If you have ever heard of mount Olympus then no doubt you’ve heard of Tartarus. I believe a lot of other religions stem from Greek mythology. If we look at Christianity it has elements of other religions. It has essentially sided all of the “positive” gods as one being and all of the “negative” ones as another. In essence Satan is Hades and God is Zeus. I’m in no way religious and that’s what I find fascinating about it. It’s all so similar. If you compare Olympus to heaven and Tartarus to hell then there are a lot of similarities. I believe that there is no right or wrong religion. I question what my faith is every day and I Always come up with the same answer. I don’t believe in any religion. Imagine being sucked into believing one religion and then when you die you realise it was the wrong one. I find it easier to accept death and live my life while I can. Roll with the punches. Keep running. When puch comes to shove at the end of the day we need to be positive. Because not every hero has to be from some mythology. Even one kind act can make you another persons hero. That’s all it takes. One small act can save a life. If someone seems down talk to them. Because In the end were all human. And that’s it. We are all mere mortals flying on a rock at high speed.

When we lose someone our lives can shatter. I know from experience. My mind has been broken and burned and I just keep picking it up and putting it back together because in the end by acknowledging the people who beat you down then your just giving them the satisfaction they want.

I’ve just kept getting up and brushing it off. I’ve had a horrible mental state and I’ve grown from it. It hurts. It really does. But at the end of the day. Your winning. Surviving. By living your rubbing their own insults in their face. Eventually nothing will hurt your mental state. It just takes perseverance. I suffer from depression and I understand the feeling of being a burden on others. Some tips I received from friends are writing your issues down if you don’t want to talk to people like my social anxiety self. As the old saying goes when life gives you lemons make lemonade.
