Xiao Chu wad the daughter of the Duke. She was 16 years old, her Mother died 2 days after Xiao Chu's 9-th Birthday. Her father married a new Woman that became Xiao Chu's step Mother. Yugo is Xiao Chu's younger Brother and Xikyo Chen is Xiao Chu's elder half sister.

Everything was perfect until Xiao Chu's step Mother began to abuse and mistreat Xiao Chu. Everybody even her own Father hated Xiao. The only 2 people that were here for her was, Yugo her younger Brother and her Maid Summer.

Xiao was in love with one of the sons of the Emperor from this Empire. His name was Menma. One time the King called Xiao Chu and her Father to his big and fancy castle. The Emperor told Xiao Chu's Father:

- Your Daughter must marry my third son. -

Xiao wasn't that happy until she realised, that Menma was the third son of the Emperor. So she asked:

- But why me? And not a prettier women from the Empire? -

- I don't know my third son said, he wants to marry you. -

Xiao Chu's Father whispered to Xiao while covering his mouth with his hand:

- I don't think that's a good idea Xiao. -

But Xiao didn't listen to him, bow down until her head touched the ground and responded:

- It would be my pleasure to marry the Third Young Prince -

- Great the wedding will be in two days at 3pm! -

After Xiao and her Father came back home he yelled at her, hit her many times, pulled her hair, cut her face with a knife and stabbed her one time.

- Why does my Family despite me so much? I hate it -

Xiao could barely stand up, her Father left her on the floor lying. About 5 minutes later the maid; Summer was walking down the hall and saw Xiao Chu on the floor.

- MY LADY! -

She ran to her fast as she could and brought her to the best doctor in the entire Empire.

Xiao Chu was sent back home, because they said rest is all she will need.

Summer made the bed for Xiao Chu ready while Xiao was taking a bath. Xiao put her pyjama on and entered her room. Summer came in.

- Ms. Chengey do you want something to eat? -

- No thank you Summer I'm not hungry and please call me Xiao or Chu. -

- Okay Ms. Xiao. -

- I'm going to go to sleep, you can go rest Summer. -

- Alright My Lady, Good Night! -

Summer walked out of the room leaving Xiao by herself.

Xiao turned of the lights, lay down on the bed and fell asleep, after some time. But something really bad happened. Her elder half-sister Xikyo Chen walked in Xiao Chu's room, as much as possible it was, quietly.

-This is for accepting the marriage with the third prince! -

She took the knife she got from the kitchen and stabbed Xiao Chu. Xiao Chu opened her eyes, but her vision was blurry.

- Is this Xikyo? But why... WHY!!! IT HURTS SO MUCH. I HATE THEM, I HATE MY FAMILY!!!! -

Xikyo stabbed Xiao around 6 times in vital places, just to make sure Xiao will die. After her death nobody but Yugo, Summer and some other villagers attended her funeral.

Summer and Yugo were terrified and sad, about what happened to Xiao, while the rest of the Family was grateful for her death. The third son of the Emperor didn't care that much, he never loved her, he wanted to marry her, only to destroy Xiao Chu's life. One year after Xiao's death he married Xiao Chu's elder half-sister Xikyo Chen.

My Mother put me down on the floor and went to sit on the other side. She opened her arms, like if she was getting to give a big hug. She was smiling brightly as Alice and Xiye grabbed my hands, and helped me stand up.

- Ying! ~~ Come to Mom! -

I began to walk.

- I wonder how it feels like to be hugged by your mom... -

- I don't think I ever got hugged by my mom in my last life. -

I let slowly go of the Maid's hands. First I let go of Alice and she was shocked. Alice stayed behind and the Empress smiled even more brightly realizing, I'm about to let go of Xiye's hand too. Slowly but confidently I let go of Xiye's hand.

- Ying! It's your new record! I'm sure you'll make it today! -

Slowly I stepped forward, without holding Alice and Xiye. The closer I got to the Empress the faster I would walk.

- I wonder how it feels like to be loved and hugged! -

I opened my arms and smilingly dropped into my Mother's arms. She laughed and hugged me back. I was proud of myself and she was proud of me too.

She picked me up and smiled, I could see the tears in her eyes. All the Maid's, including Xiye and Alice, were smiling and tearing up. As soon after my Mother stopped praising me, the Emperor and Jinhei got called in.

- Qiang! Jinhei! She made it! She walked! -

At first they were shocked, but soon they hugged me and the Empress.

- They all are ridiculous, ridiculously funny but I love my new Family! I swear I'm never going to disappoint them! -
