's profession. He sat in the back seat of the car and looked out of window he thought, "We moved out again, I am going to be in 12th grade soon. I should be independent now".

"What are you thinking, Chris?" Chris's mother asked him. Chris's mom always maintained a poker face until she is in front of the media. "Mom, I think I should start being independent. So, I was thinking if I could live in the dorm for 12th grade"

Chris's father turned around with a smile and said, "You are ,right. I approve with it" Chris's father always supported him with everything unless it's for Chris's good. "Hmm.... Yes I accept too" Chris's mother said.

Chris smiled but then held a poker face cause he saw some reporters. While his mother smiled brightly. "I wish this time I don't get much attention at school this time" Chris thought. He grabbed a bucket hat and wore it. It covered his eyes and the reporters couldn't see him. He tried to avoid them.

While at Clair's Side,

"Hey Clair wait for me" Emma said and ran towards Clair. Clair smiled brightly at Emma and said, "What do you think, Emma. I am gonna go to San Diego for my 12th grade education"

"Hey you are not going alone all the elite students are going, Okay and that means I am included too" Emma said with a pout on her face. "Anyways, Emma you know I am gonna get more marks than you right" Clair said in a teasing way.

"Hmph! I don't care as long as we are together" Emma said with a caring smile. Emma is the first friend of Clair and since then she is really caring towards Clair.

While In San Diego,

"Urg! My feet" Amanda said as she fell down while doing a step. "You need to practice more, Amanda" Her coach said with a cold expression. "Yes, Mam. I will practice until it perfect" Amanda said with a blank expression.

"Now pack up for today" Her coach said and left. Amanda sat down on the ground and opened her ballet shoes. Her toes had scratches and bruises. Amanda 's face turned sad and gloomy and she said, "I don't want to win prizes. I want to be a ballerina cause I enjoy it, Why Mom? why do you make this so hard for me?" She said while packing her bag.

Amanda Roberts, The perfect kid. She has excellence in every stream. She is good at studies, Co - curriculum activities and sports. She has done everything to make her mom satisfied but she wants her to do more.

Amanda walked out of the room to find out her mother sitting in her car. She didn't say anything and sat beside her mother. "Your coach told me you are not able to do a step" Amanda ' s mother said.

"Yes mom" Amanda said in a gloomy voice. There was pain in every inch of her body. She felt as if she could take it no longer. "Driver, Drive fast to the mansion"

After they reached the mansion,

Amanda ' s mother wore her pair of ballet shoes and then said, "See now!" Amanda ' s mother did the step that Amend couldn't do. and with that she did many other steps. "Now you try" Her mother said. Amanda didn't utter a word and tried to do that step but she fell down again.

"tsk! how shameful to have a daughter like you" her mother said and left the room. "But mom I really tried to do it...." Amanda was left in that room with dead drop silence.

"Everyone go to the lobby and check your rankings. The top 10 students are the elite students and are required to go to San Diego for their further education " The home room teacher said and left the room.

Clair and Emma ran out of the classroom and were the first students to see the Notice board. "Emma, You are in 3rd position" Clair said. She then started to jump up and down in happiness and said, "Yay! I am First in the class again"

"Whatever I am happy that at least I am not below 5th position" Emma said and chuckled. Clair held Emma ' s hand and said, "Hey, Since we have to go by tomorrow morning then let me pack up my bag"

Clair dragged Emma to her dorm room. "Woah! Your room is so clean" Emma said and her eyes sparkled. "Don't get me wrong but throughout the year my room was really messy. It took me 2 hours yesterday to clean it"

Both of them looked at eachother and laughed.

After Clair packed her bags she said, "Hey, Emma can I Live with you tonight?" Emma's eyes sparkled and she said, "If you live at my house for tonight it would be a sleepover right"

Clair chuckled and said, "Yes Emma" Emma held Clair's hand and said, "Then let's go what are you waiting for"

While In San Diego ~

"Ah... Mom where are my socks?" James shouted at the top of his voice. "Today I have to reach at the academy soon, Can't be late today" He said in his mind while searching for his socks.

"Urg! Don't need a socks. I will just go like this" James said and wore his shoes. "Mom I am going to the academy" He said one last time before going and sat on his motorbike.

He wore his helmet which covered his face and then he started to drive to the academy.

Meanwhile~

Chris was sitting in the car. He sighed and looked at his phone screen. "More 2 hours to reach there" He said in his mind. " Wait I should probably look for some part time jobs" He thought and started to look for some jobs online.

"Let's see I can do cleaning, make coffee, sandwich etc...." After 20 minutes he found a part time job. " 150$ per day only for 9 hours. Is this a scam " He said in his mind and then scrolled down the website. He noticed the address of the cafe.

"Okay after I reach there I will make sure to check out this place." He thought and then plugged on his earphones to listen to some music.

On The Other Side~

"Hello uncle and Aunty, I am Clair" She said with a smile on her face. Emma tapped on Clair's shoulder and said, "You don't need to be so formal here. You can think of them as your own parents"

Emma's father agreed with her and said, "You should show her the room". Emma held Clair's luggage and said, "I will take care of this you follow me". Clair smiled and thought, "I wish I had a family like Emma too.... Her parents are so good to her"
