The night sky glows from the moon and the stars
As bright as your sharp mind and shining eyes
For when I’m with you everything is ours
Together we are like the galaxy
You’re like the moon, so bright yet so quiet
I love when you stand so tall next to me
Even if I’m the stars drowned in your light
But when you start to fade away I see
You could care less, it’s not worth all your might
I try so hard but you don’t care like me
We might not be the best but we have tried
