"GET READY," Screamed the nanny

Hearing that Park Seonyoung( female lead) woke up getting ready for another day but today was going to be different. Seonyoung was an orphan. Her mother died while giving birth her and her father lost custody over here due to drug and alcohol addictions caused by her mother's death.

( Lee Seonyoung, 16 years old )

"Seonyoung," yelled a voice " Come here"

"Cha-Bom," said Seonyoung eagerly as she ran towards her best friend

(Park Cha-Bom, 16year old female leads best friend)

Cha-Bom is the only person who Seonyoung talks to honestly. In addition, she is the only person that Seonyoung considered as family. Cha-Bom and Seonyoung are both orphans. They practically grew up together.

"Are you ready?" asked Cha-Bom while they were getting their food.

"Hmm" responded Seonyoung said sitting down " After all this is my first time going to school so yeah"

"But....." before Cha-Bom could say anything else Seonyoung shoved a spoon full of rice in her mouth

" Don't talk while eating" chuckled Seonyoung

-Timeskip-

At the entrance of the school

*This school is a whole lot bigger and prettier than I excepted* thought Seonyoungwhile looking around and seeing unfamiliar faces. Seoyoung weirdly felt happy seeing all those people. It was her first time ever going to school before only there would be people who would come and teach them at the orphanage.

" Seonyoung...Seonyoung" called Cha-Bom " Seonyoung look at that," she said as she pointed to something random

" What?" Seonyoung asked as she came back from being lost in her thoughts but as she turns the bell rang.

That bell signaled that It was time for all the students to head into the building and to get ready for their upcoming classes.

" Nothing important" Cha-Bom answered as she went inside the school.

Both of the girls went to the front office to figure out Seonyoung's schedule. While in the office Seonyoung was mesmerized by the beautifulness of the school. After a while, they got Seonyoung's schedule and a pass for both of the girls to be excused for being late to their respective classes. Seonyoung was even given a personal guide to help her get around the school

-Lockers-

As both of the girls were putting things away in their lockers. Someone caught Seonyoung's eyes a tall boy with dark hair. Which was staring at for over 1 minute

(Kim Cheu-al, 17, male lead)

"Whatchu doing," asked Cha-Bom as she turned to look see what you were staring at." Oh him the campus bad boy."

Hearing those words Seonyoung turned around

"Do you know him, what's his name" demanded Seonyoung without hesitation

" Do you really want to know" Cha-Bom tease" I mean he is one of the richest kids at this school I don't think he will even bother looking at mosquitoes like us"

"Please tell me"Seonyong begged

"Okay his name is Kim Cheu-al. he is basically considered the king of the school" answered Cha-Bom." Happy now".

The girls kept on talking when Seonyoung bumped into someone while she wasn't looking. The next thing she knew was that she was laying down on the floor with books everywhere

* Who did I bump into* thought Seonyoung with her eyes

As she was about to stand up a man was standing in front of her.

Seonyoung looked up at Cha-eul standing in front of her. For a second they stared into each other's eyes it was almost like there was nobody else in the hallway but them. After a few seconds, Cha-eul looked at Cha-Bom with a disgusted expression and left just as Cha-Bom walked up to Seonyoung holding the books that fell.

"Seonyoung, are you okay did you hurt yourself let me see," worriedly asked Cha-Bom

" Yeah yeah am fine," Seonyoung responded giving her a faint smile."Let's get to class."

It was the middle of the third period Seonyoung got to meet her classmates and teacher, but there was one thing that kept on bothering her. It was the expression that Cha-eul gave to Cha-Bom. It seemed like they knew each other and something bad happened. Her thought was interrupted when someone came up to her.

**                                                         (Min Jin-il\, 19 years old\, classmate)**

"Here," said Min Ji-il as she handed Seoyoung a  black envelope which said you invited. "This is for the party I'm having this weekend make sure to be here."

Seonyoung nodded and decided to open the envelope. Inside was a card that had the location of the party and it introduced Jin-il. After Jin-il finished she went to the front of the class as soon as she reached everyone wen silent.

