👩🏻Suki walked the same route to school and home...
She never once changed her path to look around...
She neither talked to anybody nor liked anyone...
Her expressions were always unreadable... a cold yet calm look...
Once on her way to school...🏤
...she came upon a box.📦
She looked inside...
...to see a small kitty curled up with its tail swayed continuously left to right and back... she noticed that it had a scar above its left eyes...🐱
🐱The kitty on sensing the girl's presence...👩🏻 peeked through one eye... then sat up.
It 'meowed' as if giving a annoyed growl... but its swaying tail told something else.
👩🏻Suki just stared at the little fur ball for a few more minutes... before walkong away... to stay on her schedule.
~The next day~
👩🏻Suki exited her home... on her way, she same across the same box...
They stare at each other for some time... then the girl tries to touch the kitty...👩🏻🐱
It watches in a motionless manner... as soon as Suki's hand is an inch away from him... he scratches her hand...
Suki just stares at her scarred hand... lets out a sign... and stands up...
The kitty licks its paws... Suki reads the name on the box... Kaji... then without saying a word... she walks away...
~The following day~
Suki comes with a bandaged hand that day... on her way... she makes sure she visits Kaji...
She sets a bowl down for Kaji... and pours milk in it... pushes it close to he furry companion...🥛🥛🥛🐱
Kaji slowly licks the sweet liquid... Suki takes this moment to try touching him... but him being on his protective instincts... growls at her...
The girl retrieves her hand... and walks away...

Suki delivers milk for Kaji on their meeting too... which he drinks without hesitation...
This time when Saki runs her hand through his fur... he just accepts it... They became friends...🤝🤝🌈🌈

Kaji waits for Suki... but she never came...
~A week later~
❄☃️⛄The first snow falls... but there is still no sigh of Suki...
~2 weeks pass~
Kaji is weak from hunger... but he hopes to see Suki...

Kaji falls ill... the cold weather wasn't much of the help... and hunger still followed him like a shadow...
🐱Not with standing the wait... he finally steps out of his box... but to his ill luck... some dags attacks him...🐕🐩🐶

People passed by his box but did not see Kaji... just some foul smell seemed to be bothering everyone... especially when they crossed the bridge...🌉🌉
Not with standing the smell anymore... someone filly called the city cleaners... when the cleaners searched the source of the smell... they find Kaji's body under the bridge...🌁🌁
But where was Suki?
~3 months ago~
👩🏻Suki goes for a check up after having a week long fever... and her health wasn't in a great condition...🏥
👨🏼⚕️The doctor explained that she didn't have much time... Suki's heart sank at the news...
First her family went missing... now she wasn't gonna live long...
Loneliness was all she had felt... until autum began... when she came upon Kaji~👩🏻🐱
'Atleast he won't leave me for my sickness...'
Everyday when she reached home... her medication that did no improvement... awaited her...
Atlas 2 months was all she had... her body unable to keep up with only her hope... so she passed away silently... in her sleep...💐⚰💐
