Jason woke up to the ringing of his phone, he pick it up and place it at his ears. "What is it" he answered.

"Is that any way to speak on the phone boy" the person on the other end coted.

"Mom" he said with surprise, "am sorry I didn't know it was you" .

"Obviously you didn't know" she said while rolling her eye. "When are you going to stop drinking and partying, don't you know it's not good" she said.

Jason role is eyes and signed to himself, "Good morning my beautiful Queeeen" in a cute and charming voice, "How are you this morning" he said trying to change the topic.

His mom replyed " am doing fine and how is my baby doing". Jay smile knowing he successfully change the topic. "Am great mom, what do I owe the pleasure to be hearing your sweet voice this early in the morning"

"Am glad you made the initiative to ask" she said with sarcasm, "you know am getting older not younger right, am wondering when I will get a daughter in law and when the grandkids will arrive" she said in one go.

"Mom why am I the only one getting pestered about this" "Javier is also your son you know and technically speaking he is older" he said while hitting his head.

"I am not pestering you, am just saying you and Lev have been in a relationship for over an year why can't you just marry her " she said, "your brother is already married, I also gave him the talk about grandkids already now it's your turn sooooo..... ".

Jay placed his hand on his head and signed, " I guess there is no holding back when it comes to you, I am going to ask her to marry me today....' Jason wasn't done talking when his mom make a loud squeel and shouted to her husband.

"YOU HEARING THAT GABE" she called him Gabe but his name is Gabriel Blake. "OUR SON HIS GETTING MARRIED" she shouted.

"Mommmmmm take it down a notch, am sure people in Thailand can hear you and dad is just right next to you" he said jokingly.

"How can I take it down, when my stupid son said something smart for the first time" she said while laughing.

"And that stupid son is right here you know" he said smiling, "anyways mom I got to go to work, I'll stop by later because am sure your going to want to see her"

"OK, am glad you decided to ask because your dad was going to arrange a marriage proposal for you" she said laughing.

"What" jay said surprised (I guess I shouldn't be surprise after all he gave me four years to fine a bride or he'll do it) he said in his mind.

"Don't be so surprise its not like it's going to happen anyway, I love you have a great day and don't stress yourself too much" she said and hang up the phone not waiting for his response.

"This lady" he sign for the third time, "she is so eager, I love you too" He said while getting up.

Jay did is regular routine which consisted of making his bed, taking a bath, having breakfast and heading out for work.

Meanwhile at his parents house his mom is calling a lot of her friends and family members to tell them about her son's wedding, who by the way doesn't know if it's going to be a yes.

"Lizzi you need to wait until he is certain before you get so excited" her husband said while reading the papers.

"What you mean certain, they have been together for over a year, don't you see the way they look at each other they are clearly inlove" she said in a angry tone and then pouted "your not happy for your son"

He put the paper down and look at her with a big smile "Lizzi how can I not be happy for our son, after all he is getting to marry the person he loves" (while I never had that chance) he said to himself "you never know what could happen so just wait until later when it is confirm, you can call everyone in this world".

"OK" she said while getting up and smiling at him, she walked away happily humming.

(What a troublesome wife I got, even thought she said OK she is still going to use the means of texting) he said in is mind and sign.…

Jason arrive at his company earlier than usually and with a much happier face. He greet everyone with a big smile and went into the elevator. When he arrive on his floor he was greeted by his assistant.

"Good morning sir" Mr Kim said "you look rather cheerful this morning "

"Morning, am I not always cheerful Mr Kim" he said while smiling.

"Yes boss you are always happy" (but the fact that you made the effort to look that good this morning says a lot) he said to himself.

They entered his office and Jason took his seat and start working.

"Here are the papers you requested yesterday" Mr Kim said "You have a meeting at 1 pm with the marketing department and the Director of Blue Moon, Mr Jones want to know if you are free for lunch this afternoon"

"Send an apology for me and ask him to reschedule I am not free" Jason reply

(Well you could have fool me it clearly says your free here) he said in his mind

"OK sir if there is nothing else I'll go get your coffee"

He was about to walk out the door when Jason stop him.

"Mr Kim what time did you say the meeting was with the marketing department"

"At 1 pm sir" He said

( that's too late, my baby will be waiting for me and I also wants to stop by Daniels office I guess I have to start the meeting earlier…) He was in deep thoughts and didn't hear his assistant calling him.

