"It's been two months since I came here, slowly I am

getting used to living here. It's quite good here the sceneries are mind-blowing,

the air is quite fresh and no crowd around, yes, I like to be alone that's why

I hate crowded places. Everything here is great except the fact that I am

married at the age of 17 on top of that as a concubine. You all must be

thinking that I am just bluffing or how could I marry at the age of 17 and that

too as a concubine in the 21st century. But unfortunately, I am not bluffing

and I am in the 14th century when kings used to have several concubines. You

must be thinking about how could I be in the 14th century. So let me tell you my

story from past life till now and about future let's see what it holds for me

together."

   "My name is Eun Ae meaning grace with love. I am 22 years old. I used to be a technical

geek, my whole life I always engrossed myself in computers, my lappy{laptop}

and my mobile phone. I was crazy about technology to the point that I learned

all computer languages, codding & programming as well. I even learned

hacking. I was quite good at it. Due to my passion for technology, I enrolled

myself in a computer engineering course during college enrolment and topped it

with an excellent score. The moment I graduated I got a job offer from an

excellent technology research company. I immediately accepted it since I wasn't

from a rich family and as my father was about to retire from his job, I needed

to support my family. Even so, I was quite happy with my job, it was my dream

job with a hefty salary. In the company, there were various departments, each

department had its research topic. But mine was a little secretive as a

newcomer I wasn't allowed to know the topic, it was a quite old research topic

but still to no avail. Newcomers like me were only asked to code or solve

computer errors or see computer efficiency."

"It's been months since I joined but I am still not aware of the research. Though

I heard some rumors saying that it's related to ancient times. After hearing

that I was quite confused, about what technology had to do with ancient times.

But I immediately dismissed the thought because my job was only related to

computers and I never cared about anything unless it was regarding computers.

It has always been like this, that's how much I love my computers and

technology."

    "On a nice sunny day, everything was, as usual, I got up

early did my routine had my breakfast, and then went to the company, the

unusual thing was a sudden change in weather. It suddenly became very cloudy

outside, everyone panicked and started watching the news on their phones. Only

to find the sudden occurrence of tornado along with the warning of reaching

home as soon as possible and stay there until the tornado calms down. After

listening to the news everyone decided to knock off work as early as possible. As

time passed by, the company started emptying. I don't know what came into my

head that I decided to knock off after completing my work. My phone kept

buzzing while I work. Maybe my parents were worried. The moment I finished my

work I started looking through my phone only to find 50 missed calls and 10

messages from my family. I dialed my home telephone number thinking about how will I

be doomed the moment I go in front of them for not picking up their calls in

such a situation. I could hear the ring in my phone and at the same time my

heart beating fast in fear. But the call didn't get through, I tried again and

again and again only to get the same result, then I started analyzing my

surroundings only to see me alone in the whole company. It was raining

heavily along with bolts of lightning outside the company building, the view

was terrifying. The insides were no better, every electronic item

started blinking vigorously. Cold sweat, wetting my clothes, forehead, and

neck, with the sudden terrific sound of lightning my surroundings fell in

complete darkness, leaving me in a state of panic, my face turned pale and I

started shivering in fear. I panicked and began to search for my phone

clumsily. But I couldn't, it was too dark to see anything. I stood still in one

place so that I wouldn't fall. I was still shivering, in the hope that could

see some light, I looked here and there. I saw dim light shining from my right

side, I unconsciously moved towards the light. With every step, I felt the

light brightening and I kept walking ahead until I reach the room. I was

shocked to see where I was standing. It was a restricted area for newbies, the

research room where only old employees were allowed. The site was dazzling, everywhere

I could see colorful bright lights emitted by various electronic devices. There

were tons of machines from which I only knew about a few, I couldn't believe my

eyes this place was like heaven for a technology geek like me. Suddenly my eyes

fell onto a machine which was the brightest one, it looked like some kind of

portal. After seeing that machine, curiosity grew deeper and deeper and I went

close to see what it is. The moment I reached close to it, it started sucking

me into the portal. Everything was happening in front of me but still, I wasn't

able to do anything I saw bright light engulfing me. What will happen now?

That's what was all over my mind.

"The bright light engulfed me, inside the portal the surroundings looked quite

similar to the space. While I was analyzing my surroundings, I felt a sharp

pain throughout my body like I was being ripped apart. And my soul got

separated from my body. I was in complete shock, I couldn't believe my eye, my

body was floating in the air in front of me. My mind was in a total mess, I

wasn't able to figure out what was going on, was it reality or a dream. I was

lost in my thought and while thinking my eyes again fell onto my body which was

vanishing in thin air. I rushed towards my body but it was too late as it

completely vanished in thin air. I was at loss on what to do and what will

happen to my family, my siblings since I vanished from there. There were loads

of questions on my mind like how I got here? How can I return now? Where is my

body? How would my family react to my disappearance? What will happen next? and

many more, that I didn't notice there was a small black hole forming behind me.

Until I notice it, it was too late I got sucked into it. It was like I was

falling into an endless pit with no bottom. I waited for it to end but it

didn't, then slowly slowly I drifted into a deep sleep. I didn't know what to

do, there were lots of emotions that I couldn't even express, these emotions

turned into my worst nightmares. I kept running from them in my dreams and they

swallowed me in complete darkness. I flinched and woke up and sat straight,

looking around I found myself in an unfamiliar place it was not my office nor

my bedroom then where in the world am I? And this body isn't mine I didn't have

white skin, then I remembered what happened with me before and I panicked at

the thought of it. After a while, I calmed down and began to look around to

find some clues which can help me find where I was. It looked like an ancient

room. I stood up from the bed and then searched the whole room in hope that I

could find something to clear my doubts on where I was. And the next second

heard a knock on the door, I fell in a cold sweat, one could see sweat beads on

my forehead and around my neck. I reacted fast and sat back on the bed, thinking

to myself who could it be? a friend or foe… And then my head was struct with

extreme pain as if someone was hamming my head with a metal hammer. I clutched onto

my head and shouted in pain, listening to I shout the person knocking on the door

entered the room hurriedly. Then…
