A woman in her 20s was once again alone in Valentines Day.

Shierly is sitting on a bench under a one sunny day. Looking up, little birds are flying and playing from one tree to another. But instead of relaxation...
"Elise, please help me with these parts--Yes! The deadline will be in the next four days so I really need it as soon as possible.---Like the hell with you Elise! Our grades will be doom without those!---Whatever! Go on with your date but send it to me within two days or earlier.--Yeah Bye!"
Shierly hung up the phone without leaving her gaze at her laptop. Her fingers continue to tap the keyboards as words flow on the screen.
Finishing another paragraph, she sigh and massage her temples. She has been working on her projects for almost a week without any day off and this very special day...
Is not even special for her.
She doesn't have any friends to get along with. They are all having their own date and have forgotten the only single woman in their group of friends.
Sigh* So sad >~<
Shierly pick up her things and went to a cafe. Her goal? Connect to their wifi! >_<'. She already finish every written documents and only need to submit it to her professors.
"Good day Ma'am!" Greetings from the waitress. "Can I take your order?"
"I'll check the menu first. Thank you." She said.
The waitress nodded and skate her way up to the counter. Yup! She is wearing some roller skate. Just some gimic of the cafe for fast serving. They are quite flawless and lively to look at.
But...
Shierly's wallet is not the same. She almost cry when she saw her few dollars which seems to be begging to her. Begging to be save and not to be spend.
"Well...its almost the same if I enter a computer shop. Might as well spend it for my tummy." She commented as she look through the menu.
Calling the waitress, she ordered a cup of cappuccino and got the table napkin of password for the day. The Cafe was quite rich for being able to produce different napkin everyday.
"Valentine02...This password was quite suitable for the day." But she had forgetten about it after being able to connect to the wifi.
Sipping her coffee, her gaze wandered around the cafe but she almost knock her head and regret looking.
She didn't realize when she went in that the whole cafe was full of swaying hearts and angels. Aside from that, everyone inside the cafe all have their partner. She is the only lone star. Quite sad huh?
She clench her fist and focus on what she had to do.
"I should really find myself a companion." She murmured while staring at the loading bar. Maybe because everyone have their own world that the wifi connection is fast and her documents was uploaded in just 5 minutes.
Another sip and her gaze then fell at the entrance of the cafe. Someone came in and was then criticize by Shierly. She is not in the mood so...poor stranger.
The one who came in was a man and Shierly's lip suddenly twitched. His entrance was quite domineering. He has that face but he was not her taste. He is kinda too much! Too much on the bad side. In the other word, that man is ugly.
But what makes her mood go down 10 feet deep underground was because same with the others inside the cafe, the man also have a girl by his side.
Shierly's brows almost unified. What luck does she really have!? Even the ugly man has a lover. What about her? Is her face not likeable?
Her posture suddenly bend and her hands began to play with the spoon. Might as well keep her eyes close and rest a little. Watching those couples will just made her day even worst.
"Hi Ma'am."
Shierly almost fell asleep when a voice called her. Her gaze fell and saw the same waitress that serves her lately.
"Yes? Is there any problem?" She already paid her meal so what does the waitress need?
"I saw that you're already done with your cup. I would like to clean it up so that you can rest for a while." Shierly almost raise her eyebrows. This waitress' approach was quite rude in her ears. It was like telling her to leave.
Shierly didn't speak and just nod to the waitress. Its looks like even the cafe reject her.
After the waitress finish cleaning up and leave, she started to pick up her things. She's leaving. She just saw that the cafe have a long line by the entrance, that might be the reason of that waitress. There are no more seat available.
Shierly had a misunderstanding. The waitress is just concern about her. She saw that Shierly had dark bags in her eyes and then volunteer to clean up her table so that this customer can rest well. Who would even thought that this little gesture will cause misunderstanding?
The waitress saw that Shierly is packing up her things. She skate her way up and approach her when she saw her leaving.
"Excuse me Ma'am. Are you leaving already? You still have this order." Shierly turn around and saw the waitress. She was holding a tray with a heart shape cover.
"You might be mistaken. I didn't order that."
"No Ma'am. This is really for you." The waitress seems anxious and leave after placing the thing from the tray. "Have a nice day Ma'am."
Shierly didn't know what to do. She look at the leaving figure and the thing that was left behind. She is sure that she didn't order anything aside from the cup of cappuccino.
But her curiosity still win.
Sitting back, she lift the cover and saw a little red dessert. It really look appetizing and what attract her more is its heart-shaped appearance that got along with the red rose besides it.
The strawberry cheesecake win her heart. You can't blame the sweet tooth okay?
Shierly bite her lips. Is this beautiful thing really for her?
She look around and saw another person who receive a tray with a heart-shaped cover. Like her, she is alone, so Shierly convince herself that it is the cafe's treat for singles and decided to eat the sweet delicacy.
But Shierly didn't notice the man that sit in front of the said girl who carry the girl's bag and a bouquet of rose.
Nevermind that, because Shierly started to fill up her tummy and satisfy her sweet cravings.
After finishing the strawberry chessecake, she sat for a while before deciding to leave. She pick up the red rose but then notice a little sticky note behind the rose.
Shierly frown but then her heart palpitate fast. This is the very first time!

What the!? She has no money left! And my man? When did I have a man!?
Shierly almost explode! This cafe is too evil! Is it too obvious that she is single!?
Her face was red in anger and frustration. How is she going to pay for this meal?
While Shierly was absentminded, a man dress in a tuxedo came.
"Ma'am. Can I collect your payment now?"
The man's manly voice woke her up and made her look up.
"Or you can just pay by going on a date with me. Deal?"
Is this a dream!? Don't ever wake her up!