"Sir, Sir" he tilt his head and look at his smiling boss (I wonder what could be so funny) he said to himself "Mr Blake"

Jason looked at his assistant and pretend like nothing just happen "inform the marketing team that the meeting will start a hour earlier than expected"

"Yes sir anything else"

"Don't bother with the coffee, that's all you may go" Mr Kim made a slight bow and left the office.

Jason took out a small red heart shaped box with a expensive diamond ring in it from is desk draw and looked at it, once again he was lost in thoughts.

The rest of the time was spent on doing paper work and him drifting in and out of thoughts. Time pass by very quickly and now it's time for the meeting. Jason made his way to the conference room with his assistant behind him. He enter the room and everyone stand up.

"Good afternoon everyone, am sorry about the late announcement that the meeting would be earlier than you expect, I know this went into your lunch time so after this Mr Kim will accompany you all to lunch my treat" he said.

"Good afternoon sir and thank you" they all said in unison.

Jason made a gesture for them to be seated and they all sit. The presenter took the floor and the meeting commence at a little pass 12, After 10 minutes into the meeting Jason is finding it hard to focus on the presenter, he keep thinking how things will turn and what reaction will Lev have.

"What is wrong with you, pull yourself together Jase this is no way for a grown man to act" he tells himself, but instead of calming down, a lot of questions keep popping up in his head. Everyone is focus on him instead of the presenter because of the way he keeps signing but no one dear to say anything. After a hour and a half,

"I have come to the end of the presentation thank you for listening…"

Everyone was silent for 5 mins, no one said anything out loud they just whispered amongst themselves.

Jason realize that the presentation was finish and everyone was waiting on his feedback, (what in the world should I say, I wasn't even listening)

"The…" he look to his assistant for help

"Sir will take a look over the report again after which he will make his final decision" Mr Kim said, (you owe me big time)

Jason stood up and said "that's all for today your all dismissed, have a wonderful lunch everyone".

He left the conference room and head straight back to his office with his assistant behind him.

" Sir is there anything you need me to do " Mr Kim said with concern.

"No you should go ahead and enjoy lunch, remember to put it on the companies bill" Jason reply while straightening up his desk and taking out the ring "ohh and by the way thanks for the help"

(uh-ha I knew it, that's why your on edge since morning) he said shouting in his head " It's no problem sir am just doing my job"

"OK have a nice lunch Mr Kim and do enjoy the rest of your day" he said in a concentrated voice.

"thank you and the same to you Sir, I'll take my leave" Mr Kim left the office and close the door.

Jason finish packed up and grab what he needed and also left the office.…

Jason was on his way to his car when his phone start ringing.

"Hello"

"Hey little brother" Javier answer "what's up"

"What do you want, am currently busy and don't have time to chit chat" Jason said in an irritated voice.

"Can't I call to ask how you are doing, after all I am the big bro" In a sweet and childish voice.

"As I said before I don't have time to chit chat and the only reason you would call me is if your in trouble or you need something. So how can I help"

Pretending to cry "my little bro hates me, why are you being so cold you use to love when I call or....."

"Don't remind me, I probably was the biggest idiot back then" This guy he irritates me every time. "So how can I assist you this time"

"I am not begging anything and I am also not in trouble. Mom called every morning to talk about grandkids but she didn't even make the attempt to say the letter g this morning, she just kept saying come home, come home"

"Andddddddd...aren't you suppose to be happy she's not nagging" Jason said getting impatient

"Don't get me wrong am glad but it feels wrong and why are you so hasty".

"If you don't get to the point I am going to......"

"OK OK, I just want to know what's the occasion" Javier said.

This dumb*** took up my time for something so trivial, if I don't kill you I won't feel good inside no, no, no I think killing you will be too easy, I should set your company on fire and then..... Jason said in is mind with a smirk. "Why don't you wait and see or ask mom, do you think I have nothing better to do than filling your curiosity"

"Sorry, sorry didn't mean to add fuel to your flames, how old are you anyway you sound like abuelo" Javier said while laughing

That's it am definitely going with the fire, I should also throw is favorite collection of books in it too. "Bye Javier, I think you should keep a keen eye on your company incase someone accidentally burn it down hahaha" Jason end the call without waiting for Javier to reply.

Jason made is way to Daniel's company. I wonder if Danny's busy, I should call and let him know, scratch that I'll just show up instead, knowing him it doesn't make a difference whether I call or just show up he'll always be a workohalic.

