Anyone can use this but usually its for Tanks,this items are used as an armor to defend physical attacks from the enemy
(THIS ITEMS ARE USE FOR SPEEDING OR CONTROLLING THE MOVEMENT,ANYONE CAN USE THIS BUT IT'D BE BETTER TO USE AN ITEM BASED ON THE ATTRIBUTE)
This items are usually used by the Assassins, Fighters or even Marksman to easily kill the creeps or monsters
(THIS ITEMS SHOULD BE USE WHEN YOU'RE ALONE BECAUSE ROAMING MATERIALS ARE USE TO DOUBLE GAINS WHEN KILLING MONSTERS OR ENEMY)
Anyone can use it too but its originally use for roamers to gain more when they're doing task alone
