Break time in the tavern

Haro : man, a cold drink after work always feels good!.

Haro is a man who lost his memories and was founded and adopted by the church. he grew up with Zen and they helped each other out through ups and downs and he had learned magic when he turned 7 but hid it due to personal reasons. And they agreed to know about thier past

Zen : d҉a҉m҉n҉ right, everypart of my body hurts from carrying all of those logs, I even used magic to buff myself.

Zen grew up being a quiet kid and the other children wouldn't approach him since they said he hurt people, Zen didn't ask why and just ignored them until Haro came who didn't care about his background. they grew up together and decided that they will master their magic and know their origin.

Haro : but, i was the one who did most of the work though

Zen : oh, did u say something I didn't hear you

Haro : ................

Haro to himself : this guy!

Zen : *sigh*

Zen : I don't even think I could keep up with it anymore. if only the legends were here we could have probably live without doing the dirty jobs.

Haro : c'mon man, what would the legends even do?

just stop talking about the legends, they disappeared without a trace after all. hoping they'll show up will do you no good you know.

Zen : yeah, your probably right, those guys even dare call themselves legends after disappearing or is it because we don't have enough value worth protecting were humans after all, other races consider us lowlives.

Haro : ......

Haro : Life isn't about giving up, it's about fighting back.

Zen : woah, where'd you get that from, now I feel like working

Zen then drinks his beer before they start working again.

after drinking zen felt as if he was light as a feather and was all gung ho about fnishing work

Zen :c'mon let's finish todays work so we could receive our pay. imma head out first ok?

they both wave their hands in agreement since Haro hasn't finish his portion yet.

before zen went to drink his beer, haro mixed it with buff magic in case zen might collapse.

Haro to himself : i'd be easier to carry those logs with using my magic but I'd rather not stood out to much so I guess pure strength would be enough like always.

Haro then heads out to continue working

Haro : hmm let's see how much logs did zen left me to carry

he saw 5 logs and the biggest ones at that.

*sigh*

Haro : that idiot expect me to carry all those logs in one go huh, same old zen I guess.

Haro now has regrets giving zen a buff and would make him pay later.

Haro : sheesh dirty jobs my a҉҉s҉҉s҉҉,, complaining about this and that and this is how much work you let me do? *sigh* can't be help these logs are heavy after all.

As Haro was walking by While carrying two logs he noticed two siblings getting driven in the corner by monsters.

Haro : ................

without hesitation he quickly drop the logs and went to spy on the monsters and siblings and took precaution and wore a plastic as a mask.

little brother : s-sister they're the one's who took our money.

Big sister : what do you want from us?! we gave you everything we had!

Monster 1: HAHAHAHAHAH! eveything? see this?

the monster took out some shackles, two of them

Monster 1: Getting money is a real pain in the a҉s҉s҉ so we took a shortcut *smilling stupidly* we collect humans and demons and sell them and it work out well of us HAHAHHHAHAHH

Big sister : no No No No! not like this *shakes her head no* o-oh atleast my brother let him live.

All three monsters laught while the siblings cry

Monster 2 : you see, we can't do that since the younger the individual is, the more expensive

so real sorry kid

*said while smiling*

Monster 1 : enough, we might get caught this is illegal after all, get those two in these chains and hurry up.

little brother : No! get off me that hurts I want to be with my sister

struggling is futile and the little brother easily got caught

Big sister : hey! stop get off me!

the girl bites the monster

Monster 3 : Ow! you little punk lets see if you can still bite after I knock you out.

Big sister : *tears up * hic *a weak whimpered voice at least save my brother

as the monster was about to punch he felt an overwhelming pressure that caught him of guard

Haro who saw through everything was furious and accidentally let out blood lust.

Haro : stop it *in a weak voice*

Monster 1 : huh oh your just a wimp after all, another slave to my colecti-

To the monsters suprized, in a single moment haro, held the monster 1's head and slammed it to the ground enough to break it.

The monster to himself : wha, wind magic? no, this is pure strenght and this speed is to much.

the monster left unconscious

Haro : it's good you guys have tough skulls, cause I wouldv'e been a murdurer.

The two monsters monsters were trembling enough to make them kneel to the individual.

*sigh*

Haro : ill give you 3 seconds to talk

Monster 2 : it's monster 1's fault he brought us into th-

Haro then took the 2nd monster's head and hit I to his knee three times enough to make him lose consciousness

Haro : Rude, i didn't even said o could start talking

Monster 3 to himself : we, we underestimated this guy way to much. if only I didn't come here argggg

i'll just apologized and strike him down if he turns around *smiling*

Monster 3 : f- forgive me, I didn't like to do this as well, I was just forced to do it.

Haro : ok, ill forgive you on 3 condition

Monster 3 : o-okay what is it?

Haro : 1. give all your belongins to these children 2. where 2 shackles, 1 in your arm and 1 on your feet and of course the same goes to your fellow monster

3 the siblings will decide what happens from here on out.

Monster 3 : b-but-

Haro : the nerve of you *grin* what? you want to take me on? do it HAHAHAH does doing something your force to doesn't feel right? well that's the same feeling those adorable siblings felt.

haro looks at the two children with a slight smile on his face

Haro : it's okay now ,you guys got your money back and more hehe *said while smiling* well that's it don't go to any more trouble no okay?

Big sister : tha thank you, now we can buy mother some medicine *in a huge relief*

The younger brother gave haro a flower and put it in his pocket.

Haro : Okay, I gotta now okay? see you later

as this was all happening the third monster had enough time to freeone of his hands from the shackles and throw a knife at Haro's head

Big sister : m mister! behind you!

before haro notice it, it was too late. the speed of the knife was enough to reach his head but a mysterious guy in a knighs armor showed up in an instant and took the knife

??? : woah a poisoned knife, you monsters are always barbaric.

everyone was surprised to the entry of this knight, especially Haro since he could not sense him even if he was beside him

??? : I was just watching if the kid could feel that to but I guess it's a no. oh well he does have potential to be a magic guardian

Haro to himself : just who is this guy? I didn't even noticed him and his speed, I don't even compare to that. he's out of my league. and he just mentioned a guardian knight.

Haro : di did you just say magic guardian?

??? : yup and just came here in a coincidence and thanks for taking care of these guys for me. I'll take it from here

A magic guardian are those who are specially trained in any combat and magic and they are rarely seen since they work at night and them theirselves have special abilities of their own and the ability of the mysterious magic knight who appeared now is wind. a simple yet powerful magic.

Haro : ................ ok uhm, ill get going now.

??? : hmm hey, wait how about wanting to join the magic guardians? I'll personaly take you on my team

Haro : I im sorry and thank you bu-

??? : it's okay I understand, I'll be here if you want to join?

After these events Haro now went back to work and was pale since he just met a magic guardian and couldn't even compare their strenghts.