"Every time I look at you my heart skip a beat, it excites me when you speak, its like music to my ear but much more soothing. You add light to my darkness, you add fire to my flames. They say it's madness but I call it love". Is this too cliche or am I trying to be romantic. What am I even doing? It should come from the heart ohh wait it is coming from my heart. Jason Blake you need to put your head on and focus on what's in front of you are else your going to crash, what will I be able to do in the hospital or 6 feet under. After 45 mins of talking to himself, he reach Daniel's office, park his car and went in.

"Good afternoon sweet pea" Jason said leading on the desk looking in the assistant face "how are you doing today beauty"

"G.g.good afternoon Mr Blake" said blushing, why is he so close "am doing ok and you"

"I will always be great as long as you are smiling. You hearing that...." BUDUM BUDUM "that's the sound of my heart beating for you" Jason said teasingly and smile.

"M.M.Mr Blake I t.think you should go in now" she said while walking towards the door and opening it.

"Ahhhhh you are running me, how heart breaking" he said while pouting and pretending to dry his tears. "I can't go....."

"Would you leave my assistant alone" someone said from inside the office.

"This is a lovers thing you shouldn't get involved" Jason said while walking in and closing the door. There was 24 year old, slim but muscular, brown silky hair, tanned skin male sitting around a desk.

"Take your LOVERS thing outside this is my office" Daniel said emphasizing on the lover.

Just look at him if I didn't know any better I would say your a nerd "you need to get a life Mr workohalic, if you continue like this you will die lonely"

"Give me a break what are you my mom, I rather be a workohalic than have a life like yours" Daniel said while leaning back in his chair.

"Ouch" holding is chest "you just rip a hole in my heart" he said sarcastically and take a seat.

"Grow up" shaking his head. "What's so important that you showed up unanounce"

"Why do you keep trampling on my feelings" Jason said mischievously, "anyways I am going to ask Lev to marry me, but I can't seem to relax or think straight"

Daniel stared at Jason with a blank face. "You serious right now or you messing with me. Ohhhh this is a joke right hahahaha"

"Firstly, sarcasm doesn't fit you, secondly, am dead serious and thirdly, why don't you like her. She is sweet, caring, funny,loving and not to mention hot, what's not to like".

"Are we talking about the same girl here and she is none of those things, she is a deceiving, cunning, money snatching fox". Daniel said without blinking an eye " am telling you she is not the one for you"

"I came here to get my thoughts together but now I think their thrown all over. Give me one good reason why I shouldn't ask her to be my wife" Jason said in a sad and low voice.

I got to know why you hate her that much, while my little angel is so loving and won't hurt a fly. If you weren't my best friend I would have punch you in the face.

"Stop making that face, I know you have feelings for her but she isn't the person you think she is and I don't think you truly love her" Daniel said while getting up out of his seat and looking outside the window,.

What does he take me for an idiot, what does he even mean by don't love her, I guess he wouldn't understand the guy has never been in love.

"I didn't say anything about this to you because I felt guilty and didn't really remember everything, but if I have to choose between you hating me or throwing away your life I'll gladly accept the hate. I was....." *Ring Ring* Daniel was interrupt by the office phone. He was going to ignore it but Jason endulge him to answer.

"Yes" he said in an annoyed voice.

"Sorry to interrupt you sir, but Miss Levi Brown is here and she is demanding to see you" his assistant said. "What does she need, let her in" Daniel said ignoring Jason attempt of a no.

"Didn't you see me saying no" Jason push Daniel in front of the desk and hide behind the desk. "What are you doing" Daniel said

"Shut up, just pretend like I am not here" as soon as the words left Jason's mouth the door open and a slim, curvy, fair skin, straight black hair girl walk in.

"From the looks on that b**** face anyone would think you were f****** in here, I never took you for the type to screw around on work property" she said with a playful laugh.

"I clearly remember being the boss and I bet no one takes you for a bimbo that goes around sleeping with people for their money, but here we are" Daniel reply with a cold and disgusted voice and sit on his desk. "Who did I harm to be graced with your presence" he said in a stern voice.

"You know, it won't hurt to treat me with a little kindness" she said while pouting.

"Get to the point or get out"

Wow he really does hate her and what am I even hearing, my baby Lev does not use such language, is that even her right now. Isn't she going to deny what he just said, why am I even hiding. Jason thought's were cut off by the next thing Levi said.

"I am pregnant and it is your's.…"