*Apparently she seems pretty respected* thought Seonyoung

" Hi everyone, tomorrow is my birthday so I decided to throw a party in honor of that. I would really love for everyone to come" said Jin-il in a sweet voice.

Her voice sounded so sweet that Seonyoung even bothered to listen. After that, the bell rang and it was the end of the period. The rest of the day went by very smoothly.

On the way home

"Cha-Bom are you going to the party?" asked Seonyoung as she turned to face Cha-Bom

" Jin-il's party... yeah am going are you too" Cha-Bom slowly answered make it obvious her mind was else were

Seonyoun nodded adn they both headed home.

The next day Seonyoung went to all her classes and spent the whole entire time thinking about what she would wear to the party. She didn't want to wear anything that was too fancy not like she could afford to wear something like that. Nor did she want to wear something plain.

Seonyoung went to Cha-Bom dorm which was paid with the money she earned from her part-time job. They both got ready Seonyoung and Cha-Bom decided to wear different things that were the same color.

They were both ready the party was supposed to start at 10 pm and it was 9:30 pm. They both grabbed a taxi and headed to Jin-il's house

**Cheu-al pov **

" So are you going o the party at Jin-il today," asked Cha-eul while eating at the dinner table. " I mean she said that you need to be here. After all, isn't she a new girlfriend?" he added

For a second it was pen dropping silent. Cheu-al just looked at his brother with burning eyes. Just as he was about to speak up their parents looked at Cheu-al.

" CHEU-AL can you be more responsible," said their mother in an angry and cold tone

As his mom was about the continue their father stopped her and brought her to their room. Now it was only CHa-eul and Cheu-al.

"I guess I am." softly responded Cheu-al while getting up and cleaning up the dining table.

"Really, you are ?" enthusiastically said Cha-eul  as he stood up to hug his younger brother

After that, both of the boys got ready and headed to JIn-il's house

At the party

The only thing you could hear was people screaming, drinking, and dancing. The girls arrived at the same time as Cheu-al and Cha-eul. As the girls were getting out a strange figure appeared holding a glass.n

Jeor-on was the first-ever friend that Seonyoung made and was the only person that would be nice to first for her first few days

"You guess made it" joyfully said Jeor-on" I thought your guess would " she added as the girls were giving her a hug.

" So hows the party so far," asked Seonyoung as they were walking

" Yeah did we miss anything interesting" added Cha-bom in a playful voice

As the girls were continuing their conversation with laughter., they didn't realize that mo of the girls was run the opposite way as if they just saw the most important thing there could be in the world.

"Hello, ladies," said Cha-eul as girls were running up to him adn talking. While he was talking Cheu-al saw his chance and left without being noticed.

"Where Cheu-al," asked a random girl. AS she said that the mob of girls all started talking and asking questions about Cheu-al.

12:00

The girls were at the bar dead since it was Seonyoungs first time drinking. They literally had to dare her into it. All of them were sitting with their heads down and staring at their glasses until someone came and sat next to her which made her startled as she was half asleep.

" Enjoying the party, " asked Cheu-al as he turned and looked at Seonyoung who looked at him with shocked eyes

Her vision was blurry because of the alcohol and because she was also tired

"Yes... I very much am" she responded in a sleepy voice.

Seonyoung sat there for a minute until she finally processed everything Cheu-al had said to her and turned to look at Jeor-on but saw she wasn't there. So she decided to go outside adn look for her. Since she couldn't really see things clearly she just used the light as a guide. When she was outside Jeor-on saw her and shouted Seonyoung's name. Seonyoung just followed the voice and

"SPLASH" Seonyong fell in the pool.

Seonyoung pov

Why do I feel cold almost like water is surrounding me? I that light I see. Why are people screaming did something happen?

Cheu-al who was watching the whole entire scene jumped in the pool the next second and other out. Seonyoungs body was a cold as ice. He grabbed a towel laid her on the ground and did CPR. Seonyoung coughed up a good amount of water and slowly opened her eye to find someone holding her and running
