The Stranger

The wind rushed by me, brushing off my hair from my eyes, clearing the view. It was inexpressibly beautiful; trees on one side with tiny benches under them. It was Wednesday, as simple as it can be. I walked down the path I was on, only to take a few steps and realize there was someone else in the midst of me and the trees.
Taehyung, tall with blazing fair blonde hair, large brown eyes, and the most cheerful smile ever.
Quite surprised he was because nobody ever came to this place except him. He believed the stranger was also taking a break from the busy world.
He walked up to the stranger, or maybe tried to take a step near him, when the stranger got up, looked Tae in the eyes with the dullest face ever, and walked away.
Tae was amazed and shocked at the same time. Sparkling dark brown eyes which looked pretty dull at the simultaneously, wavy black hair, and the flawless features of the stranger's face. But there was something Tae couldn't help but seem to notice. His skin tone... was pale, very pale... as if he hasn't eaten for days.
Tae was in the forest path behind the old academy building. He often came here to take short walks and have a gossip with the trees. His mind doesn't seem to care about anything when he's here. But... That stranger is resulting in some error in that today.

Attracted To His Face
The sky was starting to get red. It was nearly sunset. Tae, hands in the pockets of his coat, was at the end of the forest path. Before going back to his hyungs, he took one last look at the forest. It was silent and only the sound of the leaves swaying could be heard.
Tae hoped he would see the stranger again someday and walked off.
It's been two days since the encounter with the stranger. Tae couldn't seem to brush him off his mind. The more he tries to forget, the more he remembers.
He was now in the cafeteria having lunch with his hyungs. His plate didn't seem to have even nudged a little.
Hoseok
Are you not going to eat?
Tae has been very quiet since that day. It feels like the academy just lost a big part of itself. It was silence all around so Jimin thought of breaking up the tension.
Jimin
Are you thinking about that guy again?
Before Tae could say anything else a guy came up to their table. It was Minhyuk, he is in the same year as Tae's hyung, Jin.
Hoseok
You play basketball?
Hobi said widening his eyes as if they're about to pop out and ran off before Jimin could work out what he meant to say.
Jimin stood there blinking. He ultimately realized Hobi meant to say.
Jimin sighed and got back to his seat. He gave an impatient look at Tae. Tae with his head down said:
Jimin
That's it? You want to know his name because he's good-looking?
Jimin
Aish, you fall in love way too easily.
With that, Jimin left. The only person with Tae was now Yoongi.
Yoongi
Love at first sight never ends well.
Yoongi
You're just attracted to his face, that's it.
It hurt a little what Jimin and Yoongi hyung said but I can't let that bother me.
How can I explain this all to you guys? Jesus! I have a million reasons why I want to know his name. Not because he's just good-looking; that's just one reason. I don't want to know his name, I need to know his name. Or...
Maybe I 'am' just attracted to his face...
.... and I hope that's it.

Messed Up World
I was left alone in the cafeteria. Jimin went for basketball, Hobi ran away after provoking Jimin, Yoongi... I have no idea where he went.
It was time for me to go too.
I walked out of the cafeteria and at a distance was the old academy building. Should I go there? Maybe the stranger is there as well...
My thoughts were eating me up. I wish my life wasn't so messed up. I think I could just take a walk, I don't much care if he's there or not. Just as I was about to walk towards the old and rusty building or the forest, to be precise, I heard a familiar voice.
Minhyuk
Hey! Where are you going?
It was Minhyuk. Ah, yes, the basketball court is near the cafeteria. He must have seen me walking out. Jimin was also there, a bit shorter than the other players.
Taehyung
I was just taking a walk.
I said with the brightest smile I could put on.
Minhyuk
Me too. But I guess I need to go now.
His teammates were calling him back.
Minhyuk
Yeah, just a question?
Minhyuk
Where is your brother? Didn't he come to school?
Taehyung
Oh, are you talking about Jin? Well, he's working full-time at the café this week.
Taehyung
There's a lot of customers around this season.
Taehyung
Don't you think it's a relief that he's not here?
Minhyuk
I bet if he would be lecturing off someone right now.
We both chuckled at that.
Taehyung
I'll get going now!
I started walking towards my destination again. When I was almost near the forest, I said to myself:
Taehyung
Poor, Minhyuk... He's gonna be so broken-hearted when he finds out Jin hyung has feelings for somebody else.
I shook my head as I said that.
I have to admit. I feel kinda sorry for Sunbae but I can't do anything about it.
Taehyung
The world is so unfair...

It's more used in Korean Universities. Students use Sunbae to address their seniors.
