Good it look like we found out an interesting thing that means Hand has power over an extremely wide range. A second important thing is that we learn that Brown was ultimately not a total enemy of Nachrolya. But one question remains and this is related to Red and Hand. What action will Red take now that is officially made the new commander of the world government and what will be Hand's next move.It looks like we'll see who will agree to Red's appointment and who will oppose it.
